Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leg muscle explosive power and muscular arms with the shooting ability of high school basketball team 12 Pekanbaru. This type of research is using correlation analysis, survey method, and samples were not separated. The population in this study were all high school basketball team 12 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling or also known as sampling considerations. So researchers set of samples in this study were students of class X and XI numbered 10 people. Results of analysis showed that there is a relationship of leg muscle explosive power and muscular arms with the shooting ability of high school basketball team 12 Pekanbaru, with r = 0.779> rtabel = 0.632.Keywords: Explosive Power leg muscles, arm muscles, Shooting, Basketball

Abstract

Abstract,: The problem in this study was less maximal of under serviced ability. It is suspected because of the low explosive power muscle arms and shoulder. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a contribution among explosive power arms and shoulders with the under serviced ability in volleyball game at SMP N 9 Pekanbaru team. The sample in this study was Volleyball Team of SMPN 9 Pekanbaru amounts to 12 people. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique. Instruments used in this research was Two-Hand Medicine Ball Put test that aims to measure the explosive power muscle arms and shoulders and then the skills of under Serviced Tests which aims to measure the ability of service to direct the ball towards the right target and direction. After that, the data processed with statistical, to examine normality with lilifors test at significant level α0,05. The hypothesis is suspected that there is a significant contribution among the power of muscle arms and shoulders with the abillity of under serviced on volleyball game. Based on analysis of Lilifors test produce LCalculated (x) for 0.073 and Ltable 0.242, LCalculated (y) for 0.025 and Ltable 0.242, it means Lcalculated <Ltable, then the samples come from a normal distribution population. The results of analysis correlation between Explosive Power Muscle Arms (x) on the results of under serviced volleyball of SMPN 9 Pekanbaru was obtain rCalculated 0.120 < rTable 0.602, it means Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted. Thus there was no significant contribution between Explosive Power Muscle Arms with under serviced volleyball results in volleyball games at SMPN 9 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstrak,: The problem in this research is the lack of volleyball team of SMA Negeri 1 Payabungan ability in floating overhand serve, this research was conducted to know whether or not there is a correlation between shoulder arms muscle power with the floating overhand serve in playing volleyball in SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan .The sample of this research is the volleyball team of SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan which consisted of 12 persons.The outhor used total sampling technique in collecting the data. The outhor also used two-hand medicine ball put test as the instrument tomeasuring shoulder arms muscle power and two-hand medicine ball put test to measuring the ability to direct the ball towards to the goal properly. Then, the data was analyzed statistically, to test the normality at significant level 0,05α in liliefors test. The hypothesis is there is the significant correlationbetween shoulder arms muscle power with the floating overhand serve in playing volleyball in SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan.Based on the analysis of liliefors test, Lcount (x) is 0.1743dan Ltabel 0.242, Lcount (y) is 0.1587dan Ltabel 0,242, that means Lcount < Ltabel, and therefore, the sample of the research was normal distribution population. Then based on the analysis from product moment correlation counting correlation between shoulder arms muscle power with the floating overhand serve, the writer got the mean score of shoulder arms muscle poweris 4.55 with the standard deviation 0.31, floating overhand servemean score is 18.92, standard deviation 4.40 and from the correlation analysis “r” in product moment (rxy) is rcount= 0.409. The writer concluded that was a correlation between shoulder arms muscle power with the floating overhand serve, which correlation coefficient can be seen form the correlation interpretation “r” has a mediocre correlation level with the interpretation value r 0,40 – 0,599.Key Words: Shoulder Arms Muscle Power, Floating Overhand Serve

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is still a lot of players who have experienced failure at the time did smash volleyball. This is allegedly due to its low explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash, This study was conducted to find out whether there is a relationship of the explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash in volleyball male team SMK Taruna Satria Pekan Baru. The sample in this study is the volleyball male team of SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru and amount 12 people. Sampling technique that is the overall population (total sampling). The instruments used in this research is a test used in measuring explosive power arm muscles of shoulder is by Two-Hand Medicine Ball Put, hand-eye coordination is a test that aims to measure the eye-hand coordination is someone with nerve center and Test the accuracy of the Smash as many as five balls of the test aims to measure the skills do a smash in the attack to the target quickly and directional. After that, the data is processed with statistics, to test normality test with lilifors on a significant extent of 0.05α. The hypothesis a relationship between Explosive Power shoulder arm muscles with the precision of the results smash, 2. There is a relationship between hand-eye coordination with the results accuracy smash, 3 There is a relationship between explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash. Based on the analysis of test lilifors produces Lcount (X1) of Ltable 0.242, 0.163 Lcount (X2) of Ltable 0.242 and 0.126 Lcount (Y) of Ltable 0.242, 0.219 means Lcount < Ltable, then the samples came from normal population. From the calculation of product moment correlation between explosive power shoulder arm muscles with the precision of the results smash X1 against Y is 0.643, hand-eye coordination with the results of smash X2 against Y is 0,808 and the explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash X1X2 against Y 0,873, where R aritmetic (0.873) > R table (0.632) therefore Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus there are relationship between the explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash in volleyball male team SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru.Key Words: Explosive Power Arm Muscles Of Shoulder And Hand-Eye Coordination With TheResults Of Smash In Volleyball
