In this era of globalization, technology develops increasingly advanced to make it easier for people to do various activities in life, one with the Internet. With the internet everyone can communicate with people who are in different parts of the world. Through this media they can obtain and convey various information needed anytime and anywhere. Nowadays the internet is not only used to obtain information, but it can be used as a medium to do business by building a website. Universities at this time like or dislike should be accustomed to the pattern of promotion online using the website, because the website serves as one of the most efficacious promotional tools and most efficient when compared to Traditional way of marketing. An online system application that can make it easier to convey a large amount of information and feature the superiority of the university is the expected outcome of this research. Nevertheless, the application of this system also still has a lack of facilities and appearance, so it still requires a lot of refinement.

Basically, the development and progress of information technology is increasingly rapid. At present information can be obtained from anywhere, and one of them through print media such as magazines and brochures. Information plays a very important role in people's lives today, with information making it easier for people to find the information they want to find. Especially print media in the form of design, and one of the design media that can later be used as information and promotional media is magazines and brochures. Therefore, the authors make the media design of magazines and brochures at the AL-Ijtihad Tangerang Vocational School so that they can be used to provide information and also promotions that are easily known by the public, and the promotion becomes more effective and attractive with the design of the magazine and brochure. For later it is hoped that it can improve the image of the school and can be promoted to students who wish to continue their education to a vocational level. The design of the magazine and brochure design itself was created using Adobe Photoshop cs6 design software, therefore the authors did the design of the magazine and brochure design media summarized in this thesis report. And hopefully the school can be implemented as a medium of information and promotion to attract prospective new students.

Information technology is increasing so fast that computers are widely used in everyday society, including in education, computers are needed. With the rapid increase in information, information media is very important because it is one of the tools to collect and rearrange information so that it becomes useful material for recipients of information. Many teachers have difficulty in giving grades because they are still in manual form so it takes a long time to provide grades using Microsoft Excel, thus making an assessment system is needed as a medium of information for students and teachers. So that teachers can more easily input grades and students can immediately see the value. The system to be designed in this assessment facility maker uses the web, UML (Unified Modeling Language), PHP, MYSQL and Black Box testing with the SWOT analysis method (Strenghts Weakness Opportunities Threats).

Submission of information and promotions in a company can be done through various media, one of which is print media in the form of booklets. The effectiveness of booklet print media is still being used in several companies, agencies, schools, and other business entities. Promotional media used previously at PT. Komara Putra Manggala is not considered optimal. So we need a media campaign that can be more effective and efficient. Booklet is the right medium for conveying information to this company because booklet promotional media can cover almost all information and promotions offered by the company. With the arrangement of layouts and images that are arranged so that they can convey the contents of the promotion. The method in this research, namely, data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study, then analysis of media design and design concepts. Booklet Company Profile Design PT. Komara Putra Manggala contains company history, services offered, choice of fleet class, and company contacts designed using : Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6. Through the Company Profile Booklet PT. Komara Putra Manggala is expected to attract the interest of the audience to use the services of the company. Keywords—Booklet; Promotion; Information; Media Penyampaian informasi dan promosi pada suatu perusahaan dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai media, salah satunya media cetak berupa booklet. Keefektifan media cetak booklet hingga saat ini masih digunakan di beberapa perusahaan, instansi, sekolah, dan badan usaha lainnya. Media promosi yang digunakan sebelumnya pada PT. Komara Putra Manggala dirasa belum optimal. Sehingga diperlukan adanya media promosi yang dapat lebih efektif dan juga efisien. Booklet adalah media yang tepat untuk penyampaian informasi pada perusahaan ini dikarenakan media promosi booklet dapat mencakup hampir seluruh informasi dan promosi yang ditawarkan perusahaan. Dengan tatanan layout dan image yang disusun sehingga dapat menyampaikan isi dari promosi tersebut. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu, mencari data melalui observasi, tanya jawab, dan studi literature, lalu analisa perancangan media dan konsep desain. Desain Booklet Company Profile PT. Komara Putra Manggala berisi tentang sejarah perusahaan, jasa yang ditawarkan, pilihan kelas armada, dan juga kontak perusahaan yang dirancang menggunakan: Adobe Illustrator CS6 dan Adobe Photoshop CS6. Melalui Booklet Company Profile PT. Komara Putra Manggala diharapkan dapat menarik minat audience untuk menggunakan jasa dari perusahaan tersebut. Kata Kunci—Booklet; Promosi; Informasi; Media.

Video ads are audio visuals that aim to promote a product or service. Video advertising is one of the most efficient promotions in today's digital era, where people are following technological developments. Edensor Hills Villa & Resort is an upper-middle class inn that has a unique European interior design with a stunning natural panorama located on Jl. Waterfall No.11, Bojong Koneng, Sentul – Bogor. Edensor Hills Villa & Resort has promoted through brochures, websites, social media, has also been a shooting location for tv shows, and has been included in other people's YouTube vlogs. However, Edensor Hills Villa & Resort does not yet have its own advertising video or so-called official video. The purpose of this study is to produce information in the form of the first video advertisement and the benefits of this research are to improve a promotional media that is owned to be more effective. This study uses the following methods: problem analysis, data collection, SWOT analysis, the concept of media production. The design of this video is assisted with supporting software editors such as the following Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects. This informational video will be implemented through social media owned by Edensor Hills Villa & Resort. Keywords—Audio Visual; Advertising Video; Promotional Video iklan merupakan audio visual yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan sebuah produk atau pun jasa. Video iklan menjadi salah satu promosi yang efisien pada era digital saat ini, di mana masyarakat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Edensor Hills Villa & Resort adalah sebuah penginapan kelas menengah ke atas yang memiliki keunikan desain interior khas eropa dengan tempat panorama alam yang menakjubkan yang terletak di Jl. Air Terjun No.11, Bojong Koneng, Sentul – Bogor. Edensor Hills Villa & Resort pernah melakukan promosi melalui brosur, website, sosial media, juga pernah beberapa kali menjadi tempat shooting acara tv, dan masuk dalam vlog youtube orang lain. Namun Edensor Hills Villa & Resort belum memiliki video iklan tersendiri atau disebut video official. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan informasi berupa video iklan yang pertama dan manfaat penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan sebuah media promosi yang dimiliki menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode berupa : analisa permasalahan, pengumpulan data, analisis SWOT, konsep produksi media. Perancangan video ini di bantu dengan software editor sebagai penunjang seperti berikut Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effect . Budaya adalah gagasan dan ekspresi ide yang aestetik dalam suatu konteks komunitas, menurut Linton (1945: 32) secara spesifik, budaya merupakan konfigurasi prilaku manusia dari elemen-elemen yang ditransformasikan oleh anggota masyarakat. Ulama Syekh Yusuf Al-Makassari menuturkan bahwa "Agama adalah mengenal Allah (ma’rifatullah). Mengenal Allah merupakan berprilaku dengan akhlak (yang baik) yang menghubungkan tali silaturahim (kasih sayang). Dan silaturahim adalah memasukkan rasa bahagia di hati sesama manusia". Masa jahiliyyah selalu identik dengan amoralitas dan kebodohan serta ada begitu banyak Kepercayaan atau agama yang diyakini penduduk arab pra-Islam, seperti Ash-Shabiah, Yahudi, Nashrani (Kristen), Tauhid (monotheisme), Watsani (penyembahan berhala), penyembah malaikat dan penyembah jin. Ketika akan datang hari kelahiran agama islam, terbentuklah sebagian kelompok penduduk Arab yang berkeinginan keras untuk melepaskan bangsanya dari keyakinan atau kepercayaan yang sesat. Sedangkan budaya Arab jahiliyyah yang berkembang saat masa pra-Islam meliput bidang sosial politik, ekonomi, ilmu pengetahuan dan seni. Tulisan ini bertujuan agar para generasi penerus dapat memahami dasar-dasar dan membedakan antara Kepercayaan dan Kebudayaan Arab Jahiliyyah dengan Ajaran Islam. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dan media sosial yang semakin banyak digunkan oleh masyarakat. Dalam usaha kuliner market pasar yang semakin banyak, masyarakat pun semakin percaya kelezatan dari restoran yang ada untuk memesan makanan disana. Bamboo Oju mengetahui peluang tersebut untuk melakukan pemasaran yang cukup efektif jika dilakukan melalui sosial media dengan cara yang manarik. Resto Bambu Oju belokasi di Neglasari Kota Tangerang. Yang dilakukan Restoran Bamboo Oju belum efektif karena hanya menggunakan foto yang kurang menarik, membuat tidak adanya yang minat untuk berkunjung ke Restoran Bamboo Oju. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan fasilitas, pelayanan yang baik dan juga makanan yang sangat enak dilakukan melalui pembuatan video yang kreatif agar memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi yang disampaikan melalui video tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan data hasil observasi di Restoran Bamboo Oju dan wawancara dengan manager Restoran Bamboo Oju. Hasil dari video ini akan digunakan sebagai saranan promosi diberbagai media sosial dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat masyrakat untuk berkunjung.
