Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Model Quantum Teaching tipe TANDUR untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar dalam Pembelajaran Matematika Siswa Kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan: meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika tentang operasi pecahan di kelas IV dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe TANDUR. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Madurejo yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, teman sejawat dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Quantum Teaching tipe TANDUR, dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Matematika di kelas IV.   Kata Kunci: Quantum Teaching tipe Tandur, Hasil Belajar, Matematika.   Abstract: Aplication of  the Quantum Teaching tipe TANDUR  models to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics learning Elementary School Studies IV Grade. This research aimed to: improve learning outcomes mathematical operations in the fourth grade fractions. The research was conducted in three cycles. Subjects of this study is the IV graders of Elementary School Madurejo, which has 29 students. Data sources came from teachers ,  students and researchers. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and testing. The validity of data using triangulation techniques and other methods. Analysis of the data used by the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the application of  the Quantum Teaching tipe TANDUR models, can improve the liveliness student in the IV grades mathematics learning. Abstract

This study examined how environmental management control systems (EMCS) moderate the relationship between environmental capabilities (EC) and the implementation of environmental management accounting (EMA). By integrating EC and EMCS within a unified framework, the analysis draws on data from 900 non-financial Southeast Asian companies reporting ESG metrics from 2019 to 2023. Using ordinal logistic regression, the findings reveal that while EC positively influences EMA implementation, EMCS unexpectedly weakens this effect. This suggests that rigid or misaligned control systems may hinder the effective utilization of environmental capabilities. The study underscores the conditional role of EMCS and highlights the importance of contextually adaptive systems that support, rather than constrain, strategic environmental initiatives. It contributes to the literature by demonstrating how the ECEMCS interaction can either facilitate or obstruct EMA implementation, particularly within the Southeast Asian context.
