Abstract

The water pollution from any sources is the externality, for example the water river basin pollution caused by manufacture industry, such textile industry is the social cost and it has to be internalized in to economic cost structure. But the pollution has no price and market. The economic valuation is the one method for emerging the value of that pollution.

Abstract

The Development have impacted a poverty. There are many concepts of poverty and its alleviation. The poverty concept can be seen in the type of absolute, natural and relative one: There are many approach to measure the poverty condition and there are many ways to alleviate them.

Abstract

Lampung province has Basic Development Policy on Sustainable Development in the period of 1994/1995 - 1998/1999. The priority of development was focused on economic development policy. This policy have impacted to the change of land use and cover of land. Such changes have contributed to the environmental quality, especially in the regional environmental quality in particular the environmental stability.

Abstract

Economical crisis in 1997 have impacted to the local economy, especially for Bekasi County. In 1986, Bekasi had three economical based sectors, and in 1999 only one economical based sector. In the period of 1996 - 1999 the regional economy grew significantly almost for all secto. The sector of industry had dominated the Gross Domestic Regional Product and the economic growth hade produced inequity among sub county (kecamatan), especially for the income per capita indicator.

Abstract

The global climate change was the main global environmental problem. It was influenced by increasing the green house gas. The CO2 gas is of this one. The global climate change is accumulated factor from regional level to local level changes. The main factor is land use and cover change. These changes correlated by decreasing the capacity of the nature in the sink of CO2 gas and the increasing the emitting of the CO2 to the atmosphere. The agriculture practices in the regional development economic always do high risk of environmental problems.
