Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the ideal woman's figure as a husband's companion in carrying out da'wah activities. Specifically, the research is directed to explore the historical roots of Khadijah RA's role in the da'wah activities of the Prophet Muhammad. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through history and literature studies. The results showed that the role of Khadijah RA in the da'wah of the Prophet Muhammad was carried out in two forms. Spiritually, Khadijah RA strengthened the belief and mentality of the Prophet Muhammad in receiving and spreading the message of Islam. Materially, Khadijah strengthened the da'wah of the Prophet by building trade relations and marital ties, elevating the living conditions of the Prophet Muhammad's welfare, and appearing to play a role both with energy, mind, and wealth. This research has implications for efforts to build commitment, consistency, and collaboration of women's da'wah. Moreover, it is useful to respond global challenges and strengthen Islamic da'wah activity in Indonesia for personal, family, and institutional scopes.Penelitian ini menggambarkan figur seorang wanita ideal sebagai pendamping suami dalam melaksanakan kegiatan dakwah. Secara spesifik, penelitian diarahkan dengan menggali akar historis peran Khadijah RA dalam kegiatan dakwah Rasulullah Saw. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi historis dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Khadijah RA dalam dakwah Rasulullah Saw dilakukan dalam dua bentuk. Secara spiritual, Khadijah RA memperkuat keyakinan dan mentalitas Rasulullah Saw dalam menerima dan menyebarkan risalah Islam. Secara material, Khadijah memperkuat dakwah Rasulullah dengan cara membangun hubungan dagang dan ikatan perkawinan, mengangkat kondisi kesejahteraan nabi Muhammad Saw dan tampil memberikan peranan secara tenaga, pikiran maupun harta kekayaannya. Penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap upaya membangun komitmen, konsistensi dan kolaborasi dakwah perempuan dalam memperkuat aktivisme dakwah Islam di Indonesia baik dalam ruang lingkup personal, keluarga dan kelembagaan.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi memegang peranan penting dalam organisasi karena budaya yang baik memberikan kenyamanan yang mendukung kinerja karyawan dan sebaliknya budaya organisasi yang tidak baik dapat mempengaruhi kepribadian anggotanya sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kinerja masing-masing anggota. Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi tidak dapat terlepas dari bagaimana kinerja karyawannya, dimana tujuan organisasi akan tercapai jika karyawan melaksanakan kinerjanya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk 1) mengetahui budaya organisasi di KSPPS BMT El – Labana Kecamatan Ngaliyan Kota Semarang, 2) mengetahui penerapan budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di KSPPS BMT El-Labana Kecamatan Ngaliyan Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu suatu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi di KSPPS BMT El-Labana Kecamatan Ngaliyan Kota Semarang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang diterapkan pada KSPPS BMT El-Labana Kecamatan Ngaliyan termasuk budaya organisasi islami yaitu Sidiq, Amanah, Fathonah, Tabligh Serta nilai lain seperti Kepedulian, Profesionalisme, Tanggung Jawab, dan Kedisiplina . Sikap karyawan yang berlandaskan nilai tersebut dan aturan melandasi berbagai kegiatan usaha seperti pelayanan, pelaporan, evaluasi, serta kegiatan keagamaan. Dengan demikian penerapan budaya organisasi pada berbagai kegiatan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di KSPPS BMT El-Labana Kecamatan Ngaliyan Kota Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can affect the organizational commitment of the Logistics Bureau of the Central Java Police. The independent variables in this study are perceptions of Justice and workload. The dependent variable in this study is organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses quantitative methods by using questionnaires to collect the required data. The sample consisted of 100 employees of the Central Java Police Logistics Bureau. In this study, the analysis used is regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application. The analysis used includes research instrument testing, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the perception of Justice has an effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, while workload has no effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has been shown to mediate the effect of perceived Justice on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Productive Waqf, Religious Tourism, Central Java Grand Mosque, Islamics Economy, SWOT Analysis The development of religious tourism based on productive waqf funds can serve as an alternative solution to support the financial sustainability of religious tourism destinations in Indonesia. This study focuses on examining the productive waqf fund management system implemented at the Central Java Grand Mosque (MAJT), as well as formulating optimization strategies for productive waqf funds to enhance the potential of the religious tourism sector at MAJT. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method at the Banda Masjid Agung Semarang Waqf Nadzir Foundation. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that MAJT has implemented an institutional-based productive waqf fund management system that is integrated, professional, and transparent. However, despite the transparent and professional management practices, several challenges remain, including limited funding capacity, role duality within the organizational structure, and suboptimal utilization of technology. To optimize waqf fund management, the recommended strategies include the development of a more standardized management model, the empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), diversification of religious tourism products, and the optimization of cash waqf and waqf-linked sukuk. This study is expected to contribute an integrative framework for enhancing the effectiveness of productive waqf management models in the Islamic tourism sector through strategic implementation aimed at promoting equitable and sustainable religious tourism development.
