Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah dasar (2)  untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dasar (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Tahunan Kabupaten Jepara.Populasi penelitian ini guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tahunan Kabupaten Jepara yang berjumlah 301 orang. Sampel sebanyak 75 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner. Analisis data deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi ganda menggunakan program SPSS for Window Release 16.Hasil penelitian untuk variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diperoleh: rata-rata = 109,93, untuk  variabel motivasi kerja guru diperoleh: rata-rata = 113,83, sedangkan untuk variabel mutu sekolah diperoleh: rata-rata = 116,75. Untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah yang dinyatakan dengan persamaanY = 40,406 + 0,694 X1, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,872 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,761 atau 76,1%, (2) terdapat pengaruh  positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 52,072+ 0,568 X2 kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,723 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,523 atau 52,3%, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y= 27,777 + 0,544 X1 + 0,257 X2, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,912 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,832 atau 83,2%.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi profesional dalam mewujudakan sekolah yang efektif dan berluaitas pada SMP Negeri Rayon Patebon Kabupaten Kendal. Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui: (1) besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pewujudan sekolah efektif, (2) besarnya pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap sekolah efektif, (3) besarnya pengaruh  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap  pewujudan sekolah efektif pada SMP Negeri Rayon Patebon Kabupaten Kendal.Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Rayon Patebon Kendal berjumlah 188 orang, sampel sebanyak 65 orang ditetapkan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis deskriptif data, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis yang meliputi regresi tunggal dan regresi ganda  menggunakan  SPSS for Window Release 16.Pelaksanaan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah masuk kategori kuat,  kompetensi profesional guru masuk kategori kompeten, dan pewujudan sekolah efektif masuk kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian adalah:  (1) ada pengaruh  terhadap pewujudan sekolah efektif dengan F hitung (41,201) > F tabel (3,36) dengan kontribusi 35,5%, (2) ada pengaruh  terhadap pewujudan sekolah efektif dengan F hitung (26,654) > F tabel (3,36) dengan kontribusi 26,2%, (3) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap pewujudan sekolah efektif dengan  harga F hitung (29,632) > F tabel (3,44) dengan kontribusi sebesar 44,5%.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: (1) to determine the influence of school-based management knowledge to the school leadership; (2) to determine the influence of emotional intelligence on school leadership; (3) to determine the influence of school-based knowledge management and emotional intelligence on school leadership. The populations in this research are all heads of private Religion Junior High School (MTs)  in KKMTs Margoyoso and Gembong Pati totaling 90 people, with a sample of 47 people by using simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Analysis of the data uses descriptive analysis, test requirements and hypotheses test include simple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of knowledge-based management school to school leadership, and multiple regression analysis to determine the influence of knowledge of school-based management and emotional intelligence together against school leadership. Analyzing data used SPSS for Window Release 16.From the results of this research are that the average acquisition of school-based management knowledge score 113.61 including high category, the average acquisition emotional intelligence score was 106.31 including enough categories, and the average acquisition score 103,17 including school leadership category quite well. The test results of the research data obtained prerequisite normal distribution of data, homogeneous, linear, and not multicolinier. Hypothesis tests found: (1) There is a positive influence on the school-based management knowledge of school leadership that is expressed by the equation Ŷ=30,003+ 0,644X1; the strength of correlation of 0,780 with a contribution of 0,608 or 60,8%. (2) There is a positive influence of emotional intelligence on school leadership expressed by the equation Ŷ = 34.276+0,648X2; the strength of correlation of 0.957 with a contribution of 0.916 or 91.6%. (3) There is a positive influence of school-based knowledge management and emotional intelligence together against the leadership of the principal expressed by the equation Ŷ = 22.067+ 0, 310X1 + 0, 432X2; the strength of correlation of  0,864 with a contribution of 0,747 or 74,7%.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the ability to carry out duties or work in accordance with the attitude, knowledge and skills as well as motivation. Preliminary survey results show that the performance of teachers in performing the tasks teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Madrasah working group 02 Grobogan which shows that the majority of teachers in the teaching job is not done in structure. Such conditions may ultimately have an impact on graduation rates of learners. The objective of this research was to examine (1) the influence of headmaster leadership on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah (2) the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah and (3) the influence of headmaster leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Grobogan.The approach and type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were all teachers Madrasah Aliyah Working Group Madrasah 02 Grobogan totaling 831 with a sample of 125 teachers. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression equation with SPSS. 21.The results of this study using empirical data show that (1) leadership headmaster proved influential positive significantly to the performance of Master Madrasah Aliyah Working Group  02 Grobogan, (2) organizational culture proven significant positive effect on the performance of teachers Madrasah Aliyah Working Group 02 Grobogan, (3) headmaster leadership and organizational culture together proven significant positive effect on the performance of teachers Madrasah Aliyah Working Group  02 Grobogan.Referring to the results of this study suggested that some of the things is that in order to improve the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Working Group Madrasah  02 Grobogan need to improve leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract

The overall success of the study included the level of student creativity increased, seen from the four creative indicators namely fluency (fluency), flexibility (flexibility), originality (authenticity) and elaboration (decomposition) which always experienced an increase in each cycle. In line with this research is based on problems found in schools, especially in mathematics learning needs to be pursued a learning strategy, one of which is using the cooperative type snowball throwing learning model. Based on the results of the research evaluation, it can be concluded from the results of the study that snowball throwing models can enhance students' creativity, provide a good and pleasant atmosphere, and produce a positive response to mathematics learning activities. Keywords:  Mathematical Learning Creativity and Cooperative Learning Model Type Snowball Throwing

Abstract

The development of livestock sub-sector is one of the strategic choices in supporting the national economy. Technological innovation plays a very big role in efforts to increase productivity and food production, especially livestock. Livestock groups are a good way to apply innovation to breeders. Institutional livestock is expected to be a means to increase technology adoption. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the adoption of technology in dairy goat breeders. This research was conducted in Lembah Meru, Jember in August-September 2016, using descriptive method of case study. The results showed that internal factors such as age, educational level, farming experience, number of family members, livelihood, income level, motivation, and number of livestock ownership have no significant effect on technology adoption rate. Factors of age, education level, number of family members, and type of livelihood have a positive value on the rate of technology adoption. The capability of breeders in managing innovation shows high yields such as: (1) adaptability with innovation; (2) the ability to refine innovation; (3) the ability of commitment to innovation; (4) the ability to implement innovation; And (5) the ability to manage the available resources.
