Abstract

Furniture industry is an industrial sector that survive from economic crisis in Indonesia, because every year the demand for furniture products always increases with increasing population growth. Furniture industry in Jepara has become a regional identity for Jepara then it needs to be preserved. Supply Chain Management is a supply life cycle concept that integrates and coordinates the overall process of the  furniture company in preparing and delivering products or services ranging from suppliers of raw materials  to the company and then sent to consumers. With the existence of various stakeholder relations, relationships and the effects of information sharing, long-term relationships and integration process occurring between several parties related to the supply life cycle from and to the company are important variables in assessing Supply Chain Management's performance implemented by furniture companies in Jepara. Keywords: Supply Chain Management, Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Integration Process

Abstract

Along with the development of the financial industry technology is also growing with the emergence of Fintech (financial technology). Fintech is one of the innovations in the financial field that refers to modern technology. The growing existence of Fintech so that emerging Sharia-based Fintech and facilitating customers will certainly influence the formal Islamic finance industry such as Sharia Banks, Sharia BPRS, BMT and other formal Islamic finance industries where transactions in the formal sharia financial industry still use physical transactions in the transaction and have not made much use of the increasingly evolving technological advancements. This will make the formal financial industry less effective because more costs and time spent. If the Islamic finance industry is unable to innovate and utilize technology, it will be far behind by the Fintechbased financial industry whose development is very fast. This study was conducted to examine how the development and impact of Fintech on the Islamic finance industry in Central Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method and combines two types of research, namely field research and library research. Abstract

Along with the development of financial institutions today, the number of Islamic financial institutions is increasing, Indonesia which is one of the countries with the largest majority of Muslim population in the world has the opportunity to further advance Sharia-based financial institutions. In the face of the times and technological developments, Islamic financial institutions must always innovate so that they are no less competitive with conventional financial institutions. If Islamic Financial Institutions do not innovate and make a better difference, Islamic financial institutions will be eroded by time. This study will examine the competitive strategy undertaken by Islamic Financial Institutions in facing competition in the financial industry in Central Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting a SWOT analysis so that the strengths, weaknesses of opportunities and threats that exist in Islamic Financial Institutions will be known. This research was conducted by taking data at Bank Syariah Mandiri Semarang, BPRS Saka Dana Mulia Kudus and Kospin Jasa Syariah Jepara.

Abstract

Technological developments in the financial industry or financial technology require Islamic microfinance institutions to be able to adapt and use technological developments in order to remain competitive with other financial institutions. This study analyzes how the implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning was carried out at the Islamic microfinance institution KSPSS BMT BUS in integrating and automating all business processes that occur at the Islamic microfinance institution. This research method is carried out with descriptive qualitative methods by conducting Value Chain analysis and SWOT analysis. From the research results, it can be concluded that the research results show that the implementation process carried out has several shortcomings, namely high costs, the implementation process that takes a long time, a limited nominal transaction, an open security system, and dependence on the network. However, on the other side of this process, there are also advantages, namely an integrated system of all branches, faster transaction processing, increased company revenue, and a wider partner network.

Abstract

Assistance in the socialization of cow urine as liquid organic fertilizer can be used for agricultural cost efficiency and has its socio-economic value for the community. In this service activity, counseling assistance and socialization assistance were carried out to residents, especially members of the Pangudi Makmur farmer group in Dalangan Hamlet. The benefits of using cow urine can reduce agricultural costs and reduce pollution caused by urine. Liquid organic fertilizer, if used on plants, will reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers so that the quality of the plants is better. Students carry out service implementation with residents who are expected to develop the community's economic capacity. The method used in this approach uses participatory, action, and research (PAR) methods. Making cow urine as organic liquid fertilizer can generate business ideas and solutions to save agricultural costs (efficient).

Abstract

The Timber Legality Verification System (SVLK) is one of the emerging government initiatives to tackle illegal logging and promote legal timber in Indonesia to International Country. The system aims to ensure that timber and wood products produced in Indonesia come from verifiable legal sources. SVLK is implemented through certification mechanism by independent party (Wood Legality Verification Institution / LVLK) which has been accredited by National Accreditation Committee. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of the implementation of government rules on the obligation to have SVLK against companies that export wooden furniture products in Jepara. This study will use 30 companies engaged in the export of Wood Furniture to foreign countries who entered as members of the Indonesian Furniture and Handicraft Association (HIMKI) Jepara Raya, Central Java. The results of this study will be forwarded to stakeholders related to SVLK implementation obligations in the furniture industry,whether the policy has a positive or negative impact on furniture industry exports in Jepara This research is descriptive and qualitative. Data collection methods were conducted using field research with interviews and some questioner to obtain primary and secondary data, observation, and literature.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the month of alms program is in increasing the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds at BAZNAS Jepara Regency, how to collect and distribute zakat, infaq and alms funds at BAZNAS Jepara Regency and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the collection and distribution of zakat funds, infaq and alms at BAZNAS Jepara Regency. This research uses field research with observation, interview and documentation techniques. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary and secondary data sources. The approach used is descriptive qualitative.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the alms month program in increasing the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds at the national zakat charity agency (BAZNAS) in Jepara Regency has not been effective due to the lack of public awareness to pay ZIS, lack of trust and lack of public understanding of the existing programs in the district. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Jepara Regency. The collection of zakat, infaq, and alms funds at the Jepara Regency National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) has been going quite well. However, in its distribution there are several inhibiting factors, including: a) the validity of the muzakki and mustahiq data b) the lack of human resources at the Jepara Regency National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) office.
