Abstract

Abstract : Commercial sex workers are women who work to sell herself to a lot of men who need gratification of sexual desire, and the woman received a sum of money in return, and shall be held outside of marriage. This study aims to determine the entry of commercial sex workers in Tanjung Balai Karimun, the cause of the persistence of commercial sex workers in Tanjung Balai Karimun, community feedback about commercial sex workers to the existence and development, and the impact of the presence of commercial sex workers in the economy, culture, and education local communities in Tanjung Balai Karimun. This research used a descriptive research method because in practice, such as data, analysis and interpretation of the meaning and the data obtained. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaire techniques. These results indicate that the presence of commercial sex workers in Tanjung Balai Karimun still survive but not growing. The impact of commercial sex workers have an effect on all areas, whether economic, cultural, and educational. The persistence of commercial sex workers in Tanjung Balai Karimun due to several factors, both internal and eksteren. Abstract

Abstract: Letda Abdul Murad Saidun is a member of the military in the physical revolution Selatpanjang in the years 1945-1950. During the Japanese occupation, the Letda Abdul Murad Saidun joined the Japanese military organization heiho. Post-reading the text of the proclamation of Ir. Soekarno and Moh. Hatta, Letda Abdul Murad Saidun resumed his military career by joining the People's Security Agency (BKR), which is a progression to the Indonesian National Army (TNI) as the base defense in maintaining state sovereignty. After Letda Abdul Murad Saidun participate BKR in Selatpanjang, he is believed to be the deputy military commander of Company II Selatpanjang by Lieutenant. Col. Hasan Basri who is head of Regiment IV Riau. The purpose of this research is to know the life story of LetdaAbdul Murad Saidun, to find out how the role and fights Letda Abdul Murad Saidun uphold the independence of Indonesia in Selatpanjang, to determine the end of the match Letda Abdul Murad Saidun. The method used in this research is the method of historical and descriptive method in which data were collected through interviews and analyzed in its own language. The research location is in Selatpanjang Meranti Islands regency in Riau province. When the study started from the exam proposal for the final exam. Data collection techniques used were interview techniques, technical documentation and technical literature. From study said that Letda Abdul Murad Saidun is one of the military leaders in Selatpanjang. Based on these results, we can conclude that LietdaAbdul Murad Saidun has a big role in fighting to preserve the independence of Indonesia, especially in Selatpanjang.Keywords: Position, Maintain, Independence

Abstract

Abstract: Duanu tribe is community of laut tribe or sea people where located in Muara Sungai Indragiri Hilir, also part of Kelompok Adat Terpencil (KAT), it is a part of Ras Proto Melayu (Melayu Tua). Duanu tribe have an unique tradition, that is Menongkah Kerang. Menongkah Kerang is technique of Duanu tribe to looking for shell in muddy beach when the receding of sea water coming using piece of board that they named with papan tongkah. This research have purpose to knowing about: (1) To knowing about history of Duanu tribe in Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Tanah Merah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. (2) To knowing about development menongkah kerang tradition of Duanu tribe in Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Tanah Merah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. (3) To knowing about parents role and youth in there to preserve Menongkah Kerang tradition of Duanu tribe in Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Tanah Merah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. This research is qualitative descriptive and technique of data accumulation using observation technique, interview, documentation and documents. Result of this research showing that Menongkah Kerang already run into progress, which one, this menongkah karang have become the yearly travel destination in Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir and also already there are menongkah traditional dance that be showed at cultural festival event and tradition events in Indragiri Hilir.Keywords: Menongkah Kerang, Duanu Tribe

Abstract

Abstracts: Army Student is a young youth, middle school students (JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL), a secondary school (HIGH SCHOOL) and also students who rose up independence along with the people. The soldiers of this average Student age of 15-20 years, but her spirit is not lost by Indonesia's army to maintain its independence, they are aware that energy and enthusiasm required by Indonesia. It is proven by the army in the student participated directly in a war on the first Dutch military aggression in Indonesia. As for the purpose of this research is to know the background of the establishment of the Student Army. To find out how the condition of the Student Army before the war four days in Solo in 1949. To examine the role of Student Soldiers in war four days in Solo in 1949. To find out how a student Army Role after the end of the war four days in Solo in 1949. The method used in this research is qualitative and historical methods. The data collected through the techniques of librarianship and documentation. Data obtained from books, magazines, and articles on its own analysis. Then in analyzing using deskriftif qualitative. The result of this research was a student Soldier of the time calculated is still young, but his spirit was still high to maintain the State of Indonesia from the Netherlands military aggression action, they willingly left the school bleachers for the sake of maintaining Indonesia, the army students engage directly with some of the war that ensued, one of the largest Student Army war against the Netherlands namely War four days in Solo in order to improve the bargaining position of Indonesia against the round table Conference agreements conducted in Den Haag Netherlands.Keywords: Student, Army War four days in Solo.

Abstract

Abstract: Minangkabau is one of the tribes and cultures in Indonesian, located in the Sumatera Barat province. The structure of Minangkabau society oeganized according to matrilineal principles, namely a matrilineal. Mother in Adat Minangkabau known as Bundo Kanduang which literally means true mother. Bundo Kanduang can be two categorized, that is: First, as a personality characteristic that refers to the Minangkabau woman as individuals must contributed to the real demands of society. Second, Bundo Kanduang as an institution parallel with other institutions, has the same power and access to the Minangkabau government structure. The purpose of this research is to know (1) Bundo Kanduang in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat (2) The role of Bundo Kanduang in the government system in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat (3) The role Bundo Kanduang in the customs system in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat (4) The prohibition and abstinence Bundo Kanduang in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat. The research uses descriptive methode with qualitative approach, and data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation and literature.
