Abstract

Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Melalui Inovasi Produk Olahan Singkong di Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan memberi manfaat bagi keluarga dalam menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam mengolah Singkong sebagai pangan yang memiliki value added serta mampu menghasilkan diversifikasi produk olahan Singkong yang berdaya saing. Melalui pelatihan ini diajarkan cara mengolah singkong menjadi pangan yang bernilai jual tinggi serta diajarkan pula proses pengemasan, labeling produk hingga pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan berupa berupa penyuluhan dan melakukan praktek pengolahan singkong tersebut. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, para petani singkong tidak hanya menjual singkong mentah, melainkan dapat juga memproduksi produk olahan singkong yang bernilai dan laku di pasaran. Dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan melaui pengabdian msyarakat ini, diharapkan para petani singkong mampu mengolah singkong lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan kesejahteraan ekonomi secara finansial serta mandiri bagi masyarakat Bungaya. Kata kunci: Singkong, Inovasi, Petani singkong, Kesejahteraan.   ABSTRACT Community Welfare through Cassava Processed Product Innovation in Bungaya District, Gowa Regency is a Community Service Activity that aims to benefit families in increasing knowledge and ability in processing cassava as food that has added value and can increase competitive cassava processed products. This training will practice processing cassava into food worth selling high and teach the process of packaging, product labelling, and marketing. The method used is in the form of counselling and practicing cassava processing. It is hoped that after this activity, cassava farmers will sell not only raw cassava but also be able to produce cassava processed products that are feasible and salable in the market better to increase family income and economic welfare financially independently for the Bungaya community. Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze how big the influence of capital, the total of labour and length of business to the income of cafe business in Makassar City. That data analysis method that used are multiple linear regression with spss 25 application. The data that used by this study are primary data that collected by questionnaire and interview to cafe business owner in Makassar city. Based on the estimation result shows that capital, labour and length of business variable has positive influence and significant to income. This study shows the more capital, total labour and length of business means the higher the income that will be received by the cafe business owner in Makassar city.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of banking performance on banking stability in Indonesia. The data used is time series data from 2008-2021. However, before conducting an analysis using time series data, the Z-Score formula is used to calculate the variable size of bank stability. The results of this study indicate a significant effect of banking performance on banking stability in Indonesia. Keywords: Banking Performance, Banking Stability, Z-Score
