Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang konsep nasi dalam bahasa Jawa dialek Banten. Fokus penelitian ini adalah konsep nasi dalam bahasa Jawa dialek Banten, dengan subfkus (1) klasifikasi dan deskripsi leksikon konsep nasi dalam bahasa Jawa dialek Banten berdasarkan satuan lingual, (2) fungsi leksikon konsep bagi masyarakat Kampung Warung Jaud, dan (3) cerminan gejala kebudayaan yang muncul berdasarkan leksikon konsep nasi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Kampung Warung Jaud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Ancangan yang digunakan adalah sosiolinguistik dengan menggunakan teori variasi bahasa. Sumber datanya adalah leksikon konsep nasi yang digunakan masyarakat Kampung Warung Jaud, Kecamatan Kasemen, Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) leksikon konsep nasi pada masyarakat Kampung Warung Jaud dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu (a) kegiatan menanak nasi dan (b) alat dan bahan menanak nasi, (2) leksikon konsep nasi pada masyarakat Kampung Warung Jaud juga dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga fungsi, yaitu (a) fungsi individual, (b) fungsi sosial , dan (c) fungsi pengetahuan, dan (3) leksikon konsep nasi pada masyarakat Kampung Warung Jaud dapat mengungkap cerminan kearifan lokal. Penggunaan leksikon tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa masyarakat Kampung Warung Jaud memiliki konsep pemanfaatan alam yang baik dan prinsip interaksi masyarakat yang harmonis.Kata Kunci: konsep nasi, variasi bahasa, dan antropolinguistik.

Abstract

Risk Based Capital is a ratio to measure the level of capital adequacy in insurance companies. Insurance income is one of them from investment income, because insurance operations by investing their assets in order to generate profits. Return On Asset is a ratio that describes insurance in managing funds invested in overall assets. The formulation of the problem in the study: 1). How does the effect of risk based capital and investment income partially affect the return on assets of insurance companies in the FSA 2013-2018? 2). How does the effect of risk based capital and investment income simultaneously affect the return on assets of the Insurance Company in OJK 2013-2018? 3). How much influence does risk based capital and investment income have on return on assets for insurance companies in the OJK 2013-2018? This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion Hypothesis testing shows the value of tcount for risk based capital variable tcount risk based capital of -2.488. t table is 2.018082. So t arithmetic -2.488 <table 2.018082, Ho is accepted, risk based capital affects the return on assets. And the Investment Income of tcount is -0,993. Obtained t table is 2.018082. So t arithmetic -0.993 <table 2.018082, Ho is accepted, there is no real influence between investment income and return on assets. Fcount 3.610 and F table 3.22. Ho is rejected independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable. Risk Based Capital and Investment Income influence on Return On Assets (ROA) of 16%.

Abstract

Di Indonesia perusahaan asuransi syariah semakin berkembang, mulai dari banyaknya perusahaan yang tersebar di suatu daerah bahkan memiliki masing-masing cabang sehingga masyarakat seharusnya tidak merasa asing dengan kata asuransi syariah. Perusahaan perusahaan saat ini mulai mengembangkan produknya dalam berbagai bidang, besarnya jumlah penduduk muslim ditanah air dinilai sebagai pasar yang sangat potensial bagi pertumbuhan asuransi syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1). Menganalisa dan menjelaskan pengaruh hubungan antara variabel pendapatan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berasuransi syariah. 2). Menguji dan menggambarkan keterkaitan hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan produk terhdap minat masyarakat dalam berasuransi syariah. 3). Mengilustrasikan hubungan antara variabel promosi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berasuransi syariah. 4). Menggambarkan dan menganalisis hubungan variabel pendapatan, pengetahuan produk dan promosi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berasuransi syariah. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan asosiatif, karena adanya variabel-variabel yang akan ditelaah hubungannya serta tujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran secara terstruktur, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta serta hubungan antara variabel yang akan diteliti, pendapatan, pengetahuan produk, dan promosi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berasuransi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda di mana metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan, pengetahuan produk dan promosi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berasuransi syariah yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk persamaan regresi. Metode uji asumsi klasik diantaranya uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta menggunakan uji t, uji F dan uji koefesien determinasi. Kesimpulannya pengujian hipotesis pendapatan diketahui nilai thitung < ttabel (0,861 < 1,661) dengan demikian maka tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara pendapatan terhadap minat masyarakat. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis pengetahuan produk diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (4,774 > 1,661) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif secara parsial antara pengetahuan produk terhadap minat masyarakat. Serta dari pengujian hipotesis promosi diketahui nilai thitung> ttabel (1,886 > 1,661) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap minat masyarakat. Setelah dilakukan analisis secara statistic diketahui bahwa persamaan regresi berganda Y = 6,835 + 0,057X1 + 0,466X2 + 0,154X3 + e. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,362 atau 36,2% yang artinya pengaruh dari pendapatan, pengetahuan produk dan promosi berpengaruh rendah atau lemah terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berasuransi syariah. Dan 63.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Educational marketing is currently important for the survival of educational institutions. Educational institutions that are superior and in demand by many consumers are required to carry out active educational marketing, without marketing, school education will be unable to compete. This study describes the principal's educational marketing strategy in increasing the quantity of students. This research was conducted at RA Nurul Jannah, Neglasari District, Tangerang City. The method used in this research is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study reveal that there are six educational marketing strategies in increasing the quantity of students: product strategy, price, location, promotion, human resources, and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the values of Islamic education contained in fable “The Deer Stole the Cucumber”. This research is a library research with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is a moral message that must be applied in a real-life accordance to Islamic teachings. The instrument of the research is the researcher himself, using content analysis techniques. The research result concluded that reading fables “The Mouse Deer Stole the Cucumber” to children is moral education also contains the values of Islamic religious educations such as: humans should make an effort as much as possible and prohibited to commit act of stealing other people’s property because it will harm others, and always be patient in all circumstances

Abstract

This writing was used qualitative library research. The writer tries to describe the activities, program, curriculum and the children of development steps. The goals of writing, was to understand the deep about the patterns to take care of building the children's confidences, Family as the first institution in their live will be educating them. The family as the place for learning and teaching process themselves as the social animal. Generally, in the family, the children will make the close relation each other. The family will give the reformed of attitude, behavior. morality and education. The pattern to take care of children as the all methods of parents who decided for their children, as the parts of the important and base to prepare their polite and a good children character. The reform of self-confidence, discipline attitude, fairness value and achievement motivation and spirituality aspect to our children as the base of children's character to achieve. The psychological and spirituality aspect for our children done in order to the parents will be produced by the pattern to take care of authoritative who support a significant children's achievement.

Abstract

The use of learning media has a crucial role in the implementation of the teaching and learning process, with adjustments to the use of media that consider the needs of students to make it easier for them to follow each sub-learning. One form of learning media that can be used is the Fun Easy Learn application, which is specifically designed to provide a word play experience to improve understanding and fluency in learning Arabic. This application is an interesting educational game, presenting various games such as matching words, completing words, and others. All these games are designed to stimulate all the senses of the learner, helping students understand Arabic more easily. The main goal is to make it easier for students in MTs Darul Jalal to develop mastery of Arabic vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent of the impact of Fun Easy Learning application media on the mastery of mufrodat in students in MTs Darul Jalal. The research approach used is qualitative, with literature review as the data collection stage. The process of data analysis involves interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the application of learning media, especially using the Fun Easy Learning application, proved effective in increasing students' understanding of mufrodite. There are factors that influence outcomes, such as variations in student learning styles, including visual, kinesthetic, and auditory styles, that need to be adjusted to the type of learning media used.
