Abstract

Modeling of the leakage current in a field-effect transistor metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOSFET) with high dielectric material has been developed by taking into account the effect of charge traps formed at the interface of high-k material/SiO2. Transmittance calculated using Airy wave function approach and involving the anisotropic electron mass and the effect of coupling between transverse and longitudinal energy represented by the speed of the electrons in the metal gate. Transmittance obtained is then used to calculate the leakage current in the structure of n+Poly-Si/HfSiOxN/trap/SiO2/p-Si for oxide voltage variations, temperature, and thickness of the SiO2. From the calculation that the leakage current decreases with decreasing of oxide voltage and increasing of the thickness of the oxide layer of SiO2. Also obtained that the temperature of the device does not give a great influence on the change of leakage current. Keywords: Leakage current, electron speed, charge traps

Abstract

ABSTRAKSPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh TQM dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 3 Mataram.Jumlah populasi penelitian 171 orang guru.Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode Solven sebanyak 63 orang.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah kuantitatif dengan angket sebagai instrumennya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresisederhana dan berganda dengan uji F.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara TQM terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 3 Mataram, (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 3 Mataram, dan (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara TQM dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 3 Mataram.Kata Kunci: TQM, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Guru INFLUENCE OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) AND CULTURE ORGANIZATIONAL ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE OF SMK NEGERI 3 MATARAMABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the influence of TQM and culture organizational on teacher performance of SMK Negeri 3 Mataram. Abstract

Telah dilaksanakan kegiatan kepada masyarakat berupa pengembangan alat cetak briket di desa Jatireo kecamatan Gunungpati kodia Semarang. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengatasi proses pembuatan briket pada saat dicetak, dimana hasil yang diperoleh belum padat sehingga lama nyala api belum sesuai yang diharapkan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut telah dibuat alat pres yang digunakan untuk memberi beban briket sebelum dikeluarkan dari alat cetak. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya perbedaan ketebalan briket yang tidak dipres dengan yang dipres. Ketebalan briket tanpa menggunakan pres adalah 1 cm dan yang menggunakan alat pres 0,5 cm. Selain itu hasil uji pembakaran diperoleh laju pembakaran briket dari kulit kolang-kaling pada rentang 0.03-0.04 g/s. Hasil ini bersesuaian dengan briket dari jenis biomassa jenis lainnya seperti kayu, daun lain-lain dengan laju pembakarannya 0.03 g/s. Warna nyala api yang ditunjukkan ketika uji coba laboratorium adalah kuning kemerahan dan asapnya tidak menimbulkan gatal jika mengenai kulit.Kata kunci : briket, alat cetak, alat pres
