Abstract: This research was conducted to examine the influence of Bank Indonesia Interest Rates and Earning per Share on the Chemical Sector Manufacturing Company Stocks Return listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2017 period. This research used descriptive quantitative methods with correlational research design and multiple regression analysis. The data used in this research were secondary data, i.e the company's annual report. The population in this research was all Manufacturing Companies in the Basic and Chemical Industry sectors which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 to 2017 were 68 companies with purposive sampling techniques which have certain criteria. The total samples in this research were 9 chemical sector companies. Based on the research finding, it found that Bank Indonesia interest rates and Earning per Share were simultaneously influence on the stock Returns. The influence magnitude of Bank Indonesia interest rates and Income per Share on Stock Returns was 27.1% while the rest 72.9% were influenced by other variables which is not explained in this research. Furthermore, the research finding partially showed that Bank Indonesia interest rates have a significant influence on the stock returns, while Earning per Share has no significant influence.Key Words: BI Interest Rate, Earning per Share, and Stock Return.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to assess the health level of savings and loan cooperatives at KPRI Sekolah in Pekanbaru City based on Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Regulation Number 14/M.KUKM/XII/2009, including capital, productive asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth , and cooperative identity. The method used in this study is descriptive method, data obtained from documentation data in the form of financial statements for 2 years. The population in this study was KPRI School in Pekanbaru City which has a savings and loan business. The sampling technique using purposive sampling is the determination of samples based on certain considerations or criteria so that 5 (five) research samples are obtained. The results showed that the calculation of seven aspects of KPRI Schools in Pekanbaru City, the health level of cooperatives in 2016 from the number of 5 KPRI Schools, which received quite healthy predicate categories were 5 (five) KPRI Schools with a score of 60<x<80. Whereas in 2017 from the number of 5 (five) KPRI Schools studied, 2 (two) KPRI Schools received a healthy category namely KPRI SMPN 21 with a score of 83 and KPRI Karya SMAN 7 with a score of 83.25, which was healthy score of 80<x< 100, while 3 (three) KPRI Schools received a fairly healthy prediicate category, namely KPRI SMPN 13 with a score of 78.4, MAN 1 a score of 75.25, and MAN 2 & MTsN with a score of 75.4, where the predicate was quite healthy at a score of 60<x<80.Key Words: Health of cooperatives, savings

Abstract: This research aims is determinate to find out the effect of personal education costs to learning achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using simple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of personal education costs on student achievement in class X IPS and XI IPS in SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. The process of taking data by giving a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and T-Test with SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant influence between personal education costs on student learning achievement and R2 contribution of 22.8% on student learning outcomes in Pekanbaru 5 State Senior High School. The results of this study indicate that the cost of personal education has a positive influence on student learning achievement, which means that students' personal education costs can improve their learning achievement. With this in mind to improve student learning achievement there is a need for sufficient personal costs so that the learning process is more effective.Keywords: Personal Education Cost, Learning Achievement.

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative services to the participation of members. Research was conducted on KUD Three Koto Districts Koto Kampar Hulu district Kampar with 93 sample obtained using the method of sampling area. The analysis techniques used in this research is Simple mlinear regression analysis. The result showed that the cooperative services affect the participation of members of the cooperative can be seen from the results of a calculated tvalute ( 9.332 ) > Htable ( 1.986 ) or Ho refused and Ha accepted. Furthermore the results of research partially, (R²) of 0.489. What this means is that the percentage effect of cooperative services to the participation of members of 48.9%. While the remaining 51.1% is a variable that is not examined in this study. Keywords : Service Cooperatives, Member Participation

Abstract : This research to analyze the influence of teacher teaching skills and learning motivation on learning outcomes on economic lesson learning subjects in class XI IPS in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. The sample of this study used saturated samples, or a census of 65 students in the XI IPS class of SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. Data collection in this study used questionnaire and documentation instrument. data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that teacher teaching skills and learning motivation have a significant effect on the learning outcomes. Judging from the value (Rsquare) obtained a value of 0,587. These results prove that the meaning of the influence of teacher theaching skills and learning motivation on learning outcomes is 58,7%. While the remaining 41,3% is influenced by other variables outside this research.Keywods : Teacher teaching skills, learning motivation, learning outcomes

Abstract: This study aimed to figure out and analyze how significant the influence of job satisfaction toward the performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai. The analysis method used was quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaire to 66 respondents. Based on the calculation using SPSS 20, it shows that t count (6,854) > t table (1,669). Therefore, it shows that there was significant influence between job satisfaction and performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai. Based on the result of determination coefficient, job satisfaction had 42,3% influence toward the performance of officers. Meanwhile, 57,7% was influenced by other variables. In conclusion, the study shows that job satisfaction had significant influence toward the performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai.Keywords: Job satisfaction, performance of officers

Abstract: The study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurship attitude on entrepreneurial interest at economic education department university of riau. It’s using a quantitative descriptive approach, the population in the study is students who have taken entrepreneurship courses as many as 203 students and the population was taken as sample (purposive sampling). Data collection technique using document and questionnaires. The analysis of data was used path analysis. The result showed that the the entrepreneurial knowledge is in medium category, entrepreneurship attitude is in medium category, and entrepreneurial interest is in medium category.Key Words: Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurship Attitude, Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction at the workshop Fadil Motor Ppekanbaru city. Population in this study were customer of workshop Fadil Motor Pekanbaru as many as 112 customer, and the sample of 53 customer. Measurement of data using the question form and documentation. Analysis of data used is simple linear regression. The result of research based on simple linear regression showed quality of service influence to customer satisfaction at the workshop Fadil Motor Pekanbaru, this can be seen from constant value (a) equal to 45.733 and regression coefficient value (b) equal to 0.479 with regression equation 45.733+0.479. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained the value of 0.360. Means that the contribution of quality of service influence on customer satisfaction outcomes of 36,0%..Keyword: Quality of Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract: This research aims to determine whether entrepreneurial personality, creative product competencies and entrepreneurship influence the interest in entrepreneurship in class XII business and marketing expertise programs at SMKN 1 Pekanbaru in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is 61st grade students of business and marketing expertise program at SMKN 1 Pekanbaru, amounting to 61 students. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires/ questionnaires and documentation and data analysis method using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of this study are entrepreneurial personality, creative product competence and entrepreneurship have a significant effect simultaneously. Entrepreneurial nature partially influences significantly and the ability of creative and entrepreneurial products partly has a significant effect. The conclusion of this study is the entrepreneurial personality, creative product competencies and entrepreneurship have a significant impact both simultaneously and partially. Abstract: Fish Salai is a kind of traditional food at affordable prices and has a distinctive taste and savory. Demand for fish Salai in the village of Koto Masjid enormous because catfish smoked fish processing centers exist only in the village of Koto Masjid and also Salai Fish Marketing area is generally prevalent in the area Riau Province and outside the area of Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine Prospects Ikan Patin Salai seen from Aspects of Revenue and Business Development in the future. Respondents were interviewed are entrepreneurs Salai fish processors in the village of Koto Masjid District XIII Koto Kampar with numbered sample of 7 respondents. The results showed an overall revenue smoked fish processing, on average, net income of Rp. 19,026,201 and the number of comparison analysis to the average level of the ratio of R / C is 1.15. And the breakdown of a SWOT analysis business development aspects: 1). Maintaining taste delicious, distinctive and durable. 2). Maintain and increase the price and the production process is easy and fast. 3). Adding new marketing branch. 4). Producing its own raw materials in the form of catfish 5). Adding a variety of new products to prevent kebosananan smoked fish, catfish. 6). To collaborate with the owners of capital such as banks, cooperatives 7). And improve the quality of product variants. 8). Creating a good business management so as to increase the maximum benefit and coordinated effort 9).
