Abstract

Abstrak — The research entitled "The Application of Political Education in Preventing Corruption Crime” is a study that uses a qualitative approach and a case study method. The purpose of this study is to describe how the application of Political Education in preventing criminal acts of corruption; Strategy in preventing corruption that involves party cadres. The reason for carrying out this research is to identify how the strategy of implementing party political education in preventing corruption, especially in DPW PKS Jawa Barat. The determination of research informants was carried out by a purposive sampling technique. Data collection research was conducted by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The validity of the data used is the source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the application of political education in DPW PKS Jawa Barat in an effort to prevent corruption was based on the development of Islamic political morals carried out in a curricular, routine and continuous manner. Political education is carried out through persuasive, detective and repressive designs. Keyword: Political, Education, Corruption

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu wilayah agraria, Desa Banyu Urip mempunyai lahan pertanian yang cukup besar dan mayoritas masyarakatnya buruh tani serta petani. Tetapi juga harus memerhatikan ekonomi masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Semisal, pencemaran lingkungan akibat kotoran ternak yang tidak dimanfaatkan. Problema ekologis tersebut juga diperparah oleh dua masalah yang belum terselesaikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Di satu sisi kesadaran masyarakat Banyu Urip dalam mengawasi, memelihara, dan merawat kesehatan sendiri melalui pengawasan pencemaran lingkungan akibat kotoran ternak yang berserakan serta mahalnya mengkonsumsi pupuk kimia di pabrik. Di sisi lain, partisipasi antara masyarakat dan aparatur desa dalam menangani krisis ekologis itu sangatlah minim, sehingga masyarakat tidak menyadari bahwa pemakaian pupuk kimia sangatlah besar kerugiannya serta kesehatan generasi mereka yang sedang terancam. Dengan gagasan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Institut Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan , masalah tersebut hendak dianalisa dan dapat dipecahkan melalui pemerdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan kotoran kambing menjadi pupuk organik agar dapat di manfaatkan oleh masyarakat dengan sebaik - baiknya. Program tersebut menekan pentingnya kotoran ternak yang tidak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sehingga menimbul pencemaran lingkungan dan kesehatan dalam tubuh.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth and price on online purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on the Shopee Marketplace case study on ITB Student Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan. The sample of this study was 45 respondents using random sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, T test, and Coefficient of Determination with SPSS 26 software. The results showed that partially there was a significant influence of Electronic Word Of Mouth variables on Online Purchase Decisions, Price Variables had a significant influence on Online Purchase Decisions

Abstract

This community service is carried out to increase the literacy of housewives in using social media and to extract bijad information provided by social media, as well as provide training on how to use smartphones to housewives who do not know how to use smartphones. This service was attended by 38 participants and divided into three stages, the first of which was preparation, The second is the implementation and the third is evaluation, from the results of the service that has been done by housewives in Damungan Hamlet, Banjarejo Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

The development of the MSME sector has an important meaning in driving economic growth and reducing poverty in the country. One of the SMEs in Lamongan is Nasi Boran. Nasi Boran is a traditional food that has become Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which has become a hereditary business for the people of Lamongan, especially those from Kaotan Village, Sumberjo, Lamongan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external conditions of the rice marketing strategy implementation in Lamongan. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive (explorative) method. The sampling method was carried out by means of a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling and using data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations, and literature studies. The object of this study was about marketing strategy while the subject itself was the MSME perpetrators of boran rice traders in Lamongan. The data used is secondary data provided by the company, then primary data obtained from various sources of literature and journals. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis approach. Based on the results of the research that has been described, it can be interpreted that the analysis of marketing strategy based on SWOT analysis is to obtain 2 sources of results, namely internal environmental analysis and external environmental analysis. After analyzing the marketing strategy using SWOT analysis, Nasi Boran UMKM can find out which strategy should be evaluated

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap kinerja driver Grab bike dengan Insentif sebagai variabel moderasi. Responden dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 44 driver dan dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sumber data berasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Penelitian ini menyajikan hasil dari penelitian yang nantinya dapat digunakan peneliti yang akan datang, sedangkan bagi perusahaan Grab Indonesia harus tetap menjaga konsistensinya untuk menyediakan transportasi online yang mudah diakses oleh para pengunanya dan meningkatkan kinerja driver dengan memberikan kebijakan baru yang kompetitif, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambah variabel sehingga hasilnya akan lebih memperkaya pembahasan mengenai kinerja driver Grab, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengganti variabel moderasi sehingga akan memperkaya variabel moderasi terhadap kinerja driver Grab Bike lebih berkembang lagi.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large amount of internet penetration, one of the positive impacts of the development of technology and information is the development of the world of business and marketing. One of the most striking phenomena in the field of business and marketing in this digital era is the emergence of e-commerce, the number of e-commerce users in Indonesia will reach 178.94 million people in 2022. The aim of this research is to explore the influence of hedonic and lifestyle shopping on impulse buying. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research type, there are intervening variables whose influence can be tested using the path analysis method. The findings from this research are that hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a field that is still not in demand by teenagers.although the efforts that have been carried out by the government and the private sector have been many, but still need the support of many parties, the purpose of this community service activity is to instill an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age in students. It is expected that in the future students will become reliable and professional entrepreneurs. The number of students fostered in entrepreneurship is 29 people, the method of implementing this activity uses an entrepreneurial training approach accompanied by examples of making frozen food products. The implementation of training activities is carried out by providing material to build an entrepreneurial spirit

Abstract

Pemberian pelatihan keterampilan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Diharapkan dengan keikutsertaan ibu rumah tangga mengikuti program keterampilan tersebut dapat menumbuhkan aktivitas untuk berwirausaha guna meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.nLimbah kain perca merupakan limbah organik yang sulit diurai oleh lingkungan. Limbah kain perca ini sering menjadi permasalahan karena banyaknya industri konfeksi. Limbah menumpuk lalu dibakar sehingga menjadi pencemaran lingkungan karena menimbulkan asap dan gas yang tidak baik untuk kesehatan.Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi tentang manfaat limbah kain perca dan membekali kreativitas kepada ibu rumah tangga serta memberikan pelatihan cara pengolahan limbah tersebut menjadi benda yang memiliki nilai jual,nilai keindahan sehingga dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential for driving economic growth and creating jobs, especially within the traditional jamu industry. In Pangkatrejo Village, jamu MSMEs encounter difficulties such as a lack of branding knowledge and inefficient marketing strategies. Given the growing interest in natural products after the Covid-19 pandemic, jamu has the opportunity to emerge as a prominent product. This activity involves a support program for traditional jamu MSMEs in Pangkatrejo Village, concentrating on rebranding efforts that involve packaging design, modernizing bottles, and developing social media presence. The goal is to improve the visibility and competitiveness of jamu products, as well as to expand the market and strengthen the local economy.
