Abstract

Abstract: The Relationship Between Decentralization Fiscal and Business Development Small and Micro In Indonesia. This research examines the relationship between fiscal decentralization and development of small enterprises and micro in indonesia. Data on fiscal decentralization comes from directorate general of Regional Financial Balance of Indonesia and the data about the development of business small and micro comes from East Java Central Bureau of Statistics. This research shows that during the fiscal decentralization business development small and micro better .This looks from increased the contribution of regional gross domestic product on the number of business units small and micro in this period. However, the business development gap small and micro has also increased. Bivariate correlation analysis found that correlation public allocation fund (DAU) associated with the number of business units small and micro. While , specific allocation fund (DAK) not relating to the number of business units small and micro. Keywords: fiscal decentralization, Development of Small and Micro Enterprises, Regional gross domestic product   Abstrak: Hubungan Antara Desentralisasi Fiskal dan Perkembangan Usaha Kecil dan Mikro di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara desentralisasi fiskal dan perkembangan usaha kecil dan mikro di indonesia. Data desentralisasi fiskal bersumber dari  Dirjen Perimbangan Keuangan Daerah Indonesia dan data tentang perkembangan usaha kecil dan mikro bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama adanya desentralisasi fiskal perkembangan usaha kecil dan mikro lebih baik. Hal ini terlihat dari naiknya kontribusi PDRB pada jumlah unit usaha kecil dan mikro pada periode tersebut. Akan tetapi, kesenjangan perkembangan usaha kecil dan mikro juga mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi ditemukan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berhubungan dengan jumlah unit usaha kecil dan mikro. Sedangkan, Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tidak berhubungan dengan jumlah unit usaha kecil dan mikro.   Kata kunci: desentralisasi fiskal, perkembangan usaha kecil dan mikro, produk domestik regional bruto

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' Mahārah Al-Kitābah (writing ability) through learning calligraphy. The problem raised was the low writing skills of students in elementary schools, which had an impact on their ability to convey ideas and information effectively. This research used an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving two groups of students: one group who were taught to write using calligraphy techniques and a control group who followed conventional learning. Research findings showed that the group that received calligraphy learning experienced significant improvements in Mahārah Al-Kitābah compared to the control group. The average post-test score of the calligraphy group increased by 30% compared to the pre-test, indicating the effectiveness of this method in improving writing skills. The implications of this research indicate that integrating calligraphy learning in the curriculum can be an effective strategy for improving students' writing skills, as well as fostering their interest and love for the art of writing. In addition, the results of this research can be a reference for educators in designing more innovative and interesting teaching methods to improve Arabic language skills in schools.
