Abstract

Chronic wounds are still problem is one of the most frequent among the community. Pressure ulcers (decubitus) are examples of types of chronic wounds in which the maintenance costs of the injury fairly expensive. The use of plants is an appropriate alternative for the treatment of decubitus chronic wounds. One among the many plants that are known efficacious drugs for the health of Aloe vera. With the various components contained therein, aloe vera is known to affect the decubitus chronic wound healing. This study is purely experimental posttest-only design approach. The sample uses a white rats strain wistar female, weight 150-250 gr and 2,5 to 3 months of age. The variable is the concentration of the extract of Aloe vera and scores healing pressure ulcers (decubitus) degree II in white rats. The data obtained using observation, then analyzed with the assumption test (Lilliefors test and the Barlett test), one way Anova test and different test real distance of Duncan with significansy values of 0,05. The results indicate that there is the influence of various concentrations of leaf extract of Aloe vera to diameter decubitus chronic wound healing in rats and the concentration of leaf extract of Aloe vera 100% to give a good effect on the diameter of decubitus chronic wound healing on white rats (á 0.05).

The researchdata were analyzed with qualitative analysis (Content Analysis) with Interactive Models by Millesand Hubermen (1994).Based on research results can be stated that the majority of farmers utilize manure as organicfertilizer (cow dung by piling soil or put holes) and some small farmers dispose of cow manure thatpollute the environment just a place to stay, even some farmers who let the dirt at times cow barnbecame so bad environmental sanitation that can affect the health of cattle. Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN MATERI BIOTEKNOLOGI MODERN SISWA KELAS XII SMA Sri Riani1, Iin Hindun1, Moch. Agus Krisno Budiyanto1 1Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universtias Muhammadiyah Malang, e-mail: biologi.umm@gmail.com ABSTRAK Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi menjadikan bioteknologi sebagai salah satu bidang ilmu dalam biologi yang harus dikuasai sejak dini oleh siswa. Berbagai permasalahan yang muncul dalam pembelajaran bioteknologi di sekolah, salah satunya adalah penggunaan media yang kurang tepat sehingga menyebabkan materi tersebut sulit dipahami oleh siswa. Masalah lain adalah adanya keterbatasan waktu, sementara materi yang disampaikam lebih banyak bersifat aplikatif dan abstrak terutama pada bioteknologi modern yang membutuhkan waktu relatif panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi bioteknologi modern pada siswa kelas XII SMA. Model penembangan yang digunakan mengacu pada langkah-langkah pengembangan Borg & Gall (1983) yang dimodifikasi dari Sukmadinata (2009) yang meliputi tiga kegiatan besar, yaitu: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan dan validasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 19 Januari sampai 28 Maret 2013 di MAN Malang 2 Batu. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk multimedia interaktif yang telah melalui proses uji coba dan telah dilakukan beberapa kali revisi berdasarkan saran ahli materi dan ahli media serta komentar dari siswa sasaran uji coba. Multimedia interaktif yang dihasilkan memiliki kualifikasi sangat baik dan hasil eksperiment juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan materi bioteknologi modern antara sebelum dan setelah menggunakan multimedia interaktif, yaitu dari nilai rata-rata sebelum menggunakan media (pretest) (54,03) meningkat menjadi (92,36) setelah menggunakan media (postest). Abstract

PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS ICT (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY) DALAM MATERI VERTEBRATA PADA SISWA MA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 MALANG Nurisma Afifatun Nisa1, Roimil Latifa1, Moch. Hopefully little by little the teacher start to accustomed to used ICT based learning to adapt with the mushroom growth of time mowdays. Interactive learning media based on ICT hopefully be able to help students in comprehend the difficult materials which complicates to be mastered by the students especially in vertebrate material. In this interactive learing media development research at vertebrate material serve the purpose of learning media for student and teacher to facilitate teacher in deliver the material, also the researcher be able to know the usage of interactive learning media based on ICT in the effectiveness of student learning. This research codunsted at 10 March 2013 until 19 Octobeer 2013 in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The result of this development is produce interactive learning media product based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) that have been made.which is had pass through testing process and revised based on suggestion and input from material expert and media expert also comment from the trial run student. Student learning activity getting off the ground from dependent class to independent class. The effectiveness of learning result and process in interactive learning media development based on ICT to increasing student achievement grade X student of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang getting off the ground based the data that have been obtained. Abstract

From the previous researches, the typology development of Batu City ecotourism potency  (Budiyanto, 2006), ecotourism potency of Canggar (Budiyanto, 2005-a). Nevertheless, the technical for ecotourism development industries in Batu City based on policy perspective has not been explored further. For this reason, this research aims at finding the the development of Batu City ecotourism in policy perspective. To achieve this aim, the scopes of this research is the technical for ecotourism development industries in Batu City based on policy perspective. The design of research used in this research is qualitative research (fenomenologys). The subject is adalah Batu City Planing dan Development Office and Batu City Tourism Office. The data collection method used is documentation and interview. The data was analyzed qualitatively (Content Analysis) by means of interactive model from Miles and Huberman (Miles & Huberman, 1994). The result of the analysis was presented in the form of cross tabulation and the narration from the phenomena. From the research finding the technical for ecotourism development industries in Batu City bassed on policy perspective included The International Ecotoursm Society and Mader is good. Generaly The International Ecotourism Society and Mader indicator was development in policy perspective.

Abstract

This research aims to find” Food Endurance Development Model Based on Banana with Revitalisation Local Wisdom Value Reinforcement” . This model serve the purpose of basis for formulate public policy and education efforts and advocation public in the field of food to push national food endurance. Approach research that used in this qualitative research with qualitative descriptive design. Subject research is bapeda, development, agriculture official, farmer, elite figure, farmer group at regency Lumajang, Malang, and Blitar. Technique sampling that used snowball sampling. Data collecting method that used documentation, indepth interview, observation participatory, and limited discussion. Research data that got to analyzed with qualitative analysis (content analysis, and domain analysis). Based on research result inferential: 1) found banana production profile unity, distribution, consumption, and local wisdom character at regency Lumajang, Malang, and Blitar, 2) local wisdom character can be made principal focus in the effort develop food endurance based on banana, and 3) several important components and strategic of food endurance development model based on banana: a) local wisdom (foodstuff use reinforcement based on local, woman character, society/religion figure character, food self-supporting village, environment friendly agriculture, agriculture multiculture, and planning based on society), b) local government character (wisdom development prima tani, pilot projecting, capitalization, assistance, and tool of productions-distributions-marketing-consumption), and c) and character BPTP, BBMP, DUDI (pilot development projecting, capitalization, assistance, and system reinforcement productions-distributions-marketing-consumption).

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify optimalization of industries institutional development of organic food in East Java. The type of research used in this research is the study of phenomenology. Subjects of research is industries of organic food institution included UMKM for organic food, Department of Agriculture, Food Industry, Organic Food Farmers Group, and Banking in Lumajang District, Malang District and Blitar District in East Java Province. Data collection methods used are indepth interviews and participation observation. Test the validity of data used is the triangulation of sources and methods. The research data were analyzed with qualitative analysis (Content Analysis) by using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. From the research results, it can be conclude that the pattern of industries institutional development of organic food in East Java divided into three optimize patterns namely the cluster pattern, the pattern of partnerships, and the pattern of BDSP (Business Development Services Provider). The clusters pattern is the industries institutional development of organic food with organic food way of grouping institutions (including UMKM) in a region or set the region as a specific business area. A partnership consisting of the core plasma partnerships and foster father partnerships. BDSP pattern is a pattern based development institution in the system of business development services. In general, the cluster pattern can improve the performance of the supply, distribution, marketing, and utility of industries of organic food in East Java. Lumajang District is the most potential area in the development of cluster patterns industries of oganic food.
