Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe poetry writing skills that are applied to junior high school students, which are expected to improve learning outcomes and students' critical thinking skills. This type of research is classroom action research. The data in this study are student learning outcomes taken using test and non-test techniques. The test technique was carried out in the form of an essay question which consisted of 1 question, and non-test techniques which consisted of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, before the problem based learning model was applied, students' knowledge of poetry and student scores were still very low. Through the problem-based learning model, students find it easier to participate in learning to write poetry, find it easier to find imagination, and student scores rise above the KKM, which initially scores below 70. After applying the problem-based learning model, student scores rise above the KKM and the average grade students to 76.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the slang on the @xxvnyyxx Twitter social media account among teenagers for the period June to July 2023, as well as to determine the influence of slang on the @xxvnyyxx Twitter social media account among teenagers for the period June to July 2023. This type of research is qualitative. . Data collection was carried out using documentation methods, listening techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the look and note technique. Presentation of the results of data analysis is carried out informally. The results of the research show that the use and influence of slang among teenagers is very large on the @xxvnyyx Twitter social media account among teenagers for the period June to July 2023 and there are influences resulting from the use of slang, namely positive influences and negative influences. Based on the results of the observation carried out on account@xxvnyyxx, a lot of slang is used.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the sentence structure in the utterances of schizophrenics through classification and analysis of sentences uttered by schizophrenics. Both severe schizophrenia, semi-quiet schizophrenia and calm schizophrenia. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques simak libat cakap (SLC), recording and note-taking techniques. The research was conducted by listening to conversations between one schizophrenic with fellow sufferers and health workers who handle them. Engage in conversation both actively and receptively with sufferers. In addition, the data analysis used is the Agih method. Data presentation techniques use informal techniques. The results of data analysis of schizophrenia patients have a tendency to utter incomplete sentences which then these incomplete sentences are divided into several types, namely, sequence sentences, exclamation sentences and ellipsis sentences. Schizophrenics also tend to utter incoherent sentences and some other schizophrenics can utter sentences in accordance with Indonesian language rules. The causes of schizophrenia patients experiencing interference when speaking are due to factors (1) thematic structure disorders (2) assembling disorders (3) silence (4) echolalia (5) thought flow disorders
