Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison between Islamic Law and Domestic Violence Law in handling domestic violence in Indonesia. The type of research used is qualitative research with comparative descriptive method. As the only research design, the ethnographic method is the method in this research with descriptive analysis writing techniques, where ethnography itself provides a tool that allows the research process to take place better. The results of this study are from two sources of law, namely Islamic Law and Domestic Violence Law which can be used as a legal basis to punish and limit the arbitrariness of a husband against his wife and family members. In addition, the two sources of law view the need for formal juridical protection of a person's human rights and freedoms, preventing arbitrary acts of violating other people's laws without clear or justified reasons. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Islamic Law and the Domestic Violence Law, including 1) The views of Islamic law and positive law view that domestic violence or violence against wives is a despicable and promiscuous behavior; 2) Correlation about the purpose of punishment; 3) In terms of punishment, it can be said that punishment in the form of imprisonment is a form of takfir punishment in Islamic criminal law.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how MAN 1 Banjarmasin implements character education in learning, and to determine the factors that influence character education in MAN 1 Banjarmasin learning. This research is descriptive and qualitative research. The object of this research amounted to 6 people, including the head of the madrasa, waka of the course, several teachers, and several students. Using data collection techniques from interviews, observation, and recording. The results of the research of MAN 1 Banjarmasin on the implementation of character education in learning include learning planning and learning implementation. At the lesson plan stage, the teacher includes various characters in the lesson plan to be applied in learning. At the implementation stage of learning, the teacher internalizes character values in the initial, core, and final activities aimed at developing student character. There is a kind of stimulus or interactive stimulus in the learning process, its function is to instill personality in the learning process. In the implementation stage of learning, teachers also use various methods to shape students' character, namely exploring children's knowledge and skills through lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and questions and answers, and they use scientific methods to make the learning process more focused on student activities. student character formation. Only then can the implementation of character education in language learning be carried out properly. There are two factors that influence the implementation of character education learning at MAN 1 Banjarmasin, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include activities carried out in religious schools to support the successful formation of student character and school environmental conditions. Inhibiting factors include the time of learning implementation, students or students from different backgrounds, and lesson plans.

Abstract

Kecenderungan atau gejala sosial baru yang terjadi di masyarakat akhir-akhir ini yang berimplikasi pada tuntutan dan harapan model pendidikan masa depan. Kenyataan di lapangan memperlihatkan profesional guru masih belum memadai. Hal ini yang menjadi salah satu faktor rendahnya prestasi beljar. Tulisan ini menggambarkan Pengaruh Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan Sumber Daya Guru Aqidah Akhlak terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru Aqidah Akhlak dan Siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri dan Swasta se- Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data mengenai manajemen pendidikan Islam dan sumber daya guru aqidah akhlakl dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket. Data terkumpul melalui angket dari 81 responden sebagai sampel total dari 69 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri dan Swasta se- Kota Banjarmasin. Prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran di ambil dari nilai laport kemudian dirata-ratakan per sekolah. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17 for wimdows. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian atas dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan sumber daya guru aqidah akhlak secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak, artinya semakin baik manajemen pendidikan islam dan sumber daya guru aqidah akhlak cenderung semakin tinggi tingkat prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian di atas, disampaikan saran-saran (1). diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang manajemen pendidikan Islam sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa sehingga siswa terhindar dari terjadinya degradasi moral. (2). perlu adanya upaya-upaya peningkatan sumber daya guru Aqidah Akhlak melalui pelatihan-pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi guru, karena sumber daya yang dimiliki guru berpengaruh terhadap rendah tingginya mutu pendidikan. (3). Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan cakupan materi yang lebih luas, pengembangan variabel-variabel penelitian dan pengkajian yang lebih dalam.

Abstract

The focus of this research reveals about the learning experience at one of the Islamic universities in Indonesia, namely UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with several lecturers and students to obtain data that can answer the problems of this research. Then we have interview data with in-depth evaluation and interpretation to understand how the learning experience, especially distance learning, and all the problems that arise and solutions are solved. The results showed that the learning experience experienced by students contained challenges and opportunities. The challenge was the sudden closure of face-to-face classes, so there was a lack of preparation in many ways. Meanwhile, the opportunity for academics and students to get used to self-study (an important part of higher education culture) since the lecture was closed, however, distance classes were opened. It is hoped that the results of this study can be useful for many parties, especially in making teaching decisions in universities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between active learning and student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MIS Al-Ashriyah Banjarmasin. This study uses a correlation research type with a quantitative approach. Data collection using observation sheets, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Processing data using statistical analysis correlation test to determine the relationship between two variables and determine the correlation coefficient. Based on data processing with the help of SPSS version 26, a correlation coefficient of 0.588 was obtained with the number N = 37 at the 5% level of 0.325. The result showed that 0.588 > 0.325 or value of r-count more than r-table. It shows a correlation or relationship with the medium category between learning activity and student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject MIS Al-Ashriyah Banjarmasin. This research hopes to spur enthusiasm to increase active learning to achieve the best learning results.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine the effectiveness of an anti-bullying program in creating a safe learning environment in an elementary school setting. The study was motivated by the increasing incidence of bullying in schools which has a negative impact on students' mental health and academic performance. Based on these observations, this study aims to identify evidence-based strategies that can tackle the problem of bullying and promote a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. The research method used a literature review. The results showed that anti-bullying programs that involve all school components, including students, teachers and parents, are the most effective in creating a safe learning environment. Interventions that focused on empathy education, social skills training for students, and training for teachers in recognizing and responding to bullying incidents proved significant in reducing the incidence of bullying. In addition, parental involvement in bullying education and prevention programs had a positive impact in strengthening school efforts. Last but not least, the findings show that restorative approaches that emphasize mediation and conflict resolution are effective in improving relationships between perpetrators and victims, as well as building a more inclusive and supportive school culture.
