The purpose of study was to find out the role of parents in fostering self-confidence for the fishermen’s’ children studying in college at Bantan Air villagesub-district of Bantan the regency of Bengkalis. The right thing in the study wasthat the parents educated their children until college. The method used in the studywas descriptive and the population of study was parents numbering 30 parents.The writer did not take any sample because the population of study was not much.In collecting the data about the role of parents in fostering self-confidence for thefishermen’s’ children studying in college the writer used questionnaires directedto the respondents or parents. The data which have been collected were analyzedquantitative approach it was product moment correlation technique. Aftercollecting and analyzing the data the writer concluded that there was the role ofparents in fostering self-confidence for the fishermen’s’ children studying incollege at Bantan Air village sub-district of Bantan the regency of Bengkalis. Theanalysis resulted the statistic reliability with amount of 0.951. The score meansthe role of parents in fostering self-confidence for the fishermen’s’ childrenstudying in college. AbstrackThis study aims to determine the perception of adolescent towards sex education in the family at Tangkerang Tengah village, Pekanbaru . Formulation of the problem in this research is how high the perception of adolescent towards sex education in the family at Tangkerang Tengah village, Pekanbaru? This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach which aims to describe theresult withfigures. The sampling techniqueusinga quotasamplingtechnique, which is a technique for determininga sampleof thepopulationthathavecertain characteristics untilthe expectations ofthe amount of quota. Data collection techniques inthis study isby using a questionnaire, whichwas 56statement item. The data obtained from respondents whowere 30to samplethe test and 89 for the study. Afte rpollingin the trial, there are six items that are not valid, andthe researchers removed oneby onefactthat is not, so the whole instrument reliably indicated by Cronbach alpha=0.96. The result of the data analysis shows that the perception of adolescent towards sex education in the family from indicator sex differences between men and women relatively high with the value of mean 3.73 and Standard Deviation (SD) 0.74, compared with three other indicator that are the role of sex, the function and need of sex, and personal development. It means that the adolescent feel that sex education is related to sex differnces between men and women is very important for a parents to be given to adolescent.Keywords: sex education, adolescent, family

Abstract: This research was motivated by the background to find out the perceptions of people who learned about the leadership of the chairman of the foundation in PKBM Pelita riau Pekanbaru city. The formulation of the problem from this research is whether the perceptions of citizens learn about the leadership of the chairman of the foundation in Pelita Riau PKBM Pekanbaru City? The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of the learning community towards the leadership of the chairman of the foundation in Pelita Riau PKBM Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were 60 people who studied. Then the sample of this study was 38 study residents and 20 residents studying experimental samples with a critical level of 10%, samples which were simple random samples. The instrument for sending data is a questionnaire with 72 statements and applies to experiments that apply to research instruments. Based on the results of the news, the average of 5 indicators of the average value for the perception variable of the learning citizens towards the chairman of the foundation in Pelita Riau, PKBM, Pekanbaru City is relatively good, that is, with Mean 3.67 and SD 0.82. The interpretations obtained for each learning indicator of citizens learn about the foundation in Pelita Riau PKBM Pekanbaru City are all good. So the learning community considers the chairman of the foundation to use a free but democratic educational institution.Keywords: Perception of learning citizens, leadership of the chairman of the foundation

Abstract: This research objective is 1) to find out the division of the Baitul Hamdi Education Teacher Training Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (PDTA) in Limbungan sub-district, Rumbai Pesisir District. (2) knowing the valuation of the division of labor. The research is a study evaluated with a evaluative evaluation model that uses a naturalistic qualitative approach. Evaluation is based on using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input / process, and product) of Stufflebeam. The results of the research are detailed and in the form of clauses, statements, or statements on the workings of the Teachers of Education Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (PDTA) Baitul Hamdi Limbungan sub-district, Rumbai Pesisir sub-district. The subjects of the study were all aspects related to the PDTA BaitulHamdi, namely the school, committee, 2 teachers, 2 parents, and the mosque manager in Baitul Hamam PDTA. The technique of taking data in this study is a technique of documentation, observation, and interview. Analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and verification of data. Abstrak : This study is entitled Hope parents choose an equality program to study their children in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru which shows the following phenomena, 1. There are still parents who do not understand the importance of learning for children, so that many children whose work is unclear and does not change family economy. 2. There are still parents who do not understand the importance of the value that will be obtained if the child learns, so that many children lack confidence when they want to do something, 3. There are still parents who do not understand the importance of trust, so many children are less open to people old age. From this phenomenon it can be concluded that there are still parents who do not understand the importance of choosing an equality program to study their children. This is estimated because of the varied levels of education, employment and economic status. So the formulation of the problem in this study is how high is the expectation that parents choose an equality program to study their children in PKBM Kak Seto? This type of research is descriptive research, this is in accordance with the opinion of Sugiyono (2012: 11) with a quantitative approach using simple random sampling technique (questionnaire random sampling) through questionnaires, which amounted to 50 items statement. Data obtained from respondents totaling 20 people for the trial sample and 38 people for the study sample. After the questionnaire is tested, there are 2 invalid items, and the researcher discards invalid statements, so that 48 valid statement items are used.ndonesia to.Keywords: Hope, parents.

Formulation problems this research is how baik-buruk foster pattern farmers vegetable for their child in Kelurahan Maharatu Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to know baik-buruk a pattern asuh that runs on vegetable farmers who intend to use for their child in Kelurahan Maharatu Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. pulation in this study as much as 80 people.Included in this study use the model nonprobability sampling to technique sampling quotas the technique to determine samples from population to have certain number of (quotas) desirable. Technique the data in this research is a technique chief, which consisted of 75 statement. Data is collected of the respondents who were 39 the farmers vegetable farmers vegetable for a sample of research and 30 people farmers vegetable for testing. After chief in testing , there are 3 items that invalid , and researchers throw all that is not valid , so that the whole instrument expressed reliabel as alpha cronbach = 0,97. Abstract: This research aims to determine the Accountability of Citizens Learning Package A B C while studying at PKBM Pelita Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is how high is the accountability of citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM?. And the purpose of this study was to determine the level of accountability of citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM. This study has 3 indicators, namely (1) responsibility (2) obligation, and (3) ability to give answers. The population in this study were 64 study residents. The sample used is proportional stratified random sampling technique that is sampling that is used when members of the population are not homogeneous con sisting of homogeneous or proportional strata groups (Sugiyono, 2012: 93). The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique, which amounted to 40 statements. Data were obtained from 38 respondents for the study sample and 20 people for the trial. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 2 invalid items, and the researcher did not discard invalid statements, because when disposing of invalid items one by one, the researcher found an invalid item again. So the researcher decided not to discard invalid items. Based on the results of the study, on average, 3 indicators of the mean value for the accountability variable of the citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM are high, with Mean 3.89 with SD 0.78. The interpretations obtained for each accountability indicator of citizens learning the A B C package in the learning process in Pelita Riau PKBM are all high.Key Words: Accountability, Accountability of Citizens Learning Package A B C

Abstract: This research is based on the difference of education in every tarekat surau in Rokan Hulu regency. The formulation of this research problem is how about this prosess of education tarekat in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu regency ?. The purpose of this research is to know the form of education in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu district. Informants in this study are the researchers themselves and respondents as many as 3 people who have been selected by researchers. The sample used is propoersive sampling. This research instrument uses interview, observation and documentation. The result of the analysis that can be drawn conclusion of tarekat education process in Surau Qawiyyul Amin is done by doing orientation period, then bai'at, then follow the routine activity of charity weekly (wirid).Keywords: education, tarekat in Surau Qawiyyul Amin

Abstract: The wording in this study is how is the social situation of the Community Learning Center (PKBM) institution in Pekanbaru City Bina Kreasi? What is the pattern of social interaction between autistic learners and normal learners in the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) in Pekanbaru City? The benefits of this study were finding out the social situation of the PKBM Creation institution and the patterns of social interaction of the autistic learning community with normal pupils in the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) in Pekanbaru City Bina Kreasi. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used by observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were 4 people consisting of 1 autistic child and 3 tutors at PKBM Bina Kreasi as informers. The data validity technique used in this study is tringulation.
