Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the factors the motivation to study the learn to attend package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru. Because of a the motivation to study was pendorongan an establishment realized to affect mannerisms people learn to attend package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru. The formulation the research is which motivation most dominant of motivation intrinsic with extrinsic motivation people learn in following package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to know where have motivation most dominant among intrinsic motivation with extrinsic motivation residents learned in following package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru. The population in research has reached 57 people learn. Then the researcher determine samples from 36 people for research and 20 people to the test, with uses the technique simple random sampling. An instrument data collection the survey by 40 a statement and if the trial live 38 statement valid for made instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, the research results show that the motivation to study residents learn package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru In good, with an average percentage of 63%. Even though the motivation internal are more dominant than motivation external. It means residents learn motivated to study because hope or ideals available.Key words: Motivation, Motivation to study the learn to attend package C.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction the kaget market traders in Rw 15 Simpang Tiga Village District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. The research questions guiding this study is: how high levels of job satisfaction the kaget market traders in Rw 15 Simpang Tiga Village District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. This is a descriptive study, data were collected using a questionnaire totaling 33 point statement. Once tested, the questionnaire of 26 items declared valid, invalid and of 7 items. Otherwise the entire legal instruments with "rhitung = 0.444 means that legitimacy is quite high. The population in this study was 48 the kaget market traders. The samples were taken using simple random sampling method using Taro Yamane formula. Based on the findings obtained job satisfaction the kaget market traders Rw 15 at Simpang Tiga District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru the pleasant feeling of respondents who was the level satisfaction of work high  is  89.78% and the low level of work satisfaction is 10.16%. According to the respondents unpleasant feeling that the level of work satisfaction high and 85,93% low levels of work satisfaction of 14.05%. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, The Kaget Market

Abstract

Abstract:The manager of community learning centre (PKBM) has five duties in applying study program in PKBM.  They are to identify society needed learning, plan the program application that appropriate with society needed, guide the program application, has evaluation to the program that goes on, and report the program application. But, it has been found the problem at application of manager duties in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang is not proper about the application of the five duties PKBM manager.It is qualitative research to know more the problem of PKBM manager roles in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang, Marpoyan Damai district, Pekanbaru. This research is done on February to September 2014. The data collecting techniques in this research are observation, interview and documentation. The subjective of this research consist of two core informants:  chairman and secretary of PKBM Mitra Jaya Cemerlang and two control informants: guidance and tutor of PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang.The research findings show the effect of low manager roles PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang is not understanding manager about technique to identify society needed, not to plan of study program in PKBM, lack of understanding in guiding tutor in order that study program is going well, not evaluate the study program, and not understand to report the study program that goes on. To do the PKBM manager duties properly, it is suggested by the manager to get training about PKBM duties manager from educational service out of school. dinas pendidikan luar sekolah. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how the role of equality program manager in children with special needs in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru? The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of equity program managers in children with special needs in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques of this study using observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. The results of the research conducted can be concluded that the way the manager runs his role in equality programs in children with special needs in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru is by way of information outside the institution by following training and seminars on children with special needs, then the manager collects information obtained from Each activity followed by each of its staff. Information received both inside and outside the organizing organization collects, and disseminates information received by the manager to all staff at the meeting. In the meeting, the manager takes a decision about the problem or solution related to the development of equality programs for children with special needs, the process of decision-making determined by the manager of course the results of negotiations made with his subordinates and the agreement of the homescholling center.Keywords: Role of manager, equality program, children with special needs

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the level of self-understanding of citizens learning equality program, 2) To know the level of self-feelings of citizens learning equality program, 3) To know the level of self-view of citizens learning equality program, 4) to know the level of self-confidence (5) To know whether there is a difference between the self-concept of packet A, packet B, and package C, and 7) To know the contribution / contribution of age factor, gender , Religion, ethnicity, family type, and social class in shaping the concept of self-learned citizens. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The variables in this study are self-concept of citizens learning equality program, and without connecting with other variables. Selanjutanya used indicators adopted from several opinions of experts, including: 1. Self-understanding, 2. Feelings, 3. Self-views, and 4. Confidence. This research was conducted at CLC Pelita Riau, Rumbai Pesisir Sub-district, Pekanbaru City, involving 55 residents studying equality program from Package A, Package B, and Package C as research sample. Data collection technique used in this research is using questionnaire with scale Measurements are: Strongly Agree (SS), Agree (S), Doubt (RR), Disagree (TS), and Strongly Disagree (STS). The analysis used in this research are: 1) Descriptive Statistics, with Mean and SD, and Percentage, 2) Inferential statistics, using ANOVA analysis.Keywords: Self Concept, Student Learning, Equality Program, PKBM Pelita Riau
