Abstract

AbstrakSmart home adalah salah satu teknologi berbasis otomatis yang memiliki banyak manfaat sekaligus memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan pengendalian alat elektronik dalam maupun luar rumah. Diperkotaan teknologi ini sudah banyak dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah pemilik rumah dalam melakukan pengoperasian alat elektronik rumah tangga. Namun, dalam perdesaan teknologi ini masih belum familiar dalam pemanfaatannya. Sering kali, banyak dari masyarakat dalam melakukan pengelolaan alat elektronik rumah belum terkendali yang menyebabkan konsumsi energi besar. Dengan beberapa pertimbangan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mencoba untuk membuat sistem smart home berbasis arduino dalam pengendalian beban (lampu) secara otomatis, serta memanfaatkan sensor LDR untuk menjadi parameter kondisi intensitas cahaya untuk menyalakan beban atau lampu saat kondisi gelap dan mematikan beban dalam kondisi terang, dan mengetahui efisiensi energi yang menggunakan teknologi smart home. Kata kunci: Smart Home;Energi;Efisien;Arduino Uno;LDR

Abstract

Water is a very important requirement, both for humans and other living things such as fish and plants[1][2][3]. In the fields of agriculture, fisheries, and the fresh water management industry is very important to improve quality. [4]. In its development, the demand for fish and seafood (shrimp, squid, etc.) increases so that to meet these demands, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of the pond water that will be used to breed fish and seafood). The method used in this study is Research and Development (RnD). This research can produce readings using cayenne.mydevice.com one of the Internet providers of things with communication web Internet of thing message queue telemetry transport (MQTT)[12]. This research was conducted at the “Balai Besar Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BBPBAP)”. The parameters studied were sensor accuracy, system constraints and the application website. Conclusion this research is (1) the average sensor accuracy is good, namely 88.86%. (2) there are two obstacles faced, namely sensor maintenance and storage and (3) monitoring the data in live, minute, hour, day, week, month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.

Abstract

Alat penyiram otomatis merupakan teknologi tepat guna yang diaplikasikan pada mitra dengan usaha budidaya jamur tiram. Kondisi awal yang dilakukan pada mitra adalah melakukan sistem siram kumbung jamur tiram secara manual atau konvensional. Dengan kondisi kerja yang masih manual memiliki banyak kekurangan yaitu penggunaan energi atau tenaga dan waktu yang lama. Dengan terpasangnya sistem tepat guna penyiram otomatis ini dapat mengganti tenaga manusia, kemudian waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyiram dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan lebih efisien atau lebih cepat dalam proses penyiraman.
