Abstract

This research was aimed to evaluate the effect of addition snakehead fish (Channa striata) protein concentrate on the quality of semprong cake. The method used was experimental and composed as completely randomized design (CRD). The treatment was the addition of snakehead fish protein concentrate, which was varied at 4 levels, (K0) original addition of snakedhead fish protein concentrate, addition of snakehead fish protein concentrate 5% (K1), addition of snakehead fish protein concentrate 10% (K2), addition of snakehead fish protein concentrate 15% (K3), snakehead fish protein concentrate addition percentage calculated by weight of rice flour formulation. The parameters used organoleptic evaluation, and proximate composition. The best treatment seen from organoleptic test K3 the addition with snakehead fish protein concentrate is 15%, with organoleptic value (K3 shape 3.56, K3 texture 3.48, K3 flavor 3.68, K3 taste 3.66), and proximate is water content K3 4.5%, protein content K3 21.62%, fat content K35.32%.Keywords: Channa striata, Fish Protein, Concentrate Semprong Cake, Quality Assessment

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh leadership dan workforce agility pada organizational agility dengan communication sebagai variabel moderating pada PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif meliputi pengumpulan analisis interpretasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan rumus Slovin, dan berdasarkan perhitungan slovin diatas maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ≥ 231 karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analisis statistik SEM-PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational agility. workforce agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational agility. Communication memoderasi pengaruh leadership terhadap organizational agility. Communication memoderasi pengaruh workforce agility terhadap organizational agility.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the inconsistency of the athlete's shooting ability due to the lack of athlete's confidence during the match. This study aims to determine the effect of imagery training on shooting results at Petanque Athletes in Bekasi. The method used in this study was an experiment with a "two group pretest posttest design". The test instruments in this study were Shot One Targets with a distance of 6, 7 and 8 meters. Sampling used the "Systematic-Sampling" technique with a total of 14 athletes. The treatment in this research is external imagery and internal imagery training. In external imagery training, athletes are assisted by classical music by Ludwig Van Biethoven entitled Symphony and Fur Elise. Whereas in internal imagery training, the athlete performs imagery directly at the training ground while doing drill shooting with one ball target being the target. The test results showed that the average pretest using imagery training was 6.86 and the posttest result was 9.86, an increase of 3.00. While the average result of the pretest without using imagery training was 6.86, and the posttest result was 8.00, an increase of 1.14. The average difference in the increase in shooting results with imagery training and without imagery training is 1.86. Based on the analysis of data processing, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence of training imagery on shooting results for Petanque Athletes in Bekasi.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN Tematik) on rural development, particularly focusing on two main initiatives: the creation of social signage and the renovation of the village security post. The KKN Tematik program serves as a platform for students to contribute to local development through scientific knowledge and participatory approaches. The first initiative involved designing and installing various social signage, such as warnings for “Damaged Road,” “Detour,” and notices for “Obituary,” which played a significant role in improving public awareness about road safety and other community issues. The second initiative focused on renovating the village security post, thereby enhancing local safety infrastructure and encouraging a sense of collective responsibility for the community’s security. The methodology used was participatory, which involved engaging local residents in every phase of the project, from planning to implementation and evaluation. This ensured that the initiatives were not only relevant to the community but also received strong support from local stakeholders. The results highlighted several positive outcomes: a marked improvement in visual communication awareness, increased collective participation in village security, and a better understanding of the role of infrastructure in community well-being. Additionally, the program also contributed to the local economy by employing village workers and sourcing materials locally, which stimulated the regional economy. The success of these initiatives demonstrates that community-based interventions, even on a small scale, can have substantial social and economic impacts, and it also shows that such projects can encourage sustainable rural development by fostering collaboration, strengthening local infrastructure, and promoting community engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Perum BULOG. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi dengan alat analisis smart pls 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, promosi, dan harga masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk, strategi promosi yang tepat, dan penetapan harga yang kompetitif dapat mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian.
