Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effect of the Effect of Total Quality Management Implementation on Employee Performance through Employee Productive Behavior The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tri Teguh Manunggal Sejati (TTMS) Kampar-Riau, totaling 138 people, using Path Analysis. In this study, the sampling method used the Census Technique, which is a sampling technique in which the entire population is selected to be a member of the sample so that the sample becomes 138 respondents. Total Quality Management and productive behavior have a significant effect on employee performance. For Total Quality Management has a significant effect on productive behavior. And productive behavior is able to mediate Total Quality Management and has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of preventive maintenance andcorrective maintenance on reliability maintenance on CPO processing machinesat PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam. This research was conducted in Lubuk DalamDistrict, Siak Regency. The sampling method used is the saturated sampletechnique, where the respondents are 84 people who are divided into maintenanceand production sections. The data analysis method used in this study is multiplelinear regression analysis and uses the SPSS version 25.0 application. The resultsof this study indicate that preventive maintenance has an effect on reliabilitymaintenance at PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam and corrective maintenance has aneffect on reliability maintenance at PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam. From the resultsof the research conducted, the simultaneous regression test showed that thevariable preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance had a significanteffect on reliability maintenance on the CPO processing machine of PKS PTPN VLubuk Dalam. Keywords: Maintenance, Preventive, Corrective, Reliability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of management at Rotte BakeryPekanbaru with a Total Quality Management approach based on the DemingPrize. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approachmethod. The population in this study were all 18 branches/outlets of Rotte BakeryPekanbaru. In this study, researchers used non-probability sampling with thetechnique taken, namely saturated sampling (census). The number of samples tobe studied is 18 branches/outlets of Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru. The data in thisstudy were analyzed with the Deming Prize. The results of this study indicate thatthe Analysis of Quality Management with a Total Quality Management ApproachBased on the Deming Prize at Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru consists of four indicators,namely from the Deming Prize, namely the State of the Company, WorkProcesses, Management Tools and Outputs Produced. In the company's statevariable which shows that the company has service quality as seen from the stateof the company with an average number of 4.32 in the interval 4.20 - 5.00 with avery good category. In the work process variable which shows that the companyhas service quality as seen from the state of the company with an average numberof 4.31 in the interval 4.20 - 5.00 with a very good category. management toolvariable which shows that the company has service quality as seen from themanagement tool with an average number of 4.02 in the interval 4.20 – 5.00 witha very good category. In the resulting output variable, which shows that thecompany has a service quality that is seen from the output produced with anaverage number of 3.80 is in the interval 4.20 - 5.00 with a very good category.Of the four indicators, the score results are in the very good category, which is inthe range of values from 4.20 to 5.00. Keywords: Quality Management, TQM, Deming Prize.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality management andinnovation on competitive advantage and business performance lempuk durian inBengkalis District. The population of study included all lempuk durian business inBengkalis District were 58 units and sampling technique used was saturationsampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3 was used asmethods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Quality management had a positiveand significant effect on competitive advantage; 2) Innovation had a positive andsignificant effect on competitive advantage; 3) Quality management had a positiveand significant effect on business performance; 4) Innovation had a positive andsignificant effect on business performance; 5) Competitive advantage had apositive and significant effect on business performance; 6) Quality managementhad a positive and significant effect on business performance throughworkcompetitive advantage; 7) Innovation had a positive and significant effect onbusiness performance throughwork competitive advantage. Keyword: Quality Management, Innovation, Competitive Advantage, BusinessPerformance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on PCM and HK PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbarumachines, which aims to determine the effect of preventive maintenance and correctivemaintenance on reliability maintenance. This research is a quantitative researchconducted on PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. The primary data of this study were datacollected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data were processedusing SPSS for further analysis descriptively, and multiple linear regression analysis todetermine the results of the research. 33 samples were selected by the Saturated samplemethod The results of this study indicate that preventive maintenance has an effect onreliability maintenance at PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work fatigue on performance with workstress as an intervening variable in the production division of Rotte Bakery workers. Thepopulation in this study included all workers in the production division of Rotte Bakery,amounting to 68 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using PathAnalysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science)program. The sampling technique chosen for this study is a non-probability samplingtechnique using the saturated sampling method (census sampling), namely the entireRotteam production section of Rotte Bakery, totaling 68 people. The results showed that:1) work fatigue had a negative and significant effect on the performance variables ofRotte Bakery workers in the production section, 2) job fatigue had a positive andsignificant effect on work stress variables for Rotte Bakery workers in the productionsection, 3) work stress had a negative and no effect. significant to the performancevariable, 4) work stress has no effect as an intervening variable or a variable thatmediates the relationship between work fatigue and performance. Keywords: Work Fatigue, Job Stress, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of supplier relationship management andcustomer relationship management on business performance clothing SMEs inPekanbaru healt centers. The population in this study includes all SMEs at healtcenters, totaling 525 SMEs. The sample taking technique was using conveniencesampling so obtained sample of 84 respondents. The dependent variable (Y) inthis study was business performance the independent variable is supplierrelationship management (X1), customer relationship management (X2). Theanalisys method was multippled regression linier berganda. For data processingwas using SPSS 23. The resultsof research shows that : 1) supplier relationshipmanagement and customer relationship management have a significant effect onbusiness performance, 2) there significant effect of Supplier relationshipmanagement on the business performance, 3) there significant effect of customerrelationship management on the business performance. Keywords : Supplier Relationship Management, Customer RelationshipManagement, Business Performance
