Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine the application of the electronic-based blended learning model to the Ecosystem material at MA NU Mazro'atul Huda Karanganyar Demak for the 2020/2021 academic year; 2) to find out how the level of student motivation at MA NU Mazro'atul Huda Karanganyar Demak for the 2020/2021 academic year; 3) to determine the level of influence of Electronic-Based Blended Learning Modules on Ecosystem Materials on Student Learning Motivation at MA NU Mazro'atul Huda Karanganyar Demak for the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used is a quantitative method with the type of research Pre-Experimental Designs in the form of Intact-Group Comparison. The population in this study were students of class X IPA which consisted of 2 classes. Then the two classes were sampled using a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling type. Then the data was collected using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics using t test. The results showed that there was a positive effect on electronic module-based blended learning on students' learning motivation, as evidenced by the hypothesis testing data using the Independent T-Test, the t-count value was 2.749 and the t-table value was 2.002. Because the mean t arithmetic > t table (2.749 > 2.002), or the value of t arithmetic = 2.749 lies outside the range -2.002 to +2.002. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a difference between the average learning motivation of the experimental and control classes. Thus, there is an influence of the electronic module-based Blended Learning learning model on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Most food products currently use formalin as a preservative, of course this is very dangerous for health. However, this problem can be solved by developing a liquid smoke pyrolysis process. The purpose of this study was to optimize the utilization of coconut shell waste as the basic material for making natural preservatives. The research method used in this research is Extended Storage Studies (ESS). The results of this study are the results of pyrolysis in the form of liquid smoke from coconut shells can be used as a natural preservative in fish. Because liquid smoke contains phenolic compounds and organic acids that can inhibit the growth of bacteria or microorganisms. This is evident in the immersion of fish using liquid smoke with concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% which are soaked for 30 minutes. The research conducted was observing the texture, aroma, eyes, gills, weight, fish condition and fish pH. From the liquid smoke immersion, the fish's pH decreased every day from 6 to 3 and the fish did not grow microorganisms. In contrast to fish without treatment, the pH of the fish is increasing from 6 to 8 and the more microorganisms are growing day by day.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of kiai as a central figure in leadership and management of education in Islamic boarding schools, as well as its impact on the integration of Islamic values ??in the education system at SMAS Al-Hikmah 2 Sirampog Brebes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation to explore the dynamics of leadership and management of Islamic boarding schools. The results of the study indicate that kiai play a dominant role in strategic decision-making and the development of the school's vision and mission. Although the principal is responsible for administration, long-term policies still depend on the direction of the kiai. The kiai also succeeded in integrating Islamic values ??into school activities, such as congregational prayer and religious studies, which support the formation of student character. However, there is tension between the flexible tradition of Islamic boarding schools and more structured and modern managerial demands. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of charismatic and spiritual leadership models in Islamic boarding schools, as well as practical contributions for education managers in developing a managerial system that accommodates spiritual values ??and Islamic boarding school traditions, but still prioritizes efficiency and professionalism.
