Abstract

This study examines the influence of principals' entrepreneurial competence on school performance at Al- Musaddadiyah Foundation in Garut, using both descriptive and verificative approaches. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurial competence, comprising knowledge, ability, and skill, has an overall positive and significant impact on school performance, with a total determination coefficientof77%. Simultaneously,thethreecomponentsof entrepreneurial competence show a positive influence;and in partial analysis knowledge, ability and skill demonstrate significant effects. These findings highlight the importance of developing principals' entrepreneurial competence to enhance school performance and provide significant implications for business education in integrating entrepreneurial values into the educational system. This integration aims to cultivate individuals who are creative, innovative, and capable of identifying opportunities in both educational and business contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru SD di Kota Tegal mengenai literasi keuangan dan investasi di era disrupsi ini. Peserta kegiatan merupakan perwakilan guru-guru SD di Kota Tegal yang mayoritas merupakan guru generasi muda. Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh tim dosen Universitas Pancasakti Tegal dengan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan dalam bentuk ceramah mengenai literasi keuangan, investasi secara umum dan investasi pasar modal, mekanisme investasi serta cara pemilihan saham. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kepada seluruh peserta setelah setelah pemberian materi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman para peserta mengenai materi yang telah diberikan. Antusian dan keatktifan peserta terlihat dari banyaknya peserta yang bertanya maupun peserta yang menjawab pertanyaan narasumber. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapt menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk berinvestasi juga dapat menerapkan praktik pengelolaan keuangn dengan efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: guru; literasi keuangan; investasi; saham. ABSTRACTThis community service’s aim is to increase the understanding of primary school teachers in Tegal City regarding financial literacy and investing in this disruption era. The participants were representatives of primary school teachers, the majority of whom are young generation teachers. This service was carried out by a team of lecturers from Pancasakti University by providing education and lectures on financial literacy, investing in general and investing in capital market, investment mechanism and stock selection. The evaluation was done by distributing questionnaires after the material was given. The results of the activity showed there was an increase in the participants' understanding of the material given. The participants’s enthusiasm can be seen from the number of participants who asked questions and the number of participants who answered the speaker's questions. This activity is expected to be the basis for making investment decisions and can apply financial management effectively and efficiently.  Keywords: teacher; financial literacy; investment; stocks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and company size on tax avoidance. The objects in this study are consumer non-cyclicals sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. This research method is quantitative research. The population in this study is 125 consumer non-cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used in this study is purposeful sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and processed using the Eviews Version 12 program. Based on the results of the F test, the independent commissioner variable, institutional ownership, and company size simultaneously or jointly influence the tax avoidance variable. And partially the results of the study show that company size has a significant effect on tax avoidance. While the independent commissioner and institutional ownership hypotheses are rejected on tax avoidance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan biofuel pada mesin kendaraan sudah banyak diapliaksikan sebagai bentuk penanggulangan krisis bahan bakar. Teknologi mesin pun berkembang guna menyesuaikan penggunaan biofuel. SMK berperan dalam mencetak lulusan yang siap kerja dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan industri. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pelatihan perawatan mesin berbahan bakar biofuel bagi siswa jurusan Teknik Sepeda Motor SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat. Hal ini bertujuan agar siswa memiliki kompetensi perawatan mesin berbahan bakar bifuel sehingga siswa setelah lulus dapat bersaing didunia kerja khususnya dibidang mekanik sepeda motor. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 22 siswa jurusan Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah dengan materi pengertian biofuel, karakteristik bahan bakar, prinsip kerja biofuel dalam proses pembakaran dan efek penggunaan biofuel pada mesin. Metode lainnya adalah demontrasi tentang cara kerja sistem injeksi berbahan bakar biofuel dan penggunaan scaner EFI untuk diagnosa kerusakan mesin. Diakhir kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi dalam bentuk post-test dan penilaian praktikum. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa nilai siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah mengikuti pelatihan pada setiap indikator capaiannya. Rata-rata peningkatan nilai indikator capaiannya adalah 54% dan seluruh siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan dinyatakan kompeten. Abstract: The use of biofuel in vehicle engines has been widely applied as a form of overcoming the fuel crisis. Engine technology has also developed to adjust the use of biofuel. Vocational schools play a role in producing graduates who are ready to work by adjusting to industry needs. Therefore, biofuel engine maintenance training needs to be provided for students majoring in motorcycle engineering at Muhammadiyah Kramat Vocational School. This aims to ensure that students have the competence to maintain biofuel engines so that after graduating students can compete in the world of work, especially in motorcycle mechanics. This training was carried out with 22 participants majoring in Motorcycle Engineering and Business. This training uses a lecture method with material on the definition of biofuel, fuel characteristics, the working principles of biofuel in the combustion process, and the effects of using biofuel on engines. Another method is a demonstration of how the biofuel injection system works and the use of an EFI scanner to diagnose engine damage. At the end of the activity, an evaluation was carried out in the form of a post-test and practical assessment. The evaluation results showed that student scores increased after participating in the training on each of their achievement indicators. The average increase in the achievement indicator score was 54% and all students who participated in the training were declared competent.

Abstract

The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is the foundation of Muslims in various dimensions of life. This research aims to identify the role of OIC globally. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and a literature study. Research reference data was obtained from journals and reference books related to the role of the OIC. The study's results found ten dimensions of the OIC's role globally: politics, tourism, Islamic diplomacy, conflict resolution, humanity, cooperation for development, human rights, Islamic finance, world peace, and the development of science and technology. The OIC, as an association of countries with an Islamic background, needs to increase its role globally as a solution to various dimensions of problems experienced by OIC members. The implication is that in the future, we need to play an optimal role in population, poverty alleviation, finance, Islamic microfinance, halal economy, humanity and human resources.

Abstract

Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world and the most significant number of Hajj pilgrims, reaching 15-25% of the total number of Hajj pilgrims in Arab Studies. The government's primary concern is the implementation of Hajj. This study aims to identify the policy of implementing Hajj in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and a literature study. Data were obtained from journal literature, books, and policy documents on implementing Hajj in Indonesia. The results of the study found that the policy of implementing Hajj in Indonesia includes macro, meso, and micro dimensions in the form of Laws, Government Regulations, Presidential Regulations/Presidential Decrees, Regulations of the Minister of Religion, Decrees of the Minister of Religion, and Governor's Decrees. The government and stakeholders organizing Hajj need to use these policies as a reference when implementing Hajj.

Abstract

Pada Pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan pengetahuan tentang pembuatan Laporan Keuangan secara digital pada Entitas dengan menggunakan aplikasi pencatat keuangan. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di SMKS (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta) TECHNO MEDIA dengan Alamat JL. AMPERA KODIKLAT TNI BUARAN SERPONG, Kelurahan Buaran, Kecamatan Serpong, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Provinsi Banten. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah para siswa, pemilik dan pengelola Entitas pada SMKS (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta) TECHNO MEDIA. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Entitas diselesaikan dalam beberapa tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey pendahaluan terkait dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi Entitas. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode presentasi materi dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi serta tanya jawab. Evaluasi dari tahapan ini dilakukan dengan megumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data-data dari masing-masing tahapan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukan tingkat keberhasilan dengan adanya kesesuaian topik materi dengan informasi yang diperlukan oleh Entitas dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang selama ini terjadi. Adanya pengabdian ini membuat para siswa, pemilik dan pengelolah Entitas dapat diselesaikan dengan mudah secara digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi pencatat keuangan permasalahan laporan keuangannya.
