Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to figure out and analyze how significant the influence of job satisfaction toward the performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai. The analysis method used was quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaire to 66 respondents. Based on the calculation using SPSS 20, it shows that t count (6,854) > t table (1,669). Therefore, it shows that there was significant influence between job satisfaction and performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai. Based on the result of determination coefficient, job satisfaction had 42,3% influence toward the performance of officers. Meanwhile, 57,7% was influenced by other variables. In conclusion, the study shows that job satisfaction had significant influence toward the performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai.Keywords: Job satisfaction, performance of officers

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Indonesia is a republic employee cooperative form of enterprise cooperative members consist of civil servants or civil servants and established in the scope of the department or agency. objectives of this study were (1) to know how to influence the manajement of the effectiveness of manajerial ability cooperative organization, (2) to know how to influence the participation of members of the cooperative organizational effectiveness. This study is done in a cooperative KPRI KOPPEKA Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu with a population of 134 members and determination of sample using saturated sample (census). Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. quantitative data analysis techniques, namely the method of multiple linear regression were processed through SPSS version 19 for windows. From these results obtained by the equation Y = a + 0.243 6.045 + 0 X1, 782X2. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous, caretaker managerial capabilities (X1) and the participation of members (X2) can influence the effectiveness of cooperative organizations (Y). This is evidenced by the F test. F count> F is 70.308> 2.44. While the ability of the managerial board (X1) and the participation of members (X2) influence on the effectiveness of cooperative organizations (Y). This is evidenced by t test. Where t count caretaker managerial ability 2.720 (X1), and the participation of members of 8.962 (X2) and t table at 1.9838. This shows that t> t table. Furthermore, the value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 51.84% was obtained, indicating the managerial capability and participation of members of the board have a contribution to the effectiveness of the cooperative organization of 51.84%. While the remaining 48.16% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Managerial capabilities board, member participation and effectiveness of cooperative organization

Abstract

ABSTRACT Premiums and motivation related to employee works. Premiums and motivation given by the company to the employees and leaders can degrade works or improve employee work. Employees who are satisfied with the premiums earned in accordance with there sults of its work will motivate employees' works in the fieldand this will have an impact on increasing the productivity of the company.This research was conducted in PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV,district Tapung Hulu,Kampar Regency. This study aims to determine whether the premiums and motivation has an influence on employee works. The population in this study were all employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV. From that population will be drawn samples to be used as a respondent. To determine the sample the researcher used purposive sampling. Purposive samplingissampling thatbasedresearch purposes so that there searchers took a sample of 30 respondent.Analys is method is used by the authors is a multiple linear regression analysis.Results of studies using multiple linear regression analysis is a premium rubber positive and significant effect on the works of employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV, motivation positive and significant effect on the works of employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV, and premium rubber and motivation simultaneously positive and significant effect on the works of employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV. Keywords: Rubber Premiums, Employee Motivation and Works
