Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan 5S pada PT. Surabaya Polyurethane Industry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Atmospheric terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Joy pada pengunjung Trans Studio Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software LISREL 8.7. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan mengumpulkan data dengan menanyakan langsung kepada responden melalui kuesioner.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa satu dari tiga variabel Atmospheric berpengaruh terhadap variabel Joy yaitu Design. Sedangkan untuk dua variabel dari Atmospheric lainnya yaitu Ambience dan Interaction tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap Joy dan Joy berpengaruh terhadap Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence tourists to travel for medical tourism in Malaysia. The four main factors used were destination competitiveness, service quality, tourist attitudes, and costs, with 6 additional factors as supporting factors. This study used a quantitative approach. The data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis run by SPSS and AMOS 22.0. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the sample consisted of 100 respondents. Results showed that there were 44 elements adopted from the study. Based on the anti-image results, 5 factors were removed. According to the component rotation matrix table, 9 factors influence tourists to visit Malaysia for medical tourism. Then, these 9 factors labelled with the new names, i.e., internal and external factor, location attractiveness, ease of accommodation and services, tourist attraction and service quality, transportation and political condition, information and environment, medical service quality, medical tourism and language, and medical personnel. Abstract

Recent developments have encouraged changes in people's shopping styles, from conventional to online. The online shopping style that society continues to adopt also influences the basis of people's decisions in determining which e-commerce to choose to fulfill people's online shopping activities. This research will analyze the influence of e-commerce innovation, e-service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty on Tokopedia customers in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data in the form of a questionnaire, which is distributed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research found that e-commerce innovation has a positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. E-service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction but not a significant impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the development of e-commerce innovation and e-service quality on customer loyalty. A thorough understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction is essential in gaining customer loyalty for e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Companies must be able to adapt the innovations and the quality of electronic services provided to the factors that influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of swift guanxi on purchase intention among Shopee live streaming users in Indonesia. Swift guanxi refers to interpersonal relationships that are formed quickly between buyers and sellers on e-commerce platforms. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 316 respondents from Gen Z and Millennials who actively use Shopee live streaming. The analysis model used includes validity and reliability tests with SPSS, as well as testing the influence between variables using PLS-SEM. The results of the analysis show that telepresence, flow, perceived informativeness, perceived responsiveness, and perceived likeability have a significant effect on swift guanxi, while guidance shopping and metavoicing do not have a significant effect. Swift guanxi is proven to have a significant effect on purchase intention and gift-giving intention. This study is expected to provide insight for business actors to understand the importance of swift guanxi in increasing consumer purchase intention on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Keberadaan kerajinan Batik di Desa Bejijong saat ini sedang mati suri dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat setempat, para perajin, penjual maupun pelaksana wisata edukasi membatik. Rendahnya hasil penjualan kain batik yang dipasarkan secara konvensional yaitu dengan cara dipamerkan di etalase toko pribadi, pusat oleh-oleh dan pameran. Melemahnya industri Batik di desa ini karena kurangnya minat masyarakat untuk memiliki kain batik dan berkain batik. Tujuan dari Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk memiliki dan mau memakai kain Batik serta mengembangkan ide kreatif terkait visual merchandising yang dapat membantu para perajin Batik khas Bejijong menjual produksinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan secara online dengan menggunakan media video tutorial tentang Teknik Wrap and Drape dan lomba modifikasi berkain batik yang diadakan secara online. Hasil pendampingan menyatakan bahwa Teknik Wrap and Drape dalam berkain batik dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menambah koleksi kain Batik dan mau berkain batik dengan cara yang lebih modern, peserta lomba menjadi menjadi lebih kreatif dalam berbusana khususnya berkain batik. Ide-ide kreatif yang muncul melalui teknik ini dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi salah satu teknik pemasaran kain Batik Khas Bejijong yang lebih kreatif.
