Abstract

Fenomena kekerasan menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi anak-anak dalam rentang kehidupannya. Kekerasan fisik dan kekerasan verbal merupakan bentuk kekerasan yang sering terjadi pada anak dan dilakukan oleh orang tuaselama proses pengasuhan.Selama pengasuhan sudah selayaknya orang tua terutama ibu bertanggung jawab terhadap anak dalam hal mendidik, mengasihi, dan membimbing karena ibu merupakan tempat perkembangan awal seorang anak sejak saat kelahirannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi ibu dengan kekerasan fisik dan kekerasan verbal pada anak usia sekolah di SD Negeri 11 Indralaya tahun 2013. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling-cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang.Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tiga macam kuesioner, yaitu kuesioner skala kematangan emosi, kuesioner kekerasan fisik, dan kuesioner kekerasan verbal.  Hasil analisis menggunakan uji statistic Chi-Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% dan α= 5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa dari total 100 orang responden, sebanyak 38 ibu (38%)  yang emosinya tidak matang melakukan kekerasan fisik dan sebanyak 49 ibu (49%)  yang emosinya matang melakukan kekerasan fisik dengan P value = 0,723. Sebanyak 35 ibu (35%) yang emosinya tidak matang melakukan kekerasan verbal dan sebanyak 47 ibu lainnya (47%) yang emosinya matang melakukan kekerasan verbal dengan P value = 0,892. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara kematangan emosi ibu dengan kekerasan fisik dan kekerasan verbal pada anak usia sekolah di SD Negeri 11 Indralaya. Penelitian ini hendaknya bermanfaat bagi masyarakat terutama ibu terkait perlindungan terhadap anak

Abstract

Tanjung Pinang is the capital of the Riau Islands which has so many UMKM in the area that need to be fostered and developed so that all the businesses they own can become the focus of the community. Planning for the entry of Alfamart and Indomaret requires further study. Is it really necessary and very important for its existence in Tanjungpinang? So it is interesting in this research how intensive the government is in achieving the goal of entering this company and how urgent it is in the Tanjungpinang economy. Because in reality so many supermarkets in Tanjung Pinang will suffer losses and are far from profitable. So the role of government in providing policies must be more precise. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method, by collecting existing data related to existing problems using literature studies, interviews and other references. The aim of this research is to find out why the entry of Alfamart and Indomaret in Tanjung Pinang was rejected and what the future urgency of this is. And with research, it will form and add references to other students which will give rise to relevant answers

Abstract

Regional expansion in Indonesia, especially in the Riau Islands, is a strategic effort to improve public services and the quality of life. Although it is expected to bring government closer to the people and improve welfare through decentralization through decentralization, the reality is that around 78% of the resulting regions failed to achieve their desired goals. This failure caused by various factors, including administrative unpreparedness, high fiscal dependency, political conflicts of interest, and lack of community participation. Community participation. However, this article also highlights examples of successes that show that with local government commitment and commitment of local governments and community support, some regions have been able to improve the quality of public services and optimize their and optimally utilize the potential of natural resources. Factors that influencing this success involve local government commitment, natural resource management, community support, infrastructure availability, and central government policies. This article aims to explore factors contributing to the failure and success of post-regional expansion in the Riau Islands and its impact on society and regional development. With a deeper understanding of this issue, it is hoped that more effective policies can be formulated more effective policies in the management of new autonomous regions to face future development challenges.
