Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was conducted in July – August 2018  in Singkarak Lake of Sumatera Barat  Province. This study aims to(1) identifiy the environmentally friendly fishing gearsin accordance with the FAO (1995),(2) know the fishing gear that has highest level of environmental friendliness. The method used is the survey method is with direct observation in the field and conducting interview with fishermen, Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis of the results of the research described in graphic form, and tables. Based on field observations in the know that fishing gear used by fishermen in lake Singkarak is classified as a very enviromental friendly and eviromental friendly fishing gear and not eviromental friendlyfishing gear. The results of this research showed that fishing rod, gillnet, cast netare a very enviromental friendly fishing gear, while lift net are an enviromental friendly fishing gear and fish trap not are an enviromental friendly fishing gear. Keywords :Identification,CCRF,Fishing gears, FAO, environmentally friendly

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the form of implementation, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and solutions in implementing the Pancasila student profile to strengthen the character of class X SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya students. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of research being descriptive. The research subjects consisted of the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya City, Deputy Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya for curriculum, Deputy Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya for Student Affairs, Civics Teachers, Teachers of other subjects, and 5 Students. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique steps in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are (1) a form of implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile to strengthen the character of class Spiritual tourism and so on which are strengthened by the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), (2) The supporting factors are cooperation between school members, good student character, coordination between teachers, facilities and infrastructure as well as well-designed activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the teacher's schedule which collides with the teaching schedule in classes XI-XII which still uses the K-13 curriculum. Then students feel a little burdened with assignments that are quite expensive and assignment deadlines that are too fast. (3) The solution to overcome this obstacle is that all school members have the right to give their opinions and students manage their time and set aside pocket money to save

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting Knowledge Management dalam peningkatan pelayanan di KSPPS Artha Yasmin Az-Zahra Jepara, dan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam keterbatasan pengetahuan serta banyaknya aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif penelitian ini dilakukan, kemudian sumber data primer dan sekunder merupakan teknik dalam mengumpulkan. Knowledge Management sangat penting bagi karyawan, Dalam hal ini mendorong koperasi untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi yang efektif dan pelatihan rutin sangat diperlukan untuk membangun pengetahuan yang kuat di antara karyawan, serta tantangan utama dalam Knowledge Management adalah dari internal, yaitu motivasi karyawan dan sifat manusia yang mudah lupa, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk mengatasinya. Implikasi kebijakan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan pengembangan program pelatihan berkelanjutan, motivasi dan insentif untuk karyawan, penguatan sistem Knowledge Management, komunikasi dan kolaborasi tim yang efektif, peningkatan literasi digital, serta pembuatan dokumen dan notulen rutin.

Abstract

Amidst the current changing global conditions, it is important for a country to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to face challenges in sustainable development, social inequality, and strengthen economic and environmental resilience. This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental performance and political stability on the SDG scores of ASEAN countries for the 2020-2024 period, moderated by economic growth. Researchers used a quantitative method, processed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The regression process was conducted twice, before and after using moderating variables. The findings suggest that economic growth can alter the influence of environmental performance and political stability on SDG scores. Political stability has a positive impact on the SDGs after economic growth has moderated. While environmental performance has a negative impact after being moderated by economic growth. Economic growth promotes political stability and sustainable growth. Conversely, with high growth, improvements in environmental performance are indicated to shift priorities from sustainability to exploitation.
