Abstract

Ubi jalar merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan yang dapat dikonsumsi secara langsung maupun diolah terlebih dahulu. Gapoktan Mandiri Jaya merupakan perusahaan agribisnis tanaman pangan yang berlokasi di Jawa Barat tepatnya di Desa Cikarawang Kecamatan Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor. Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif terhadap jumlah penjualan pada Gapoktan Mandiri Jaya. Jumlah permintaan menurun hingga 25%, baik untuk komoditas primer maupun olahan yang menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan komoditas, sehingga terjadi kelebihan produksi. Penumpukan hasil panen yang belum dimanfaatkan dapat mengakibatkan pembusukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan potensi pengembangan usaha komoditas ubi jalar di Gapoktan Mandiri Jaya, serta diharapkan dapat menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi untuk strategi pengembangan usaha ubi jalar pada Gapoktan Mandiri Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis internal, analisis eksternal, dan matriks IE. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada pengurus Gapoktan dan anggota petani. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Total bobot tertimbang IFE sebesar 2.82 dan total bobot tertimbang EFE sebesar 3.27. Hasil matriks menunjukkan bahwa Gapoktan Mandiri Jaya berada pada posisi sel IV yaitu growth and build.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as an "Agrarian Country" due to its significant agricultural potential. One of the developing agricultural systems in Indonesia is hydroponics. Hiroto Farm is a hydroponic farming company located in Bogor City. It focuses on the B2B (Business-to-Business) market and targets restaurants and supermarkets in Bogor, Jakarta, and Tangerang. However, to date, Hiroto Farm's products have not been optimally absorbed by the market. The purpose of this research was to formulate business development ideas using a SWOT analysis of Hiroto Farm in Bogor City and to develop a business development plan through digital marketing. The conclusion obtained was that through the SWOT analysis of Hiroto Farm, a business development idea was derived: expanding the hydroponic vegetable market through digital marketing. This business idea is a solution to reduce losses from excess production volume by capitalizing on opportunities arising from shifts in healthy food consumption patterns and the increasing online purchasing patterns of consumers. This business idea will target a new market, namely end consumers, thereby increasing Hiroto Farm's sales. Therefore, Hiroto Farm needs to keep abreast of technological developments and the latest information regarding online businesses. Companies need to be selective in recruiting workers who will later manage digital marketing because digital marketing requires precision in analyzing existing trends in society so that companies will be able to create appropriate marketing strategies that are in accordance with company conditions and appropriate marketing to target consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the internal and external factors influencing the performance of the tofu MSME, CV. Wahyu Utama, in Bojongkulur. MSMEs in Indonesia compete with each other based on product quality. Therefore, to win, they must analyze appropriate business development strategies. The methods used in this study were SWOT analysis, IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), and EFE (External Factor Evaluation). The data used were primary and secondary data, using descriptive quantitative analysis. The IFE calculation yielded a score of 3.08, indicating a strong strength and weakness factor. The EFE calculation yielded a score of 2.48, indicating a moderate opportunity and threat factor. The IE analysis results placed the company in quadrant IV, indicating that CV. Wahyu Utama's development strategy is growing and developing.
