Abstract

Abstract : Research on the application of active strategies Practice-Rehearsal Pairs have been conducted to determine whether application of active strategies Practice-Rehearsal Pairs can improve student achievement on the Colloid subject in class XI SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The research’s form is an experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted on the even semester in academic year 2014/2015. The sample consisted of two classes, class XI Science 1 as the experimental and class XI Science 2 as the control class which randomly selected after tests of normality and homogeneity. Experimental class was treated by given a strategies Practice-Rehearsal Pairs, while the control class was not given strategies Practice-Rehearsal Pairs. Data collection technique use this the test. Data analysis technique use this the-test. Based on the results of the final data processing obtained tcount> ttable, it is 2,560 > 1,669. This shows that the application of active strategies Practice-Rehearsal Pairs can improve student achievement on the Colloid subject in class XI Science SMAN 2 Pekanbaru, the effect of an increase of 9,49%.Keywords: Colloid, Active Strategies, Learning Achievement, Practice-Rehearsal Pairs.

MARTA, FakultasIlmuSosialdanPolitik, Program StudiIlmuAdministrasi Negara, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda, Mei 2018,Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Penataan Dan PenyimpananArsip Di Lingkungan SMPN I BusangKabupatenKutaiTimur”.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem penataan danpenyimpananarsip Di Lingkungan SMPN I BusangKabupatenKutaiTimur. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh berjumlah tiga orang informan.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi partisipatif pasif, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milez dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penataan danPenyimpananarsip Di Lingkungan SMPN I BusangKabupatenKutaiTimur sudah baik, hal ini dilihat dari hasil kinerja petugas arsip terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) has been implemented in Lubang Buaya Village, Setu, Kab. Bekasi. In this program we seek to help local communities overcome the problems in the economic, educational, social and health sectors as well as in the infrastructure and environmental sectors that they face. This article discusses KKN's efforts to develop the potential of the younger generation, especially Generation Z, through strengthening intelligent and creative education. Apart from that, this article also highlights improvements to village facility infrastructure to improve the quality of life of local communities. During KKN activities, various tax education programs are carried out to increase public understanding and awareness, especially generation Z, about the obligations and benefits of taxation. Through the integration of these activities, it is hoped that a young generation can be created that is not only intelligent and creative, but also has social awareness and the ability to contribute to sustainable village development.

Abstract

The study looked at three different ways to uncover fraud: using advanced technology, providing secure reporting channels, and providing an investigative audit role. Technology helps detect fraud by offering robust information systems. According to this study, which was conducted through in-depth analytical methods, technology and reporting systems increase the effectiveness of investigative audits to discover fraud.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of improving the quality of the work environment on employee satisfaction and performance at PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta. Fluctuations in employee satisfaction and performnce influenced by less-than-optimal working conditions, such as noise, waste odors, uneven room temperature, and untidy workspace arrangement. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach thru the analysis of various relevant journals and books. The research results indicate that the work environment, both physical (lighting, cleanliness, air circulation, safety) and non-physical (interpersonal relationships and communication), positively influences increased employee satisfaction. This satisfaction serves as an important factor driving motivation, loyalty, and improved performance. Therefore, improving the quality of the work environment needs to be done thru strategic steps, such as spatial layout improvements, temperature and noise control, increased cleanliness, and building open communication and creating harmonious working relationships among employees. These efforts are expected to create a comfortable and productive work environment, thus supporting employee satisfaction while also sustainably strengthening company performance.
