The human development index is an important issue because many developing countries have succeeded in achieving high economic growth but failed to reduce the gap in human development. The phenomenon is happening right now, there is a significant difference between one region and another indicates that there has not been equitable development in Indonesia. According to the Indonesian HDI Ranking Data source, there are 10 provinces which are at the bottom of the HDI ranking. This study aims to examine the reasons why the 10 Provinces are at the bottom of the HDI ranking using panel data and the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) regression model. The results showed that the variable economic growth and poverty had no significant effect on Human Development represented by HDI, the GRDP variable per capita had a negative and significant effect on HDI and the minimum wage variable had a positive and significant effect on HDI.

This study aims to examine the effect of Inflation Variables, CAR, NPF, Murabahah Financing, Mudharabah Financing, and Musyarakah Financing on the Profitability of Sharia BPRs in Indonesia. This study uses time series data from 2016-2020. The data is processed using the Error Correction Model (ECM). This study concludes that Murabahah Financing Variables have a significant influence and other variables, namely Inflation, CAR, NPF, Mudharabah Financing and Musyarakah Financing have no effect on the Profitability of Sharia BPRs in Indonesia. Thus, the type of financing affects the profitability of Sharia BPR in Indonesia

This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that affect Financing Risk as proxied by NPF at Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. By using the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) analysis, it was found that the CPI has a positive and significant effect, the exchange rate does not have a positive effect on the NPF, the Industrial Production Index (IPI) as a proxy for GDP in this study has a positive and significant effect, ROA has no negative effect on the NPF Sharia BPR in Indonesia, Bank Size has a negative and significant effect, CAR has no effect on NPF, FDR has a positive and significant effect, BOPO has a negative and significant effect on NPF as a proxy for Financing Risk at Sharia BPR in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal yang mempengaruhi Non-Performing Financing (NPF) pada BPR Syariah di Indonesia. Metode Analisis data menggunakan Error Correction Model (ECM), dengan menggunakan data time series Januari 2013 sampai dengan Desember 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara jangka pendek variabel Size, CAR, ROA, BOPO dan FDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap NPF. Sementara secara jangka Panjang, hanya Size dan FDR saja yang berpengaruh terhadap NPF BPR Syariah di Indoensia.

PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. is a company engaged in the plantation industry in Indonesia and the company has also been included in the list of companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange). The purpose of this study is to understand how the working capital conditions and profitability of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and how the influence between the two. This study uses the time series method for regression model analysis by determining the dependent and independent variables. The subjects obtained in this study came from the official website of the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2017-2021. In using the time series method and Classical Assumption Test to process the financial data of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. through the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate the amount of working capital at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and how the profitability ratios use ROE and ROA at the company. Based on the results, it is found that the coefficient of determination is 0.486 which indicates that there is an influence of working capital on the profitability of PT Astra Agro Lestari.

This research is directed to find out more about sugar activities in Gorontalo Province by exploring more deeply about Production, Export, Information, Pricing and Distribution Systems at PT. PG Gorontalo Tolangohula Unit. Using qualitative research methods that aim to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object or subject being studied appropriately. The results of the study found that the development of sugar production for Large Plantations (PB) and People's Plantations (PR) in Gorontalo tended to fluctuate, sugar exports from Gorontalo abroad did not yet exist, because sugar production was still needed for the needs of Gorontalo Province and its surroundings, namely North Sulawesi and Central Sulawesi Province, to determine the price of sugar refers to the main decision of the Surabaya Board of Directors, of course taking into account several factors, including production which will determine the cost of goods sold from the factory, and in the market, for the system of selling sugar from the factory to the hands of the community is through the auction system.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the order of human life, especially on consumer behavior. Consumer behavior that transforms from manual to digital in shopping, increasingly dominated by the choice of using food delivery and E-Payment applications. Therefore, this study aims to test the UTAUT-2 Theory against the use of food delivery apps, with SEM-PLS analysis tools and using the Multigroup Gender Use Analysis test on 134 respondents spread across Gorontalo Province. The results showed that Performance Expectancy, Price Value, and Habit influence Behavior intentions. Meanwhile, for Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Hedonic Motivation has no effect on behavior intentions using food delivery apps. In addition, multigroup analysis also showed that gender was not an influence on the use of food delivery apps during the covid-19 pandemic. This study has limitations only using the UTAUT2 model in predicting the behavior intention of food delivery applications during the covid-19 pandemic.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh NPF (Non Performing Financing), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio), Margin Keuntungan, serta inflasi terhadap pembiayaan Murabahah, dengan menggunakan data time series selama 10 tahun terakhir yaitu Januari 2010 sampai Desember 2019 pada Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRs) yang diterbitkan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Metode Analisis yang dipilih untuk kepentingan analisis data menggunakan metode estimasi OLS (ordinary least square) dngan menggunakan koreksi kesalahan (error correction model/ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara jangka pendek NPF berpengaruh positif, sedangkan FDR, Margin Murabahah dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap besaran pembiayaan murabahah BPR syariah di Indonesia selama sepuluh tahun terakhir. Secara jangka panjang NPF dan inflasi berpengaruh positif, sedangkan FDR dan Margin Murabahah berpengaruh negatif terhadap besaran pembiayaan murabahah BPR syariah di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine whether CAR, ROA, NPF, FDR affect the Market Share of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses Panel Data analysis. The results of this study conclude (1) Capital adequacy ratio (CAR) has a negative and insignificant effect on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia; (2) Return on assets (ROA) has a positive and insignificant effect on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia; (3) Non-performing financing (NPF) has a negative and significant effect on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia; (4) Financing to deposit ratio (FDR) has a negative and insignificant effect on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia and (5) CAR, ROA, NPF and FDR together have an effect on the market share of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah CAR, ROA, NPF, FDR berpengaruh terhadap Market Share Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel.
