Abstract

THIS ARTICLE HAS BEEN RETRACTED UNDER THE AUTHOR'S REQUEST BECAUSE IT WAS PUBLISHED IN ANOTHER JOURNAL.The sheet metal forming (SMF) process is one of the manufacturing processes that essential and commonly used in the automotive industry. Compared with casting and forging, forming process into the metal sheet obtain several advantages, including lightweight materials and variations in shapes that can be made. One of the challenges in the SMF process is the springback phenomenon, which can cause a deviation in the size of sheet products. The springback occurs due to the reverse force phenomena due to the effect of its elasticity of sheet carbon steel material that has to experience the formation process. Ironing of SPCC sheet metal with a thickness of 0.8 and 1.0 mm is carried out in a pressure of 2.9 MPa with die velocity 60 mm/sec. The experimental data that carried out with a single die on the Cup Silinder sample test showed that the lower the value of ironing, the higher the value of the springback material. Therefore, the springback phenomenon can be reduced 0.03 to 0.07 mm by engineering the ironing process with a range of 0.15 mm

Abstract

A Sheet Metal Forming (SMF) process, especially deep drawing, is one of the manufacturing processes that commonly used in the automotive industry. Compared with casting and forging, the SMF process has several advantages, including lesser weight materials and broader variations in shape that can be made. One of the problems in the SMF process is the wrinkling phenomenon, which can cause the size and appearance defects of sheet products. The wrinkle occurs because of the mechanical properties of the material, product geometry, and blank holder force (BHF). Several variations of BHF were applied in these simulations and experiments to eliminate the wrinkle defects of cylinder flange cup test products. The characteristic of the cylinder flange cup is from the cold-rolled coiled steel plate (SPCC) type of material with a thickness of 0.8 and 1.0 mm, the height of 10 mm, the inner diameter of 58 mm, and flange diameter of 76 mm. Simple simulations of the SMF process were carried out by using Solidworks with version 2017, and the experiment was carried out at a 600 kN press with a punch velocity of 40 strokes per minute and blank holder force variations from 0 to 21 kN. The experimental data performed with a single die on a flanged cup cylindrical test material shows that the higher the blank holder force (BHF) number, the smaller the wrinkle defect, and it can be eliminated starting from the BHF number of 15 kN.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the efficiency of applications which contain elements of education in need of alternatives and new innovations in terms of programming to be applied as a tool to facilitate the learning process. With the educational game is expected to enhance the child's ability to think in the learning process, that the educational games are very useful in the field of education. Drafters chose children as a target player, due to difficulties in the process of learning to teach children, given the kids would rather play. The preparation of this final project using OOAD method for designing this model is a classical model which is systematic, sequential in building software. The tools used to analyze constituent using UML, whereas applications deployed using Adobe Flash CS3 Applying educational game is expected to resolve the issue. So that when children play this game can indirectly learn, hoping to learn the spirit of the child will be motivated and improve the quality of learning children. Keywords: Educational Games, OOAD, UML, Adobe Flash CS3  AbstrakDalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi penyediaan aplikasi yang mengandung unsur pendidikan di perlukan berbagai alternatif dan inovasi baru dalam hal pemrograman untuk bisa diterapkan sebagai alat untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya game edukasi ini diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir anak dalam proses pembelajaran, bahwa game edukasi sangat berguna di bidang pendidikan. Penyusun memilih anak-anak sebagai target pemain, karena kesulitan proses pembelajaran secara teoritisyang di ajarkan pada anak tk, mengingat anak-anak lebih suka bermain. Penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan perancangan metode OOAD karena model ini adalah model klasik yang bersifat sistematis, berurutan dalam membangun software. Alat bantu yang digunakan untuk menganalis penyusun menggunakan UML, sedangkan aplikasi yang digunakan menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 Penerapan game edukasi ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sehingga di saat anak memainkan game ini secara tidak langsung dapat belajar, dengan harapan semangat anak untuk belajar akan lebih terpacu dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar anak. Kata Kunci: Game Edukatif, OOAD, UML, Adobe Flash CS3

Abstract

Abstrak-Proses pembentukan lembaran baja karbon (sheet metal forming, SMF) adalah salah satu proses manufaktur yang umum digunakan dalam industri otomotif. Dibandingkan dengan pengecoran dan forging, pembentukan dengan lembaran metal lebih memberikan keuntungan, dari berat material yang lebih ringan dan variasi bentuk yang dapat dibuat. Salah satu kendala dalam proses SMF  yaitu fenomana spring back yang dapat menyebabkan penyimpangan ukuran produk lembaran.Springback terjadi karena adanya gaya balik karena pengaruh elastisitas material lembaran baja karbon yang mengalami proses pembentukan. Ironing lembaran baja karbon JIS-G3141 dengan ketebalan 0,8 dan 1,0 mm dilakukan dengan tekanan 2,9 MPa dan penahan waktu 40 stroke per menit (1 stroke per menit ≈ 1,5 detik). Data eksperimen yang dilakukan dengan die tunggal pada material uji berbentuk Cup Silinder menunjukkan bahwa semakin kecil nilai ironing maka semakin besar nilai springback material. Oleh karena itu, fenomena springback dapat direduksi dengan perekayasaan proses ironing dengan rentang 0,15 mm.
