Abstract

Perumdam Tirto Jungporo merupakan Perusahan Daerah Air Minum yang ada di kota Jepara yang sangat diandalkan sebagian masyarakat dalam hal pendistribusian sumber air bersih. Pada saat ini perusahaan daerah kota Jepara tersebut memiliki jumlah pelanggan yang terus meningkat. Hal ini mengakibatkan penanganan kerusakan pada saluran air pelanggan juga ikut meningkat. Untuk pelayanan pengaduan kerusakan di perusahaan air ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, di mana pelanggan datang ke kantor untuk melakukan pengaduan. Sistem tersebut sangat tidak efektif dan efesien untuk pelanggan yang harus datang ke kantor yang pastinya akan menguras tenaga, waktu, dan juga biaya. Dari temuan tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sistem informasi pengaduan pelanggan berbasis location based service untuk Perumdam Tirto Jungporo. Sistem ini dapat diakses menggunakan perangkat Android. Aplikasi ini telah berhasil diuji menggunakan metode black box dengan 135 responden dengan nilai 80% untuk aplikasi pelanggan, dan 80% untuk aplikasi petugas.

Abstract

Higher Education is a place for providing education that aims to produce quality human resources and is able to face increasingly fierce job competition. Therefore, from the recruitment process or the admission process, prospective new students must consider various procedures that aim to be able to direct prospective new students in determining the study program that will be taken by prospective new students. The things that have been broken in the admission process for new students include the scores of national exam results, report cards, school test scores and the admission test for new students, as well as the admission process of the achievement path and aiming for missions. From these things, performance must be improved is a supporting factor so that the process of transforming educational science to students can be carried out properly. The purpose of this study is to obtain classification in determining the study program of prospective new students by optimizing the Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree methods with an Unsupervised Discretization Approach, as an effort to improve the internal quality assurance system, especially the standards for the admission process for new students in determining study programs at the Harapan Polytechnic with Tegal. Where in the process of accepting new students, planning, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring have been carried out as a form of implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). In this study, the data used was data on the results of the admission of prospective new students from all study programs. These data include data on the administrative completeness of the requirements of prospective new students, as well as data on the value of the results of the new student admission test. The data used is data for 1 academic year 2019/2020. From this data, training and testing will be carried out using Rapidminer 9, a classification of lecturer teaching performance will be obtained.

Abstract

Learning support equipment is a very important main component in an educational process, because the learning process uses tools to facilitate the educational process. SATKORDIKCAM is this government agency that regulates education in the sub-district area, so in every sub-district there will be a similar institution, because SATKORDIKCAM controls education in the sub-district area it regulates and has various tasks, one of which is in the field of goods management, namely by fostering, supervising and control the state property owned, and must document and manage the goods in their environment. The documentation process which consists of supervising and controlling the goods is a form of management so that the condition of the goods can be known. The status of the goods or conditions in question include the position of the goods, the condition of the goods, the current price of the goods, and the service life of the goods. Submission of web-based information can make it easier to access information on goods anywhere and anytime online. Making it easier for the admin to carry out the asset management process and the calculation of asset depreciation.

Abstract

In the world of education, there are many supporting factors to achieve success in the learning process, from teachers, materials, to students. The thing that still a problem for many educators is how to provide material or learning with various personality characteristics of students who arrive is still a difficulty for educators, this is what encourages the author to carry out this research, so that it can help educators to know the personality of each student. So research Data Mining Personality Classification of SMP Negeri 5 Jepara Students Using Decision Tree Algorithm C4.5 method. By using the decision method tree algorithm C4.5, this data mining can produce perfect output in classifying students' personalities, in this case study at SMP N 5 Jepara.These results are indicated by filling out questionnaires by researchers to 100 students and 1 teacher BP SMP Negeri 5 Jepara.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of technology at this time, there are many sales transactions received every day. The increase in sales certainly brings good. However, with the existence of sales activities, the sales data for the food menu is getting more and more. And the data only serves as an archive only.This study aims to create a website-based application with the Apriori Algorithm by utilizing sales transaction data, by determining the relationship between items from sales data, in this case the food or beverage ordered so that consumer purchasing patterns can be found. The results of research conducted from data from 16 transactions obtained 4 association rules with a minimum support of 3 and a minimum confidence of 60.

Abstract

The problem of counseling guidance is one of the problems found in schools which is one thing that is difficult to predict. Accurate predictions are needed to support decision making for those who have policy in making decisions. One of the things that can be done to make predictions in providing guidance and counseling recommendations is to use the K-Nearest Neighbor method. Of the 388 students in the school, tests or experiments can be carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm method. The results obtained from the experiment were 96.40% with 362 students who did not have to do counseling guidance, and 62 students who had to do counseling guidance. From the experimental results, it is hoped that the quality of the education system being carried out is expected to be further improved because it will affect the quality of the school.

Abstract

Field Work Practice is a learning activity that aims to introduce and expand students' skills in the real world of work. One of the PKL places that opens opportunities for students to carry out tasks is the Jepara Transportation Office. The Transportation Agency is a regional government organizing body in the field of transportation. But unfortunately, until now the Jepara Transportation Office does not have a system that can facilitate students and management staff to manage these PKL activities. This results in many documents that range lost and not well documented. The PKL information system with criteria assessment using a Likert scale is a solution in the PKL management process for the better. This application is web-based so that all data is managed and stored properly. This system has gone through the black box testing stage with the results of all features, flows, and programs that are normal and in accordance with what was planned at the beginning. In addition, the percentage of feasibility from the results of testing through a questionnaire to 12 respondents (users) of the Jepara Transportation Office E-PKL system received a score of 90.5% which means it is very feasible to use.
