Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan OCB serta pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap OCB di Hotel Bumi Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap di Hotel Bumi Surabaya, dimana sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dekriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (2) Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive and significant influence servant leadership on employee job satisfaction and OCB, as well as the influence of employee job satisfaction on OCB at Bumi Surabaya Hotel. The population in this study were all permanent employees at Bumi Surabaya Hotel, where samples taken by the purposive sampling techniques so that the number of samples taken as many as 50 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Technical analysis used will be descriptive statistical analysis and the analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) Servant Leadership has a positive and not significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction; (2) Servant Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (3) Employee Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
