Abstract

Indonesia is known as an "Agrarian Country" due to its significant agricultural potential. One of the developing agricultural systems in Indonesia is hydroponics. Hiroto Farm is a hydroponic farming company located in Bogor City. It focuses on the B2B (Business-to-Business) market and targets restaurants and supermarkets in Bogor, Jakarta, and Tangerang. However, to date, Hiroto Farm's products have not been optimally absorbed by the market. The purpose of this research was to formulate business development ideas using a SWOT analysis of Hiroto Farm in Bogor City and to develop a business development plan through digital marketing. The conclusion obtained was that through the SWOT analysis of Hiroto Farm, a business development idea was derived: expanding the hydroponic vegetable market through digital marketing. This business idea is a solution to reduce losses from excess production volume by capitalizing on opportunities arising from shifts in healthy food consumption patterns and the increasing online purchasing patterns of consumers. This business idea will target a new market, namely end consumers, thereby increasing Hiroto Farm's sales. Therefore, Hiroto Farm needs to keep abreast of technological developments and the latest information regarding online businesses. Companies need to be selective in recruiting workers who will later manage digital marketing because digital marketing requires precision in analyzing existing trends in society so that companies will be able to create appropriate marketing strategies that are in accordance with company conditions and appropriate marketing to target consumers.

Abstract

This research was conducted in North Sulawesi Province. The Shift Share Analysis technique aims to determine the performance of the regional economy. Shift Share Analysis is used to observe the characteristics of the economic structure in a region. Shift Share shows that the economic structure of the agricultural sector from 2017-2021 is seen from three factors: first, the share of the region with the total GRDP of the agricultural sector of IDR 1,888.33 billion. Second, the Proportional Shift Structure/Industrial Mix of economic growth in West Sumatra Province has a negative impact on the increase in GRDP of the agricultural sector in North Sulawesi Province by minus IDR 61.88 billion. Third, the differential shift/competitive advantage has a positive effect, namely it can increase the GRDP of the agricultural sector by IDR 353.41 billion.

Abstract

RPTRA Rawa Jaya is in Rawa Jaya Village, Duren Sawit District-East Jakarta. Processing cayenne pepper into Boncara Raja allows the availability of quality food ingredients to be maintained. Boncara Raja, in addition to extending the shelf life of chili, this product also supports increasing consumption needs. SWOT analysis also helps identify that the main strength of the Boncara Raja product is the high demand for chili in East Jakarta, which is driven by the culture of consuming spicy food. In addition, the success of RPTRA Rawa Jaya in cultivating Rawita chili, with its resistance to extreme weather, gives the impression that this commodity has potential. On the other hand, challenges also arise such as dependence on the quality of the harvest and limited marketing capacity. The data collection method in this study uses primary data with a qualitative approach. Based on the SWOT analysis, the Boncara Raja product has a main strength in the use of Rawita chili from its own cultivation, which reduces dependence on external supplies, but this product still faces limitations in production capacity. On the other hand, Boncara Raja still has an opportunity, namely the taste of Boncabe suits the taste and consumer segment who like spicy and practical food, but Boncara Raja still must meet consumer demands for halal labels which affect Boncara Raja products to be able to follow this demand.
