This paper aims to know the pattern of empowerment of zakat, infak and sedekah (ZIS) conducted by Yayasan Lima Belas Juli (Yaliju) in improving the economy of dhu'afa society. This paper answers the question of how the description and pattern of management and utilization of ZIS in the dhu'afa community so that it can change their economic condition from the original become mustahik become muzakki. In this study the authors use data collection methods that is through interviews to the administrators of Yaliju and with the method of observation is also documentation. The research method used is a descriptive-qualitative describing the pattern of empowerment of ZIS in improving dhu'afa economy. Based on the research results can be concluded that the pattern of empowerment of ZIS in Yaliju apply a flexible pattern. This can be seen from the respondents' answers and data analysis that the author did about the pattern of empowerment of ZIS in improving the economy of the dhu'afa community that was built by Yaliju. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pemberdayaan zakat, infak dan sedekah (ZIS) yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Lima Belas Juli (Yaliju) dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dhu?afa. Tulisan ini menjawab persoalan bagaimana gambaran dan pola pengelolaan dan pendayagunaan ZIS pada masyarakat dhu?afa sehingga dapat mengubah kondisi ekonomi mereka dari semula menjadi mustahik menjadi muzakki. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara kepada pengurus Yaliju dan dengan metode observasi juga dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriftif kualitatif yang menggambarkan tentang pola pemberdayaan ZIS dalam meningkatkan ekonomi dhu?afa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pola pemberdayaan ZIS di Yaliju menerapkan pola yang flexible. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jawaban responden dan analisis data yang penulis lakukan mengenai pola pemberdayaan ZIS dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dhu?afa yang menjadi binaan Yaliju.

This paper has the purpose of reporting students’ perceptions of the utilization of a mobile application for learning English speaking skills, Cakap Application, particularly in informal digital learning environment. To examine students’ perceptions, a qualitative technique was applied using a descriptive research design. The participants are from different high school students as well as the users of Cakap application. The information was obtained by a semi-structured interview with the questions grounded by the concepts of Speaking, IDLE, and TAM. After analyzing the data with thematic procedure analysis, it was revealed the generated themes: utilization and the benefits of the mobile application, Cakap, in improving speaking skills. The participants expressed that this application has simple access and provides feedback from the mentor expert that leads to benefits in speaking skills. This application also gives a pronunciation model and vocabulary building that benefit the improvement of speaking skills

STR Workshop is a company engaged in the automotive manufacturing sector. The production activities involve modifying motorcycle engines to enhance their performance using racing spare parts. However, during the production process, failures were encountered with the components themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to assess the extent of damage to the engine using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) method. Based on the research findings, there are four types of component failures in the engine, including broken valve springs, hollow pistons, broken valve springs, and cracked liner bores. Using the FMEA method, several factors were identified, resulting in a Severity rating of 7, Occurrence rating of 6, and Detection rating of 3, leading to a Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 126 for the piston. This indicates that the engine modification experienced failures during the assembly process.Furthermore, the measurement of motorcycle engine performance using a dynamometer showed that after modifications were made to the Vario 150 cc motorcycle—where the standard piston diameter increased from 57.3 mm to 60 mm, and the compression ratio changed from 10.6:1 to 11.3:1—the horsepower increased from 9.7 at 8500 RPM to 19.0 at 11000 RPM.Keywords: Performance, Defect, Motorcycle Engine, FMEA

Background: Based on the results of observations, we found that there were complaints or patient dissatisfaction regarding medical services, namely patient registration queues, pharmacy services, waiting times for medicines at the Simolawang Surabaya Community Health Center. Aims: The objective of this research is to identify patient satisfaction with the quality of service at the Simolawang Surabaya Community Health Center. Methods: This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional research design. With a sample of 55 respondents, sampling using Simple Random Sampling. Results: The research results show that there is a significant influence between service quality and patient satisfaction, the significance value is very low (0.000). Shows that there is a significant influence between service quality on patient satisfaction. The quality of service at the Simolawang Surabaya Community Health Center can be considered very effective in creating high satisfaction among patients who utilize the facilities and services at the Simolawang Surabaya Community Health Center. Conclusion: Based on this, effectiveness measurements are carried out through patient satisfaction surveys and service quality assessments. This approach not only produces high levels of satisfaction, but also reflects ongoing efforts to improve the quality of health services for the community.

As social beings, humans in living life will definitely depend on other humans. Therefore, religion provides teachings to spread love between people, one of which is by giving alms as a form of reflection to create love between people. And to make a person who likes to give or someone who has the character of a donor requires habituation from an early age, because in terms of the character of Helen G. D. it gives an understanding that character is not inherited, but something that is built continuously day by day through thoughts and actions, thoughts for the sake of thought, action after action. As was carried out by TPQ Daarul Hamdi Ulujami South Jakarta, namely Friday charity activities for students every Friday as a reflection of the teachings of the prophet's hadith. it is hoped that students will have high social sensitivity so as to produce philanthropic characters. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The purpose of this research is to cultivate characters that are in accordance with the values of Islamic teachings.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji intensitas perayaan Hari Besar Islam di lingkungan kampus sebagai upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dan mencegah radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa. Di tengah maraknya gerakan radikalisme yang mengancam persatuan bangsa, kampus sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang memiliki rasa cinta tanah air dan pemahaman keagamaan yang moderat. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai kegiatan keagamaan yang diselenggarakan di kampus dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan nasionalisme serta pencegahan radikalisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perayaan Hari Besar Islam yang dilaksanakan secara rutin dan melibatkan seluruh civitas akademika dapat memperkuat nilai-nilai kebangsaan serta mengurangi potensi penyebaran ideologi radikal di kalangan mahasiswa. Kesimpulan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya integrasi antara pendidikan agama dan pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam kurikulum kampus sebagai langkah preventif terhadap radikalisme.
