Abstract

Ketika anak lahir ke dunia dengan fitrahnya, orang tualah yang akan mengisi lembaran putih yang masih suci tersebut. Keluarga menjadi peran utama dan sangat penting dalam menjaga keberadaan anak dan sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang paling dominan secara mutlak. Dalam pendidikan terdapat nilai-nilai yang dapat dijadikan tujuan dari pendidikan itu sendiri. Nilai-nilai ideal yang ingin dicapai tujuan pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi dan mewarnai pola kehidupan manusia sebagai pribadi maupun sebagai anggota masyarakat. Spiritual anak sebagaimana terdapat dalam surat Luqman mengenai konsep mendidik anak dengan hal-hal yang baik dan memiliki budi pekerti baik sesama manusia atau pada Tuhannya melalui peningkatan ibadah berupa salat lima waktu serta amal-amal yang lain. A born child is equipped with natural tendency which is believed still clean. It is his or her parents who fill in it. A family becomes the main character which plays important roles to sustain the growing of children physically and mentally. It also takes a role as a dominant education institution. In education there must be some values used as the aims of the education itself. The intended ideal values of the purpose of education, practically, influence human life both as an individual and as a member of society. Children’s spiritual as stated in the Surrah Luqman in the form of a concept to educate children to have good attitude in their daily life to other people and to God reflected in doing good deeds and to pray five times a day.

Abstract

The natural stones producer’s behavior in production process of UD Renta Jaya causes air and sound pollutions. It is as effect of cutting stones process and truck activities which bringing stones. About the waste, they have initiative to sell it to the colleague. Another cases, they are careless to the employees safety working, examples: employees didn’t use body protector, masker, gloves, etc. On the other hand, based on Islamic production perspective, UD Renta Jaya complies Islamic law purposes (maqasid al-syariah). They use halal material and didn’t contravene with Islamic law. The competition between competitors is faced naturally. They also keep the wise of production and the harmonious of social society by managing the waste, although it is done simply and don’t comply production standard.

Abstract

Hadith is an urgent thing in Islamic knowledge. It is the second source in Islam after Quran which explains the global massage of Quran. It explains the daily activities like Qabliyah and Ba’diyah clearly. But in the fact,  Fiqh  hegemony dominates the Muslims daily activities than understanding to hadits. It happens especially to the Muslims in Indonesia. Fiqh becomes the standard and the major in facing a life’ problem. So, the researcher will present how the real hadist is in explaining af’aliyah of Rasulullah relates to shalat Qabliyah and Ba’diyah based on ulama hadist’ view.  This research uses a thematic hadith method. It is collecting the hadits which have a same theme which discuss about shalat Qabliyah and Ba’diyah of Rasulullah. Firstly, he will explain the validation of hadist’ quality, then understanding to hadits. It can be used as manual interpretation. The local of this research is kutub al-tis’ah, and for the understanding is by sharh   Some conclusions from this research are Rasulullah did shalat Qabliyah and ba’diyah. Qabliyah subuh is two rakaat, then He slept till the muadzin iqamat. Qabliyah duhur is two or 4 rakaat. Ba’diyah dhuhur is two rakaat. Qabliyah Ashar is 4 rakaat by 2 salam. For Qabliyah maghrib, rasulullah commands to do it for the people who wish it. But, do not consider that it is a fervent. Ba’diyah maghrib is two, and ba’dyah isya’ is two also.  Key Words: Hadith, Qabliyah-Ba’diyah, Interpretation.

Abstract

Maintaining and encouraging religious moderation in Muslims is a difficult undertaking. The main challenge comes from within the Muslim community, namely the emergence of intolerance towards different understandings or practices among Islamic Community Organizations (ORMAS). This study examines the problem of intolerance in understanding religion and religious practices that occurs between Islamic mass organizations in Duwet Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency. The aim is to find out the sources of intolerance and make measures to solve it. This is carried out to foster an objective scientific atmosphere and a moderate religious life, which entails understanding and accepting that diversity and differences are unavoidable. This study employs a phenomenological approach in which data is obtained through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that intolerance between mass organizations in Duwet Village occurs due to two things: first; differences in understanding the hadith and second; the existence of group/group fanaticism. Differences in understanding occur due to the lack of literacy about the hadith and how to understand it correctly. Meanwhile,fanaticism in a group or organization makes the hadith not studied objectively. The first problem was solved by means of hadith literacy education initiated by the Duwet Village Mosque and Musholla Communication Forum (FKTM2), namely with discussion forums and learning about hadith. Furthermore, the second problem is solved by instilling moderation values through a gathering forum in Wates district, Kediri Regency. Menumbuhkan dan merawat moderasi beragama di kalangan umat Islam bukanlah hal yang mudah. Tantangan terbesarnya justru dari dalam umat Islam itu sendiri, yaitu terjadinya intoleransi terhadap paham atau amalan di kalangan organisasi masyarakat Islam (ORMAS). Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang problem intoleransi pemahaman agama dan amalan keagamaan yang terjadi antar Ormas Islam di Desa Duwet Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui sebab-sebab terjadinya problem intoleransi dan upaya penyelesaiannya. Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka menumbuhkan iklim ilmiah yang obyektif dan mewujudkan kehidupan beragama yang moderat yakni mengakui dan menyadari bahwa keragaman dan perbedaan adalah keniscayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis di mana data-datanya diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intoleransi antar ORMAS di Desa Duwet terjadi karena dua hal: pertama; adanya perbedaan pemahaman hadis dan kedua; adanya fanatisme kelompok/golongan. Perbedaan pemahaman terjadi karena minimnya literasi tentang hadis dan bagaimana cara memahaminya dengan benar. Sedangkan fanatisme kelompok atau golongan menjadikan hadis tidak dikaji secara obyektif. Untuk persoalan pertama diselesaikan dengan cara edukasi literasi hadis yang digagas oleh Forum Komunikasi Masjid dan Musholla (FKTM2) Desa Duwet yakni dengan forum-forum diskusi dan pembelajaran mengenai hadis. Sedangkan persoalan kedua diselesaikan dengan cara menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi melalui forum silaturahmi umat Islam kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri.

Abstract

This research is exploring Islamic Sufism concept of the Muhammadiyah Organization. Formally,Muhammadiyah refuses classical sufism like Naqsabandiyah, Qadiriyah and etc. According to Muhammadiyah, sufism is often deviated into a tarekat by strict ritual practices, self isolated, and being unmindful people.Thisview motivates Muhammadiyah to make another concept of sufism accordingto Islam. The result explains that achieving spiritual grace are by reciting holy Quran, doing more sholat sunnah, zikir, fasting, and etc that in Islamics role. Muhammadiyah practices sufism in pure religious service and non-pure religious service according to Quran and hadist; it is called by substantive sufism. Sufism meant sincere, patient, tawakkal based on Prophets guide and only Allah. It is also meant as a balancing of material and spiritual, worldly and eschatological matters that based on Al-Quran and Sunnah. It is alsodenySufism that oriented with khalwat and reject the world. Another, the important of Muhammadiyahs attitude are faithful, doing religious service obediently, and being good human in environment. This is the sufism orientation that is not related with negative view like isolated, doing unusual, having faith by speculation and isolated from environment.
