Pembusukan ikan terjadi akibat mikroba. Mikroba dapat dihambat dengan pemberian larutan buah pinang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di STKIP Muhammadiyah Sorong dan Stasiun Karantina Ikan, Pengendalian Mutu dan Keamanan Hasil Perikanan Kelas II Sorong. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas buah pinang terhadap perkembangan bakteri penyebab pembusukan dengan menggunakan 4 perlakuan kosentrasi larutan buah pinang yaitu 25%, 50% dan 75%. Parameter yang diamati adalah perkembangan bakteri. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni dokumentasi dan mikroskop. Hasil data dihitung dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji mann-whitney. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni sampel daging ikan bewarna merah dan berbau ikan segar. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan semua data berdistribusi tidak normal. Hasil uji mann-whitney kelompok tanpa perlakuan terhadap konsentrasi 25% yakni probabilitas =0.00< α = 0.05, kelompok tanpa perlakuan terhadap konsentrasi 50% yakni probabilitas = 0.000 < α = 0.05, kelompok tanpa perlakuan terhadap konsentrasi 75% yakni probabilitas = 0.000 < α = 0.05, sehingga ada perbedaan perkembangan bakteri antara sampel yang diberi perlakuan dengan sampel tanpa perlakuan. Hasil kenampakan warna daging pada sampel tanpa perlakuan semakin bertambahnya jam maka terlihat jelas perubahan warna semakin merah dan tesktur daging menjadi keras. Pada sampel yang diberi perlakuan semakin bertambahnya jam warna sampel daging menjadi makin putih dan tekstur daging menjadi sangatlunak. Aroma pada sampel tanpa perlakuan semakin bertambahnya jam maka aroma makin tercium bau busuk ikan yang sangat menyengat, pada sampel yang diberi perlakuan laruan pinang aroma yang tercium adalah aroma pinang dan bau busuk ikan.

From the Islamic economic perspective, there are factors that can influence economic growth, namely the distribution of ZIS funds. The distribution of ZIS funds can be used to encourage economic growth in a positive direction. This study aimed to examine how the direction of the relationship between consumption, government expenditure, and distribution of ZIS funds has on Indonesia's economic growth. The method used is a quantitative approach, using Granger causality data analysis techniques and cointegration tests. The data used is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics with the type of time series data. This study shows that there is a two-way causality between household consumption and Indonesia's economic growth. There is a one-way causality between government expenditure and Indonesia's economic growth, where Economic growth affects government expenditure and not vice versa. There is a one-way causality between the distribution of ZIS funds to Indonesia's economic growth, where the distribution of ZIS funds affects economic growth and not vice versa.

Mojolaban is one of the sub-districts in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, which has 15 villages. The district has Mojolaban main health center, Jatimalang auxiliary health center and Kustati Clinic. Low back pain (LBP) is a disease that is widely suffered in Sukoharjo Regency, according to the Sukoharjo Regency Health Office, LBP sufferers amounted to 3,670 people from 2018-2022. LBP is one of the health problems that is often not taken seriously by the community, especially the elderly. Even though if left unchecked it can interfere with daily life and reduce quality of life. The purpose of this counseling is to prevent, promote health related to LBP with the target participants of the Matahari Elderly Posyandu located in Ds. Wirun Mojolaban. The measurement used in this activity is a pre-test and post-test questionnaire to measure the understanding of the elderly. The results of the questionnaire showed a good improvement with an average pre test and post test increase of 50%. For this reason, posyandu cadres always follow-up so that the elderly can do this exercise not only during counseling but also at home.

Technology is very influential to facilitate human work. Of the various kinds of Information System technology plays an important role for a Company or Institution. To realize a good system must have an information system that can support activities within the company. The aim of the research is to provide solutions to existing problems by designing an inventory system, especially at the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation as an effort to develop information technology. The method used in this research is using the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out using the direct method at the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation. Data collection was carried out by observing, interviewing, and inputting inventory data based on data obtained from the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation. The data collection carried out is qualitative. The results and conclusions of this study are the design of a website-based goods inventory system that can be used as a medium that can facilitate the processing of goods procurement data, goods whose residues have expired, damaged goods, lost goods, and reports on goods data inventory. For the design of this system using the programming language PHP, JavaScript, MySQL. UML is used as a model for the design of this website-based sales application.

Mojolaban is a sub-district in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java which has 15 villages. This sub-district has a Mojolaban main health center and a Jatimalang sub-district health center. Mojolaban sub-district has many elderly people aged 60-64 years, 42,481 people and most of them work as ethanol, roof tile and gamelan craftsmen. Ischialgia has risk factors such as age, unergonomic working positions, the habit of lifting too heavy weights, and injury. These risk factors are related to the majority of people's jobs in the Mojolaban District area. Ischialgia is a problem that often arises in the elderly and people in Mojolaban District do not yet know how to treat Ischialgia properly. This outreach method uses the lecture method and uses leaflets as an outreach medium. The aim of this outreach is to prevent, promote health related to Ischialgia, targeting participants at the Elderly Posyandu located in Palur Mojolaban Village. The measurements used in this activity were pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure the elderly's understanding of Ischialgia. The results showed a significant increase in understanding regarding Ischialgia material with an average pre-test score of 3.5 and an average post-test score of 6.1.

This research focuses on the role of social entrepreneurship in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. Indonesia faces social, economic, and environmental challenges that require innovative and sustainable approaches. Social entrepreneurship, with a progressive focus on creating positive social and environmental impacts, offers a potential path to facilitate progress. This qualitative research assesses the impacts, challenges, and supporting factors of social entrepreneurship in Indonesia, as well as its alignment with certain SDGs, tangible contributions, motivations, and challenges faced by social entrepreneurs. The importance of a supportive ecosystem, diverse funding sources, and supportive policies is emphasized to harness the full potential of social entrepreneurship in driving sustainable development.
