Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the characteristics of consumers who consume pasteurized milk, (2) determine the factors that affect the level of demand for pasteurized milk and analyze the influence of these factors on the demand for pasteurized milk, and (3) analyze the elasticity of demand for pasteurized milk. The research was conducted at the Dairy Cooperative Production (KPS, North Bogor). A total of 100 respondents were interviewed by using purposive sampling techniques. Multiple regression analysis and analysis of demand elasticity through programs of Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and SPSS 21 were employed to analyze the data. The results showed that incomes, number of family members, ages, educations, and tastes jointly significantly affect demand for pasteurized milk at KPS Bogor with confidence level of 75 %. The result from short-term elasticities showed that those five variables were inelastics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara parsial maupun simultan Harga jual, pasokan ayam, transportasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap saluran distribusi. Kemudian faktor Harga jual, pasokan ayam, transportasi dan saluran distribusi memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume penjualan. Selain itu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung variabel harga jual produk terhadap volume penjualan melalui saluran distribusi. Kemudian pengaruh variabel  pasokan ayam terhadap volume penjualan dan pengaruh total dari pasokan ayam terhadap volume melalui saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan. Kemudian pengaruh langsung variabel transportasi terhadap volume penjualan dan pengaruh total dari transportasi melalui saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi, dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).  Dari hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat pengaruh kontribusi secara signifikan antara variabel Harga Jual Produk terhadap Saluran Distribusi, antara variabel Pasokan Ayam terhadap Saluran Distribusi, antara variabel Transportasi terhadap Saluran Distribusi, antara variabel Harga Jual Produk terhadap Volume Penjualan, antara variabel Pasokan Ayam terhadap Volume Penjualan, antara variabel Saluran Distribusi terhadap Volume Penjualan. Namun diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan kontribusi antara variabel Transportasi terhadap Volume Penjualan. Berdasarkan analisis jalur, pengaruh langsung variabel Harga Jual Produk terhadap Volume Penjualan sebesar 0,640 dan pengaruh total dari Harga Jual Produk terhadap Volume Penjualan melalui Saluran Distribusi sebesar 0,749. Pada pengaruh langsung variabel Pasokan Ayam terhadap Volume Penjualan sebesar 0,206 dan pengaruh total dari Pasokan Ayam terhadap Volume Penjualan melalui Saluran Distribusi sebesar 0,278. Pada pengaruh langsung variabel Transportasi terhadap volume Penjualan sebesar -0.044 dan pengaruh total dari Transportasi terhadap Volume Penjualan melalui Saluran Distribusi sebesar -0.054.

Abstract

PTPN VIII is an Indonesian state owned company concentrating in the field of agricultural / plantation. The company is located in West Java province. PTPN VIII had many commodities are grown and cultivated, including tea commodity. IHT PTPN VIII is expected to be able to see and take advantage of this opportunity for the development of tea production enterprises downstream. By because it's an improvement and evaluation of each line of the company should do. Ranging from human resources management, business strategy, finance, marketing, distribution, raw materials and so forth. Especially in terms of raw materials PTPN VIII IHT own advantages in this sector. Raw material supply is guaranteed because it has its own tea garden and the quality of tea used is also an excellent tea products. IHT PTPN VIII should be aware of this potential, especially coupled with increasing as well the tea industry competition IHT PTPN VIII should be better prepared to face competition to reform itself. The purpose of this research is (1) To determine whether the variables of quality of product, price, promotion and service quality partial effect on customer satisfaction Walini tea products in Downstream Tea PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII (2) To determine whether the variables of quality products , pricing, promotion and service quality simultaneous influence on consumer satisfaction Walini tea products in Downstream tea PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Based on the analysis, the majority of consumers are aged 26-35 years, sex permpuan, working as private employees, Knowing Walini tea product from a friend, itensitas purchase Not too often, the reason to buy a product because of the quality of the product. The quality of the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and quality of service (X4) partially affects consumer kepusan Walini tea in IHT PTPN VIII. This is evidenced by the variable t of product quality is 7.696 with a significant level of 0.000. Then t of the variable price is 2.375 with a significant level of 0,020. Then t of variable sale is 2,715 with a significant level of 0.008 and t of the variable quality of service is 3,387 to 0,001 signifakan level. The above data shows that significant value is generated each independent variable was below 0.05. Factors that affect customer satisfaction Walini tea at Tea Downstream Industry PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII with the most impact is the quality of the product and service quality, then price and finally the sale.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  Mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan rumahtangga petani ikan hias air tawar di Kelurahan Cipedak Kecamatan Jagakarsa Kota Madya Jakarta Selatan. Menganalisis Pengaruh indikator-indikator kesejahteraan BPS bedasarkan SUSENAS 2005 terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan rumahtangga petani ikan hias air tawar di Kelurahan Cipedak Kecamatan Jagakarsa Kota Madya Jakarta Selatan. Analisis usahatani dilakukan pencatatan terhadap seluruh penerimaan dan pengeluaran usahatani dalam satu tahun. Data pengeluaran biaya dikelompokkan menjadi dua bagian, yaitu biaya tunai dan biaya yang diperhitungkan. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan pendapatan atas biaya tunai atau pendapatan kotor dan perhitungan pendapatan usahatani atas biaya total atau pendapatan bersih. Secara sistematik Untuk data karakteristik petani akan diolah dengan menggunakan tabulasi, program komputer Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 17.0, sebagai uji statistik. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji statistik regresi linear berganda. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Berdasarkan 11 indikator BPS 2005, rumahtangga petani ikan hias air tawar yang termasuk kategori kesejahteraan tinggi sebanyak 30 rumahtangga (100%).  Berdasarkan kriteria garis kemiskinan Sajogyo, seluruh rumahtangga petani (100%) juga termasuk kategori tidak miskin. Dan berdasarkan kriteria garis kemiskinan dari Tata Guna Tanah, seluruh rumahtangga petani (100%) juga termasuk kategori tidak miskin. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel fasilitas tempat tingga, kesehatan anggota keluarga dan kemudahan menyekolahkan anak terhadap tingat kesejahteraan rumahtangga petani ikan hias air tawar di Kelurahan Cipedak Kecamatan Jagakarsa Kota Madya Jakarta Selatan. Pengukuran tingkat kesejahteraan rumahtangga menggunakan indikator Badan Pusat Statistik dalam SUSENAS berdasarkan sebelas indicator. Sebaiknya petani ikan hias air tawar di Kelurahan Cipedak Kecamatan Jagakarsa Kota Madya Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

The development of science and technology causing the rapid economic sectors and culture also affected. The development in culture sectors also can’t be avoided, one example of the development in this sectors is a lot of fast food are sold in Indonesia. According to the new survey of Master Card (titled Consumer Purchasing Priorities) contained in Suara Pembaharuan 2016, 805 Indonesian’s people prefer to eat on the fast food outlet, in the second rank are food court with 615, and in the third rank are middle class restaurant or cafe with 225. Meanwhile, there is 1% Indonesian’s people who choose to come to restaurant for fine dining. Pizza Hut is the first fast food in Indonesia which serve pizza as a main dish. Consumer’s behaviour is the most to be considered remember all of that company did constituted by the market demands. Purpose of this research are to (1) know the characteristic of Pizza Hut consumer in West Jakarta; (2) know the influence of brand image to decision purchase of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta; (3) know the influence of product quality to decision purchase of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta; (4) know the influence of prices to decision purchase of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta; and (5) know the influence of product diferentiation to purhase decision of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta. Based on result in this research, characteristic of Pizza Hut consumer are consumer with the age range of the 20-30 years, women, with employment status is student or college student, know about pizza hut product from banner or commercial advertisement and buy pizza hut just one time in a month. Result of regression multiple linear analysis are brand image, product quality and product diferentiation are not significant influence to purhase decision of pizza hut in trust rate of 95%. Although of that, prices is significant influence to purchase decision of Pizza Hut product in West Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to analyze the position of each sub-sector of agriculture in Cilacap economies, 2) to analyze the growth of each sub-sector of agriculture in Cilacap economies, and 3) to analyze which sub-sectors become the agricultural subsector basis in Cilacap. The Klassen Typology, the Shift Share, and the Loqation Quetient were employed to analyze the data of GDRP Cilacap and Central Java province from 2002 until 2013. The analysis showed that the position of sub-sectors of agriculture in Cilacap economies from 2002 until 2013 are: 1) sub-sector of food crops, livestocks, fisheries and forestries is in the lagging position, and 2) sub-sector of plantations is in the potential position. Based on the proportional growth component, plantations and livestocks experienced rapid growths. Subsequent analyses indicate that food crops and forestries become the basis of Cilacap economies.

Abstract

Pujon Kidul Village is a village with the potential of the main agricultural sector which has been designated and developed into a Pujon Kidul Tourism Village. Tourism villages that are developed need support within the village itself to maintain sustainability. Tourist villages that do not pay attention to the sustainability aspect will threaten the social and economic conditions of the community, especially the farming community, who make up most rural communities. Therefore, it is necessary to support sustainable agriculture that can balance sustainable tourism. The most important capital that must be prepared to achieve sustainable agriculture is social capital from the farming community. Social capital is the main force to empower communities in development, this study examines how the conditions and factors are forming the social capital of the farming community of Pujon Kidul tourism village. This study's main data collection method used a questionnaire aimed at 221 respondents. Then the questionnaire results will be described and analyzed by CFA analysis. Overall, the social capital of the farming community is in good condition, and this is a potential that can be used in determining the right approach to the farming community of Pujon Kidul Tourism Village in supporting sustainable agriculture
