Abstract

Abstrak Setiap individu dapat berbeda dalam memandang dan merespon segala sesuatu sesuai dengan persepsi yang dimiliki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap karakteristik pekerjaan dan status sosial di industri perhotelan. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif dengan melihat dari nilai rata-rata untuk menilai persepsi mahasiswa terhadap industri perhotelan dan analisa tabulasi silang untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara profile responden dengan variabel. Kuesioner disebarkan, terkumpul sebanyak 203 kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap karakteristik pekerjaan di industri perhotelan adalah netral dan untuk status sosial adalah positif. Beberapa hal yang terjadi dalam proses belajar mahasiswa tidak membuat persepsi mahasiswa pada industri perhotelan menjadi buruk. Kata Kunci: persepsi, karakteristik pekerjaan, status sosial, industri perhotelan, mahasiswa.  AbstractEach individual can be different when seeing and responding something based on their own perceptions they have. This research was conducted to examine student perception toward job characteristic and social status in hospitality industry. This research’s technique analysis used descriptive analysis method, which refers to the means value to describe student’s perceptions and used crosstab analysis to know there is any connection between respondent’s profiles and variable. Questionnaire had shared and collected 203 questionnaires. The result of this research is that student’s job characteristic perceptions in hospitality industry are neutral while for the social status has a good perception. Many things happen in the student learning process do not make student’s perceptions in the hospitality industry negative. Keywords: Job Characteristic, Social Status, Perception, Hospitality Industry, Student.

Abstract

In this study, the sandwich structure is known as a core attached to two rigid and strong shells; The core distributes the load from one shell to another. While the skin contributes to bending and turgidity, adhesives that carry shear and axial loads to the core material are used as bonding agents. As a binder in this composite used polyester resin. The honeycomb sandwich panels made are 50mm high and 50mm wide, while the panel lengths are made in three variations, namely with honeycomb lengths of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. This honeycomb sandwich panel was tested by bending test to obtain flexural strength and stiffness values. Of the three panels that were made identically for each honeycomb core height, the highest flexural strength and stiffness figures were obtained in the panel with a honeycomb core height of 50mm, namely with a flexural strength number of 5.08kg/mm2 and a stiffness value of 12.74kg/mm.

Abstract

Hadits is a guideline for Islamic law after the Koran. Hadith have a role in clarifying and strengthening every problem experienced by Muslims, so that they can live their lives in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad and make it a foundation in Islamic education. Islamic education does not only emphasize human spiritual aspects, but also emphasizes human life comprehensively. The purpose of this article is to examine hadith related to life guidelines in the provision of education. This research is a type of library study research with qualitative methods. The analysis findings show that hadith are really needed as a basis for life to explain every problem faced and strengthen every law contained in the Koran. Furthermore, the hadith also serves as a guide for the lives of Muslims so that they can live their lives with benefit.

Abstract

Curriculum administration is all business processes that have been planned and attempted deliberately and earnestly as well as continuous guidance on teaching and learning activities effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the educational goals that have been set. The importance of curriculum administration in educational institutions, which includes the selection of materials, teaching methods, and assessments that are in accordance with educational goals and student needs. Curriculum administration plays a role in ensuring that the curriculum is well structured and organized through various levels of planning, implementation, and supervision. Curriculum evaluation is also an important part of education management, aiming to collect information about the effectiveness of curriculum implementation and the impact of learning outcomes. In addition, this journal highlights the role of teachers in curriculum administration as implementers, adapters, developers, and researchers. The presence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents an opportunity for educators to carry out a learning process that focuses on the needs, interests, and learning styles of students, because the independent curriculum requires educators to carry out differentiated learning as an initiative in facilitating students, especially in Pancasila education, which incidentally is still carried out by conventional models or methods.
