Abstract

Instagram is one of the social media that has many users. Because of the ease of creating an account, many people create a fake account for stalking, spam attempts, fraud, photo or password theft, and even attacks another account with virus. Therefore, users need to be wary of unknown followers. Detecting account, which is real or fake can help users to be careful accepting some unknown follower. In addition, users can report to Instagram so that account can be deactivated. In this thesis, a website-based application is designed that can detect the possibility of an Instagram account being a real or fake account. The detection is carried out using the Locally Adaptive K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm classification method based on Discrimination Class (DC-LAKNN) which is an adaptive algorithm from the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. This algorithm pay attention at discrimination class as the basis for classification. The attributes used in the classification are user follower count, following count, biography length, media count, username digit count, username length, user has profile picture, user is private. The end result is that the Locally Adaptive K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm based on Discrimination Class (DC-LAKNN) can be used to classify Instagram accounts with an accuracy of 96.23%.

Abstract

PT. Deus Digital Transformasi Universal is a service company that focuses on website creation, social media management, and client product marketing. So far, the management of human resources is still mostly done manually, so it is very possible for recording errors or other errors that make the data inaccurate. PT. Deus Digital Transformasi Universal also plans to open several branches outside the Surabaya area which causes the company's need for a Human Resources Information System to be very strong and cannot be avoided anymore. HRIS is equipped with a decision support feature using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method that can display suggestions and actions for evaluating employee performance results. In this study, an HRIS was designed which has several modules, namely the Master module, recruitment module, project module, violation module, daily work module, performance module, and payroll module. To support decisions the system uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process used in the calculation process, and ranking of employee performance. The system is made based on a website using the laravel PHP framework, javascript, HTML, and MySQL database. The result of this research is a system that can help HRD in all matters of human resource management, and help company directors to be able to unify the work of employees, and their performance in real-time, and objectively.

Abstract

Nowadays, many people are using android applications in their daily lives. Many kind of applications have been made to make everyday jobs and daily routines become simpler and easier. Looking for AC Service and home repairman is one of them. In Surabaya, looking for service providers is stil use with manual search which is asking to their neighboor. But the problem is, when the people just move in the new neighborhood, and just barely know anyone around, or urgently need to repair your air conditioner problem, and they just don't know whom to ask for help. Because of the problem, Writer make an application Panggil Tukang for helping people find good technicians especially people who lives in Surabaya. The features available on this application will be help the user to find the right technician. The user can get the interesting experience to find a good technicians in this application. Features such as price negotiation, payment methods, and chat will help the user to communicate with the service provider to find the best solution for them. This application simply make life much easier for people who are looking for the right technician's help. On the other hand, this application also provide help for all the technicians' service provider who are looking for people who needs their service. The application and website were built base on PHP language code and Kotlin. While the database we are using to make this application is Firebase.

Abstract

In this modern era, technology is developing very quickly which can facilitate human needs. The fast developed technology need more energy resources such as electricity. This thesis is intended to display electrical energy parameter in the Petra Christian Building via website to show the energy consumption patterns. The data processing method is carried out using PHP on the website. Predictive data analysis using data from Petra Christian University Building which is sent via Gateway to WiFi/LAN. The result of the thesis shows that, the result of the data pattern can help provide an understanding of the pattern of electricity consumption in each building. The regression prediction result has a slope of about -0.75% from the original data. The survey result has an overall rating of 4,375 out of 5 which indicates that users are satisfied with this website.

Abstract

Presently, Petra Christian University informatics study program use SAOCP for laboratory activities problems. But there are drawbacks that can be minimized. Recruitment, assessments, attendance using Microsoft Excel for every data collection carried out. The person in charge of the practicum schedule often experiences confusion in setting the schedule. The current system also reads the NRP by using the old NRP format which is start with M alphabet. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have an application that can answer problems in the informatics study program. This system is created using PHP with the CodeIgniter 3 framework as the main basis, and SQL for the database. In this information system, the user has six different types of access right, namely admin, lecturer, head of the laboratory, permanent assistant, lecturer assistant, and student. The final result of this application is the integration of information such as vacancies, ratings, attendance, and reports. Based on the results of the existing questionnaire, 100% of the correspondents considered that the features made in this application were sufficient in accordance with the needs of the company.

Abstract

Self Management is a person's ability to control himself against an action. But there are still many people who underestimate this, especially in terms of scheduling activities. People tend to only rely on memory and organize activities incorrectly. This makes people think a lot and tend to forget things. Thus, a scheduler app can be a perfect solution for busy people. This paper was made to create an application for scheduling using speech to text. The features of the application are calendars, to-do lists, notes, and speech to text. Speech to text using the Google Speech API. Calendar connects directly to Google Calendar using the Google Calendar API. Other features are stored in a local database in the form of SQLite. The application was tested by measuring the speed of making a schedule using a stopwatch. The result is that the schedule can be made in 10.426 seconds using speech to text. By using the Google Speech API in making the schedule, the accuracy obtained reaches 96.45%.
