Abstract

Nowadays people especially those in the metropolitan area or developing their livelihood on a smart phone. Based on this, there arose an idea to expand and enrich the smart phone functions not only as a medium of communication, but one of them as a device that can help people in carrying out daily activities. One of them as a device that can help people to supplement the existing weaknesses in him, such forgetfulness. Forgetting the parking location is one of human weakness because of forgetfulness. That requires a device that can help people to remember the location of parking their vehicles. In addition, the smart phone also can help people to make payment transactions more practical. Then, if a parking location reminder device combined with payment at the parking booth will be a very useful tool and efficient. With smart phone technology is increasingly sophisticated and technology support NFC (Near Field Communication) device is expected to be a solution to deal with problems that often occur in parking location and minimize queuing at the ticket counter payment of parking

Abstract

Abstract - In this modern era, using technology in business has become common thing, moreover there’re a lot of business which using e-commers platform as their market. E-commers is where the seller can sell his goods by online without the buyer has to come to the store. This practice has made it easy for both party in doing business transactions, costumers just need to search what he needs on the platform without needed to look for the store which sell the product he wants. It is of course more effective and time effisient for both party by doing it online using the technology.The technology can also be used for furniture business, where we can order customize furniture for home furnishings. Using theFurniture application, costumers can get hand-made furniture as desire, we can choose which material tobe used, what color, and the dimension of the furniture. This application using MFQ (Multiple Feedback Queue) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighing) algorithm and for the method using RAD (Rapid Application Development). MFQ algorithm is used to determine the queue order which enter the system. The rules are if the order has more complex design, then the order will be put on hold and will be process after the easier design order is done. And this rules only applied for order which enter the system on the same date. The older date will using the same rules after the order on the younger date is finished. And to determine the sequence order SAW algoritm is used base on the time needed for the process as its variable.This application is expected tobe a bridge between the buyer and furniture entepneneur for easy search on the home furninshings. And also this application is for the buyer to custom-made the furniture without the need to seach the furniture entrepreneur who can do the customize. And for the furniture entrepreneur to advertise its product to the buyer for home furnishings.

Abstract

Network Monitoring System (NMS) is a system that is highly demanded internet service provider industry in this fast-developing information technology era. The availability of NMS is the best option to restore the service level agreement as a means to compete with other internet service providers’ competitors. The occurrence of disturbance in the network is often unnoticed by the network administrator. This may lead to a crucial problem in decreasing network quality as the impact of time-consuming in solving the problem. Through the explanation, the writer tried to anticipate by classifying problems using Pareto and integrated Nagios with Telegram Messenger as a notification of disturbance. Nagios has many features such as reports, event handlers, monitoring resources (CPU load, memory usage, status up / down, uptime, data traffic, bandwidth), etc. One notable feature owned by Nagios is blast notification of disturbance. It is a feature that will function when one of the devices is in trouble. This feature will inform the network administrator or authorized person in certain divisions as regards the error network. In this case, the problematic device can be categorized according to the parameters made by the network administrator.

Abstract

Dewasa ini banyak sekali device terutama smartphone terpasang fitur NFC, sayangnya tidak semua pengguna mengetahui manfaat dan fungsi dari NFC itu sendirri. NFC (Near Field Communication) adalah perangkat standard yang memungkin smartphone dan perangkat lain bisa berkomunikasi ketika di dekatkan. NFC bekerja seperti RFID, NFC memiliki jangkauan yang lebih pendek dari RFID. Dengan metode sama halnya seperti RFID bahkan lebih unggul karena jarak yang dibutuhkan lebih dekat dengan sumber tidak halnya RFID menjadikan teknologi ini jauh lebih aman. Hasil yang diharapkan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi NFC dalam penelitian ini memudahkan proses belajar mengajar bagi mahasiswa dan juga dosen pengampu dalam memberikan materi perkuliahan walaupun jaringan internet sedang off.

Abstract

Homeschooling (HS) Lantaburo is one of the alternative schools in the city of Tangerang which has a target of fostering and developing life skills for Students with Special Needs (ABK) so they can meet the basic needs of Activity of Daily Living (ADL) so that one day they can be independent and empowered in society. In implementing the ADL program, there are obstacles, namely the difficulty of keeping up with advances in computer technology as a medium for supporting the learning of ABK students. Based on these problems, this community service aims to introduce ABK students to operating computers and teach them how to use Microsoft Word features that can be used to learn typing and others. The method used is hands-on training on basic introduction to computers and Microsoft Word applications. Of the 26 students with special needs at HS Lantaburo who were given the opportunity by the teacher to take part in the training, there were 3 students namely Autism, Dyslexia, and Down Syndrome (DS) due to limited computer equipment and training time. The context of the training is based on the participant's ability to answer every question posed in the training, starting from managing text, fonts, data storage, etc. Meanwhile, making tables still requires frequent practice. The results of the training were that Autism and Dyslexia student participants had the same range of intelligence so they could follow the training well compared to DS participants. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation carried out after the training activities. ABK students can improve their ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Word software, including the ability to type, edit, and format documents. Increase motivation to study, more confidence and independent in operating computers and MS Word applications.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi di berbagai sektor organisasi tidak lagi “hanya” menjadi faktor peningkatan daya saing. Tapi di samping itu, telah menjadi ancaman eksistensial. Informasi (data) merupakan aset yang berharga, sehingga perlindungan informasi sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi. Melihat semakin pentingnya peran informasi dalam organisasi, ancaman dan kerentanan informasi semakin meningkat dengan munculnya peretasan/bocoran informasi tertentu yang berdampak pada organisasi. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menyebabkan meningkatnya kejahatan dunia maya. Ke depan, proses bisnis organisasi akan lebih bergantung pada TIK. Dikhawatirkan personel dalam organisasi masih kurang melek IT dan kesadaran keamanan informasi, atau penggunaan teknologi informasi atau Sistem informasi tidak memenuhi standar internal organisasi. Dalam upaya setiap organisasi untuk melindungi informasi, kesadaran keamanan adalah peran yang sangat penting. Sayangnya, aspek ini seringkali kurang mendapat perhatian. Akibatnya, hal itu dapat menyebabkan ancaman kegagalan total dari semua upaya dan energi yang dikeluarkan untuk melindungi informasi organisasi. Oleh karena itu, kesadaran merupakan titik awal atau starting point bagi seluruh pegawai dalam organisasi untuk menekuni atau memahami pengetahuan keamanan teknologi informasi. Dengan kesadaran keamanan informasi, pegawai dapat fokus pada satu atau lebih kemungkinan masalah atau ancaman. Selain itu, perlu meningkatkan kesadaran seluruh karyawan, guru bahkan siswa. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di SMPN 215 DKI Jakarta Barat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan literasi IT dan kesadaran keamanan informasi lebih baik lagi. Kata kunci: Security, Awareness, Cyber, Informasi, Data.
