PT XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan penyedia layanan cargo/ekspedisi yang baru berdiri. Seiring dengan perkembangan bisnis usaha dan kebutuhan masyarakat, PT XYZ selalu berupaya untuk mengembangkan jaringan yang diawali dengan Medan, Palembang (Sumatera Selatan), Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Denpasar (Jawa-Bali) dan terus meluas hingga ke pelosok Indonesia. Berkat dukungan sejumlah armada, personil dan minat besar masyarakat, PT XYZ akan menjadi lebih kuat dan berhasil menjaga stabilitasnya.Dalam mengelolah data barang-barang yang dikirim, perusahaan ekspedisi ini membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu mengolah data pengiriman dan penerimaan barang secara on-line serta terdistribusi yang mampu di akses oleh kantor-kantor pengiriman barangnya. Penerapan basis data terdistribusi dengan metode penyimpanan fragmentasi horisontal dan replikasi akan mampu meningkatkan ketersediaan data dan kinerja sistem pada Sistem Informasi E-Cargo. Ketersediaan data ditingkatkan dengan membuat backup online yang senantiasa up-to-date sedangkan kinerja sistem dapat ditingkatkan dengan membagi beban kerja di antara server master dan server-server slave sehingga beban tidak lagi terpusat pada satu mesin.                                                 Â

Poverty is the main problem in a country both in developing countries to the developed countries, both in structural poverty, cultural and natural. That is, poverty is no longer seen as a measure of the failure of the Government to protect and fulfill the fundamental rights of its citizens but as a challenge of the nation to realize a fair society, prosperous and dignified sovereign. Various efforts have been made in determining government policy measures in an effort to overcome poverty, one of them by conducting a survey to assess the poor. The results of the survey of the various activities of the organization obtained a variety of database versions poverty to areas or locations. The information generated from the poverty database only includes recapitulation of poor people to the area or location. One step is to process the data on poverty in a process of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) to form a data mining poverty. Data mining is a logical combination of knowledge of data, and statistical analysis developed in the knowledge business or a process that uses statistical techniques, mathematics, artificial intelligence, artificial and machine-learning to extract and identify useful information for the relevant knowledge from various large databases.

Poverty is the main problem in developing countries, both structurally poverty, cultural and natural. That is, poverty is no longer seen as a measure of the failure of the Government to protect and fulfill the basic rights of its citizens but the nation is a challenge to realize a fair society, prosperous and sovereign. Efforts that have been implemented by the government to determine the policy measures in the effort to reduce poverty, one of them by conducting a survey to assess the poor. The results of the survey activities of these organizations obtained for the various versions of the database poverty areas or locations. The information generated from the poverty database only includes recapitulation of the poor to the area or location. To facilitate the decision-making process will require a data warehouse model that can be used as a data warehouse to extract and identify useful information for government in development planning in poverty reduction.

Licensing Agency and Investment Komering Ogan Ilir district has a duty and a great authority in the field of licensing and non-licensing. Increase in duties, responsibilities and authority should be accompanied by an increase in supporting infrastructure and facilities so that Licensing Agency and Investment Ogan Ilir Komering can enhance optimal service to the community. To achieve excellent public services to the community, developed One Stop Service Information System (SIMTU) with the application of information technology as the spearhead of the public service. One Stop Service Information System (SIMTU) Komering Ogan Ilir (OKI) which was developed consisting of three points of service, namely back office, front office and information kiosks.

The use of structured methodologies is needed to accelerate the repair process, helping reduce costs and improve efficiency. Monte Carlo simulation and Six Sigma methodologies can be used to analyze the risks associated with the total cost of the project. Monte Carlo simulation is applied to understand the variability in total costs resulting from the probabilistic cost item. With the range of variation of the Six Sigma methodology of project costs can be reduced by operating on input factors with the greatest impact on total costs. In this paper we will discuss how Monte Carlo simulation can be used in Six Sigma methods to analyze project costs. The results obtained can identify the elements of the risk of high costs, the difference between the estimates of each cost component and the average cost is obtained.

Abstract: This study was conducted to design a mobile software that is expected to help Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) in Palembang City in marketing their product. This is related to the problems often faced by UKM that is difficult to do marketing products and costs are very high to make a promotion of products. With this mobile software can facilitate and help the UKM in Palembang City to introduce their products to the wider community. In this research of UKM mobile software design is using two (2) methods which is Database Lifecycle Method for database design that will be used and Rapid Application Model (RAD) method for designing User Interface.

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan suatu kegiatan usaha menghasilkan suatu produk komoditi yang berada pada level menengah kebawah, dimana sektor usaha ini lebih menyentuh langsung dalam hal peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat luas yang pada umumnya adalah masyarakat menengah kebawah, sektor usaha UKM mampu memberikan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang signifikan walaupun pertumbuhannya tidak cepat seperti sektor perekonomian yang lain. Rancang bangun model perangkat lunak UKM Kota Palembang diharapkan mampu memberikan stimulus yang pesat terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi khususnya sektor UKM Kota Palembang serta membantu pihak – pihak yang terkait baik instansi yang membutuhkan, masyarakat luas dan para inventor, dimana dalam mengembangkan rancang bangun model perangkat lunak UKM Kota Palembang meggunakan 2 metode yaitu metode Database Lifecylce untuk pengembangan Database sebagai media penyimpanan data melalui beberapa proses antara lain Design Database secara Konseptual, Design Database secara Logikal serta Design Database secara Fisikal dan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk pengembangan User Interface sebagai rancangan tampilan terhadap rancang bangun model perangkat lunak UKM Kota Palembang.

Dalam rangka mempercepat proses percepatan pembangunan yang merata sampai ke pelosok pedesaaan dansebagai salah satuupaya pemerintah kabupaten dalampengentasan kemiskinan penduduk di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir , makapemerintah KabupatenOgan Ilir mengembangkan suatu Sistem Informasi Manajemen PenanggulanganKemiskinan (Simpeke) yang berpusatpada pengolahan data-data penduduk miskin.Sistem Informasi yang dibangun berkaitan dengan factor-faktor penyebab kemiskinan atau kesengsaraan masyarakat serta penelurusan indikator-indikator yang menjadi gejala penyebab kemiskinan pada masyarakat. dengan menghasilkan data berupa profilumum dari pemerintah kabupaten Ogankomering Ilir, data kemiskinan per kecamatandan data kegiatanbantuan penanggulangan kemiskinan agar lebih tepatsasaran. Perancangandan pengembangan Sistem informasi penanggulangan kemiskinan inimenggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisa data, dengan mengikuti tahapan-tahapan dalam sistem siklus pengembangan sistem.
