Abstract

Abstract: Based on preliminary observations conducted by researchers at children in kindergarten Education 21 Kulim of Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru, there are still many visible lack of confidence shown the child when the child arrives at school when mother leaves them. Still to be accompanied parents. Children always refused to become the leader of the line, when in classroom doing question-answer and children only nodded and shook his head without daring expression, storytelling in front of the class is still accompanied by the teacher, the child does not want to show his work. Field conditions do not correspond to what the objectives of the school. As for the purpose of this study to determine the confidence of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru before the implementation of the project method, to determine whether there is influence methods of the project on the confidence of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru and to know how improvement occurs. This research is a classroom action research (PTK), which is done in 2 cycles. Data collection used in this study is in the form of observation sheet. The number of samples in this study were 20 people consisting of 9 boys and 11 girls. Based on the results of data processing and observations of confidence has increased in each cycle. The percentage increase in the confidence of children aged 4-5 years using project in kindergarten Education 21 Kulim Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru can be seen from the prior measures the percentage of the value obtained with an average of 38.67% with less criteria. Once repaired in the first cycle obtained by the percentage of the average value of 45.22% with less criteria, on the second cycle increased with the percentage of the average value obtained a value of 74.11%, it can be seen that the methods of the project can increase the confidence of children 4-5 years of age with sufficient criteria.Keywords: Confidence, Project Methods, Early Childhood

Abstract

Abstract: Brain gym is represent the simple movement corps which can be optimal of child growth. This method will activate two cleaving brain and combine the function of all brain shares to increase recall. The aim of this research is to know does any improvement for child recall by using this brain gym and the percentage of that improvement. For this research, the researcher used Research of Class Action method. That is this method uses 2 cycles and has 6 meeting. For the appliance of collecting the data was the research used a form of observation there are 23 of children. That were consisted of 14 boys and 9 girls. Based on the result of processing the data and observation of recall the children aged 5-6 year old. They got improvement in every cycles. Before brain gym method is used to increase recall at children was under standard that is 48,2%, while after the firs cycles of using this method it was increased to 61,5%, even in the second cycles it became 88,3%. So, it can be concluded that a brain gym improve a recall of children aged 5-6 year old especially in TK Fathrizk Kids Pekanbaru.Keywords: Brain Gym, Recall1

Abstract

Abstract: The teacher is a profession that is at high risk for developing chronic job stress that it is possible to cause burnout. To control emotions can be done in many ways, one way of coping strategies. Is a way of coping strategies or behaviors of individuals to solve a problem. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between coping strategies with burnout. This study is aimed at kindergarten educators district Tampan City Pekanbaru, with a population of 158 people and a sample of 62 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis showed that the kindergarten educators district Tampan City Pekanbaru using both types of coping strategies with the medium category, problem-focused coping as many as 20 people with a percentage of 32,3% and emotional-focused coping as many as 42 people by 67,7%. Burnout produced, including in the medium category of 62 people with a percentage (100%).Keywords: coping strategies, burnout, teacher

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the implementation of the sand play activities can improve visual spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Ar Rahim Limbungan Rumbai District of Pekanbaru. This research is a classroom action research. The subject of this study is a kindergartner Ar Rahim Limbungan Rumbai Pekanbaru District of the number of children as much as 22 children consisted of 10 men and 12 daughters. Percentage increase in visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years by using sand play in kindergarten Ar Rahim Limbungan Pekanbaru District of Rumbai can be seen from the Pre cycle or before the application of the sand play until the second cycle. On the preliminary data obtained score 223 with a percentage of 42.2%. While the value of the first cycle to 56.3%. The next and the second cycle increases with the value of 81.4%. In testing the hypothesis can be seen improvement gained from each cycle. Where an increase in visual-spatial intelligence obtained prior to the first cycle of action to increase by 33.3%. While improving visual-spatial intelligence from cycle I to cycle II of 44.6%, and the overall improvement of visual-spatial intelligence of initial data to the cycle II of 92.8%.Keywords: Play Sand, Visual Spatial Intelligence

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Pupil Personnel Management Activities in Kindergarten at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. The population and sample of this research is all kindergarten principal totaling 50 people. Data collection techniques used were a questionnaire. Test data analysis techniques using ITEMAN Ver3.0 program, while research data analysis technique using a percentage formula. From the research results pupil personnel management in kindergarten overall obtained percentage of 74.88%, it is in good category. Meanwhile, if viewed from each indicator, planning pupil personnel applicant indicator get a percentage of 77.43% categorized as good, arrangement of the new pupil personnel indicator get a percentage of 73.88% were in either category, grouping learners indicator get a percentage of 81, 50% are in the very good category, recorded the presence of learners indicator get a percentage of 83.67% are in the very good category, indicators of fostering discipline pupil personnel get a percentage of 76.00% are in the good category, to set mutation/transfer pupil personnel indicator get a percentage of 67.60% are in the good category. To set graduation of pupil personnel indicator get a percentage of 80.80% are in the very good category and still one indicator need focused guidance that is to set up a special service program which gets a percentage of 55%, that is categorized enough.Key words: Managemen, Pupil Personnel
