Abstract

Penggantian ahli waris dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam dimaksudkan untuk memberi jalan keluar bagi cucu yang terhalang menerima harta warisan. Masalahnya adalah tidak ada penjelasan yang memadai tentang penggantian ahli waris yang dimaksudkan, sehingga dapat menimbulkan interpretasi yang beragam. Tulisan ini berupaya hendak menelusuri penggantian ahli waris dalam hukum Islam. Dalam kitab-kitab fikih juga terdapat istilah penggantian tempat atau penggantian ahli waris yang diperuntukkan untuk ahli waris zaw al-arham. Adapun yang menyerupai penggantian ahli waris dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam adalah lembaga wasiat wajibahyang berlaku di Mesir dan beberapa negara muslim lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the inheritance of pesse' value ​​as a model of empathy in building the character of students at schools. After the revitalization of local wisdom has been carried out, it will then reduce the cultural characteristics between generations. In the inheritance of "pesse" value, the model that can be used is the Cavalli-Sforza and Feldman (1981) inheritance model which includes three processes. The stage of inheritance of pesse' value ​​at a macro level must continue to reproduce to form and to perpetuate an anti-violence habitus. Thus, the inculcation of pesse' value ​​in schools must become a common framework of all stakeholders, parents, schools, government, and other stakeholders, to synergize in developing the values ​​of “pesse” in generations as an effort to cut the reproduction of violent habitus, especially among students in Makassar, South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the rise of violent behavior among students in Makassar, which raises concern for all parties. The purpose of writing this article is to provide an overview of the transmission pesse’ value ‘as a model of empathy in school. That the cultivation of the value of empathy is very important as one of the solutions to solve the problems associated with violent behavior among pupils and students. In this context, empathy is seen as something that is (becoming), not as something that is (being). Local wisdom of South Sulawesi has left Pesse’ as a model of empathy in school. The values pesse’ in schools as part of the development of character, should be viewed as a common framework that is constantly moving in synergy, both in terms of pattern and purpose in developing pesse’ value, to be used as an effective way to cut habitus violence already rooted among pupils and students in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to give a description, implications, and review sadd Al-Dzarī’ah against ritualistic Rasam Balia in Palu Nomoni festival in Palu, Central Sulawesi province. The method of approach used is qualitative in several ways, namely through data collection (by observation, interview and documentation techniques), data management (through e- coding, coding, frequency counting, tabulation, verification, and data analysis). One of the results of this study is a description of the Balia Rasam ritual at the Palu Nomoni festival in the city of Palu in the province of Central Sulawesi is a. This activity was conducted by government of Palu as an annual festival, international level with participant that come from local communities, national and International. b. The event conducted for one week every September, c. The ritual becomes a must in Palu Nomoni festival with the purpose of healing, enhancing provision, refuse bad luck, and for safety. d. Its special uniform (black mixed red / yellow), the head tied with a black cloth, face, lips and hands in painted with colourful paint that shows the horrors, It filled with dance till the morning like people being possessed and drunk, chew bark, iron, razor blades, wood, stabbed the animal’s neck until it bled and then the blood was drunk and washed into the high seas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui makna simbol dalam agama Sikh di Indonesia, khususnya di Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Pentingnya kajian ini dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Aqidah dan Filsafat Islam, Fakultas Ushuluddin, UIN dalam rangka tersedianya data dan informasi terhadap segenap umat beragama yang dipeluk oleh sedikit masyarakat Indonesia, seperti agama Sikh. Aspek-aspek yang dilihat antara lain adalah, bentuk Rumah Ibadah agam Sikh yang jika kita lihat sekilas menyerupai masjid dalam agama Islam, selain itu budaya seperti memakai Turban, merawat Jenggot dan Rambut, memakai pakaian yang sopan dan sebagainya, ini semua hampir kurang lebih sama dengan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Antropologi, untuk melihat aspek kehidupan beragama, dan perilaku beragama pada agama Sikh. Kehadiran penganut agama Sikh ke Indonesia berasal dari Amritsar, Punjab, India, (sekarang masuk wilayah Pakistan) masuk melewati Aceh, Sumatera Utara dan Jakarta. Keberadaan pemeluk agama Sikh di Jabodetabek sampai saat ini masih subaltern. Secara teologis pemeluk agama Sikh percaya terhadap monoteisme yang disebut Waheguru dan pendirinya Guru Nanank (1469–1539). Kitab sucinya Guru Granth Sahib. Kuil Sikh disebut Gurdwara atau “gerbang menuju Guru”.

Abstract

The aim is to provide education and spiritual enlightenment for children that reciting Al-Qur'an regularly and with discipline at maghrib time and applying the values contained in it in everyday life is a spiritual consumption that can direct them to Islamic behavior. This research provides a scientific explanation of the benefits for santri to Recite Al-Qur’an at Maghrib time. The research data were obtained by interview and literature review. Research results show that the Santri Movement of Reciting Al-Qur’an at Maghrib time can form a generation with praiseworthy morals, good social spirit and always adhere to the regulation and teachings of Islam and prevent them from being addicted to the use of electronic devices. The implication, community could comprehend well the core of preaching.
