Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan OCB serta pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap OCB di Hotel Bumi Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap di Hotel Bumi Surabaya, dimana sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dekriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (2) Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive and significant influence servant leadership on employee job satisfaction and OCB, as well as the influence of employee job satisfaction on OCB at Bumi Surabaya Hotel. The population in this study were all permanent employees at Bumi Surabaya Hotel, where samples taken by the purposive sampling techniques so that the number of samples taken as many as 50 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Technical analysis used will be descriptive statistical analysis and the analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) Servant Leadership has a positive and not significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction; (2) Servant Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (3) Employee Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The increasing human population in the world has become drastically influence on urban land. Most of the urban area consisting of green land and buildings. Therefore, do a classification of green land area and the building uses image data Time Series of EVI Landsat in the study area of Tangerang, Bogor and Depok. The goal is to determine a pixel of the image is a green land or buildings; extracting and classifying characteristic of green land or buildings on the image; and perform comparisons process smoothing with non smoothing. In the classification of the study area of the city used a remote sensing system that produces a Landsat 7 satellite images to monitor the area of green land and buildings. In classifying the area of green land and buildings used a Time Series EVI Landsat Data. The method used is the Transformation Daubechies Wavelet one dimensional and Naive Bayes. Classification is done by evaluating the non-smoothing, smoothing level 1, level 2 smoothing, smoothing level 3, and smoothing level 4. The results of the classification by evaluation smoothing level 4 has the fewest number of errors and the highest percentage of correctness accuracy 90%. It can be concluded as a result of classification is best compared with the four other classification results. Key wordsclassification, Time Series EVI, Transformasi Wavelet Daubechies, Naive Bayes, smoothing.

Abstract

The performance of a company can be said to be good if its financial statements show an increase in profits. Of course, many aspects that affect a company in generating profitability. This study aims to understand the effect of NPL, NIM, LDR, and CAR on Profitability (ROA) in banking companies both Government Banks and Conventional Banks. This research uses quantitative methods, where data sources use secondary data. By using classical assumption test analysis techniques, F test, and t test results obtained for this study are that NPL negatively and significantly affects ROA, NIM positively and significantly affect ROA, LDR negatively and significantly affect ROA, CAR positively and significantly affect ROA. NPL, NIM, LDR, and CAR simultaneously affect ROA on government banks and conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period.
