Abstract

Physical activity during pregnancy can improve the physical fitness and muscle conditioning needed to Facilitate labor. Health education and audiovisual using conventional methods is expected pregnant women know the importance of physical activity during pregnancy. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of health education and audiovisual conventional method using about physical activity during pregnancy in pregnant mother of 3rd semester in Bengkulu City. Cross-sectional design using a quasi-experimental method, using two gruop pretest posttest design. The sample was 48 pregnant women. Abstract

Zinc is a micronutrient in protein synthesis, cell differentiation and regulated growth for every cell in the body. Micronutrients such as zinc play a role in growth which affects the hormones that play a role in bone growth. Zinc deficiency can interfere with growth and development that is not optimal. This study aims to see the relationship between zinc mineral intake, mother's education level and family income with the nutritional status of elementary school children in Tuah Negeri, Musi Rawas District. This type of research used an observational study with a cross-sectional design. Sampling using simple random sampling technique. The number of samples is 75 respondents. Retrieval of data on the level of mother's education and family income with the interview method using a questionnaire. Data on the adequacy of zinc intake were carried out. SQ-FFQ interviews were asked about the amount of food in a questionnaire for the last period. Measurement of TB/u was carried out using anthropometry. The results of the statistical study showed that there was no relationship between the level of mother's education and the nutritional status of elementary school children (p = 1000). There was no relationship between zinc mineral intake and nutritional status in school children (p = 0.161). There is a close relationship with parents' income (p = 0.028) with the nutritional status of school children. The conclusion of this study is that children with a family income <UMR have the possibility of 4,327 times experiencing stuning.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada pelatihan perwasitan karate di kota Palembang belum adanya media yang digunakan untuk perwasitan karate. Hal ini disebabkan, karena buku mengenai perwasitan biasanya dikeluarkan oleh masing-masing induk dari cabang olahraga itu sendiri. Wasit dan juri mengungkapkan belum ada media berupa video animasi gesture yang membantu para wasit dalam mempelajari materi perwasitan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan videoanimasi gesture sebagai media pelatihan perwasitan karate. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang bertujuan menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah wasit juri karate new comer di Sumatra Selatan dengan jumlah 30 orang. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Hasil dari pengembangan video animasi gesturedikategorikan sangat layak. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil dari ahli materi yang mencapai tingkat kelayakan 99% dan ahli IT 100%. Adapun hasil dari uji normalitas menunjukkan nilai pada uji coba skala kecil 0,936 dan uji coba skala besar 0,899. Secara keseluruhan video animasi gesture ini telah dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media dalam belajar gesture perwasitan karate yang sangat membantu dalam mempelajari perwasitan atau mengingat kembali materi perwasitan.
