Abstract

Lampung province has Basic Development Policy on Sustainable Development in the period of 1994/1995 - 1998/1999. The priority of development was focused on economic development policy. This policy have impacted to the change of land use and cover of land. Such changes have contributed to the environmental quality, especially in the regional environmental quality in particular the environmental stability.

Abstract

Economical crisis in 1997 have impacted to the local economy, especially for Bekasi County. In 1986, Bekasi had three economical based sectors, and in 1999 only one economical based sector. In the period of 1996 - 1999 the regional economy grew significantly almost for all secto. The sector of industry had dominated the Gross Domestic Regional Product and the economic growth hade produced inequity among sub county (kecamatan), especially for the income per capita indicator.

Abstract

The achievement of regional development goals are effected by several factors, one of them is the good regional plan. The Good regional plan is indicated by the identified location of the problems, namely Locus. And the identified problems, namely Focus. The Locus and Focus plan are useful for guidance for practices and calculating the limited financial resources. The Locus and Focus are useful too for integrated development regional program, in order to get the effectiveness of the problems solving

Abstract

In the 1987 Indonesia having face the economical crisis. It had implicated to decreasing of the economical output, increasing of the number of unemployment and the poor, and the crisis of political agenda. Labour intensive sector or people economic sector can be enforced to accclcratc the economic growth and to over came many economic problems.

Abstract

Natural resources policy have enhanced the development of primary sector which produced the primary out put. So that primary output will be taken by region where the natural resources located. But in the other side the secondary output or tertiary output did not depend on with the location of natural endowment. The deference of speed of spreading of each out put has brought the different in the development of kabupaten region.

Abstract

The development of the economic region was dcpcnt on several factors such as natural resources endowment, appropriate policies, infrastructure, economic interaction among kabupaten region and it’s location. Such factor will classified into three components of regional economic development. There arc province development factor, mix development factor and competitive development factor. The performance of combination of the three factors will execute the sector or the administrative region classified as the fast growing or the late growing.

Abstract

Small island have special characteristic, which have fragile ecosystems. Kepulauan Seribu having developed in one administrative authority. The management of small island was guided by the principle of sustainable development, which expressed in Government Regulation Number 41/ 2000. In the past decade there were many policies did not fidflll the sustainable principle.

Abstract

Model dan sistem dalam tulisan ini merupakan upaya keras (ijtihad) untuk memahami Al-Quran, khususnya untuk mendalami logika Al-Quran (dalil) dalam penjelasan untuk membuktikan atas keberadaan Allah sebagai pencipta dan penguasa atas segala sesuatu. Alasan penggunaan pendekatan model sistem dalil ini karena disadari sepenuhnya bahwa alam jagat raya sering digunakan dalam Al-Quran untuk menjelaskan hakekat keberadaan Allah. Oleh karena itulah isi Al-Quran dan informasi jagat raya yang dikembangkan oleh ilmu pengetahuan memiliki kekuatan yang sinergis untuk marifat kepada Allah.
