Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fundamental factors such as earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity to stock returns in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of research in 2012 until 2016 which amounted to 24 companies and samples in this study amounted to 11 companies obtained by using purposive sampling method. The research tool used is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 21. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test using t-test to measure the partial regression coefficient and F-test to test the influence of independent variables simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that earning per share partially have a negative but not significant effect on stock returns. Debt to equity ratio and return on equity partially have positive but not significant effect to stock return. Earning per share, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity simultaneously have no significant effect on stock return.

Abstract

Marketing is very important in understanding consumers and markets by forming products that are in accordance with the wishes of consumers and the market in order to achieve the expected image. In the marketing world it is inseparable from advertising that can help in promoting products in a marketing, as well as the level of service quality that is able to maintain and brand trust of consumers who have a close relationship to marketing. In this study aims to determine how the influence of Advertising, Service Quality and Brand Trust On Purchase Interest in Lazada Online Stores. The sample is determined using the Isaac and Michael formula with a sample of 270 respondents, and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling, then testing the hypothesis with the support of SPSS application version 22. The advertising variable has a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 alpha and a t value of 12,951> 1,969 values t table. The service quality variable has a significance value of 0,048 <0.05 alpha and t count value is 1.984> 1.969 t table value. The variable of brand trust has a significance value of 0,033 <0.05 alpha and t count value of 2.140>1.969 t table value. Simultaneous advertisement, service quality and brand trust are f table equal to 147,136> 2,64 table f value, and sig <alpha with 0,000> 0,05.

Abstract

Pemberian jabatan rangkap adalah hal biasa di dunia kerja, karena perusahaan ingin mewujudkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penggunaan sumber daya mereka. Pemberian kompensasi kepada karyawan merupakan suatu bentuk balas jasa atas kontribusinya. Namun, kebijakan ini dapat membuat stres bagi karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Buana Logistik Mandiri Sukses melalui gender sebagai variabel kontrol. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur. Seluruh populasi sebanyak 103 orang dijadikan sampel atau metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, variable kompensasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui gender sebagai variable control. variable stress kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui gender sebagai variable control. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah bahwa upah dan stres kerja mempengaruhi kinerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan jenis kelamin sebagai variabel kontrol.

Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen usaha pada UMKM yang ada di Sekanak Raya masih belum baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh skil, keterampilan dan ilmu masyarakat yang masih minim karena mayoritas masyarakat hanya tamatan SMP dan SMA. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk peningkatan manajemen organisasi dan manajemen keuangan pelaku UMKM Kelurahan Sekanak Raya Kecamatan Belakang Padang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 hari dengan jumlah peserta 16 orang dari masyarakat dan pelaku usaha UMKM. Kecamatan Belakang Padang merupakan daerah terluar dari Kota Batam. Mata pencarian mayarakat Sekanak Raya Belakang Padang sebagian besar adalah sebagai nelayan. Pembinaan dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan dan ceramah dengan memberikan penjelasan mengenai pentingnya manajemen organisasi dan manajemen keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini membuka dan menambah wawasan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan usaha dan pengelolaan organisasi atas usaha yang ditekuni. Masyarakat menjadi lebih memahami pentingnya menajemen atau mengelola usaha dan manajemen keuangan untuk kelangsungan dan kemajuan usaha tersebut masyarak bersemangat dan antusias mengikuti kegiatan tersebut Kata kunci: Manajemen Usaha, Manajemen Keuangan, Pembinaan Abstract Business management at the UMKM in Sekanak Raya is still not good. This is caused by the skills, skills and knowledge of the community that is still minimal because it only involves the middle and high school community. The purpose of this service is to improve the organizational management and financial management of the MSME Kelurahan Sekanak Raya Kecamatan Balik Padang. The implementation of this activity was carried out for 2 days with a total of 16 participants from the community and SME business participants. Kecamatan Padang Padang is the outermost area of Batam City. The livelihoods of the people of Sekanak Raya Belakang Padang are mostly as fishermen. Coaching is done by training methods and lectures by providing explanations about the importance of organizational management and financial management. The results of this community service activity will open up and broaden people's horizons in business management and organizational management of their businesses. The community becomes more concerned with the importance of managing or managing a business and managing finances to achieve success and increase the business.
