Abstract

Merantau atau bermigrasi ke daerah yang memiliki latar belakang beda budaya merupakan hal yang wajar. Sebagian santri di Pondok Pesantren Al Muayyad Mangkuyudan Solo berasal dari etnis luar Jawa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui culture shockyang dialami para santri etnis luar Jawa dan cara mengatasinya. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini memilih teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahapan culture shock yang dialami oleh santri etnis luar Jawa terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: fase optimis, fase kekecewaan, fase pemulihan, dan fase penyesuaian. Fase optimis santri menganggap Solo merupakan kota yang kental akan budayanya. Fase kekecewaan yaitu santri merasakan culture shock dari segi bahasa dan bentuk sopan santun Jawa. Fase pemulihannya adalah santri melakukan pembelajaran mengenai bahasa dan bentuk sopan santun melalui teman dekat di pondok. Fase penyesuaian dari culture shockyaitu santri sudah bisa menyesuaikan dan beradaptasi dengan lancar mengenai bahasa dan norma-norma yang berlaku di lingkungan pondok pesantren Al Muayyad Mangkuyudan Solo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of Raw Material Inventory Control evaluation with Material Requirement Planning method in May 2014, so the company Home Industry Sarana Bersih " Lima "can minimize inventory costs. Analysis tool used is a method of inventory control with materials requirement planning (MRP) engineering approach. MRP method is a mathematical method or technique that is used to assist managers in making decisions regarding the amount of inventory, production planning schedule, the schedule ordering, and inventory costs. Based on the analysis by using the method of Material Requirement Planning it can be seen that the results of the cost incurred by the company on the stock in May is 1.220.000 rupiah. There are savings of 293.400 rupiah of the total cost of 1.513.400 rupiah.Keywords: Inventory, Inventory control, Material Requirement Planning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and financial compensation on the performance of educators at SMA Negeri 1 Karangbinangun. The study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of all 59 educators at SMA Negeri 1 Karangbinangun, who are also used as the sample with a total sampling method. The variables studied are the work environment and financial compensation as independent variables, and educator performance as the dependent variable. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, both the work environment and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
